Reliance Communications — want numbers back

i exchanged my mobile with my brother who lives in delhi, he deleted some numbers i recently called.Now i want those number back.it waz a friend's number who gave me all the details regarding my scholarship for nortinggham university.there is no another way to contact her..i called her around 7:20 - 7:30am on tuesday, 3rd march 2009.my number was [protected] and my e-mail address is [protected]@yahoo.com.Can u plz send me back all the numbers i called b/w 7:00 - 8:00 am on tuesday dated 3rd march 2009.I will be greatful to u ! hope to get a reply soon.

Reliance Communications — Rotated My Money into their market and gained

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for a Broadband connection with Reliance Communications(Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group) on 20/01/09, application number [protected] with all the required documents along with a cheque for INR1684/- dated 21/01/09 Cheque No.424911. The Reliance Communication's engineer came to my residence and updated me that there is no feasibility for Wifi connections in my area as the tower is not visible, he said he will inform to the wired connetion team to action this request and left. This happened on 22nd Jan 09 (Im not sure abt the exact date but 2 - 3 days after I submit the application). Then inspite of me chasing the person who took my applications there is no action but they simply encashed the cheque I gave them for Rs.1684/- on 27/01/2009. When I call them and asked they updated that with in 10days the amount will be returned backup to you. So I waited, Finally on 3rd March 2009, I got a courior boy giving me a cheque which is from Reliance Communication, DOC number of the Courior is[protected]. The most worrying part is in the cheque it is dated with 07/02/2009 but It is send to me on March 2009.

A predated cheque was issued/send through courior. Even if it takes 10 days after they process the reversal activites(their reference 7/2/2009/822973) it could have reached me by 19th or 20th Feb 09. Now when I got the cheque I already missed 24 days of time with the cheque. They earn money by rotating the amount taken from my account since 27th Jan to 27th Feb 09 and then sending a cheque with pre dated one as if they prepared/paid it on 7th Feb 09. Why is the delay in making the cheque reach the customer? If I had put this money in some investments i could have gained a bit atleast right?

Why there is a communication gap with the engineer's team & the accounts department? If the proper information was provided by the engineer in a day or 2 then why do they debited my money with the cheque given to them after 7 days? and saying with in 10days it will be reversed, so to rotate people's money in their market they use this type of method. And why should a customer suffer because of their fault? Need a justification for this?

Hi Team,

I have applied for reliance Broadband connection on 29/01/09 and I paid the amount of Rs.3, 368/- through City Bank cheque No 567751. The reliance persons came to my home on 4th Feb, they had checked the availability and said that there is no signal from Reliance Tower to my Home and they went off. After that credited my money witout installing the Broadboand connection. I Have informed your excecutive to cancel my application and return my money back.
Now almost one and half month over still i am not received my money back. Please take the necessary action for the same.
