Reliance Communications — Outgoing Deactivated

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am presently using the services of reliance communications. At the time of taking the connection no reliance representatives advise me about the usage limit. Today, 24th Feb.2009 I received the call from reliance customer care that your call usage over exceed. They advise that, my usage limit is 500 rupees./ PM and my current usage is 624 rupees. If I want to enjoy the services than I have to pay the 624 (Monthly Rental 324) by today or my outgoing will be de-activated. My Current Bill due date is 12th March 2009. Now they de-activated my services.

I want to take serious action against them, Pls advise the same

Reliance Communications — return of handset then he send bill

Sir,

i take reliance phone before last 1.5 years. but return my handset / charger etc on 27.01.2009 after full settlement on Rworld of surat poddar arcade branch. My Deposit was 3000 & making adjustment of Bill is Rs. 1200 then Balance amount is Rs.1800/- Refundable from 27.01.2009 i not received my deposit but received bill of rs. 1150/- vide bill no.[protected].

Reliance Communications — false deduction of charges for prepaid connection

I am using Reliance prepaid connection and I have activated 799rs plan for making free calls to any reliance mobile connection throughout India. I know its a common problem faced by many of my friends also that you may get charged without any reason. I am facing this problem for the past one month, my balance often goes negative without even making call to any other mobile, without even sending message or activating any scheme.
If you call Reliance customer care, they normally say that they cant check the current status as the server is down, so they suggest to call after some time which may be a day, and if you call after 2 days they will say they cant trace call logs that are 2 or 3 day old and the way they handle and speak to their customers is pathetic.
Tricks they play
charging amount saying that you have activated a particular scheme (that u might not be aware of or u never activated the same)
4-5 times you may get calls from some no. for activating caller tunes or some music station services or other scheme by reliance and accidentally if you press some button their are chances that u might unknowingly activate the scheme like pressing ' *' or something.
Plus they will charge you on weekly basis for the same apart from charging you for the first time. The interesting thing is that even after being charged for a caller tune it might not be activated in reality and if someone is calling you he/she may not hear it.

Choosing not to get any promos or advertisement calls need ~45 days to activate after requesting, and by that time you might piss off.

I am user of Reliance Rim phone from May 2008, under 440.00 plane and a regular payment on time.
but from 12th of January, that was not working, due to phone was not not working and every day i have visited Reliance outlet (Jai Maa Communication, Uttam Nagar Terminal) for changing the phone. yeastarday i have received my exchanged phone from same, but my connection is not started, they told me that you have to pay all the bill, whatever i haven't used the same. Every day i have also talking with Mr. deepak ([protected]) working in Reliance mobil, Janakpuri regarding the same proble and every day he has give me some kind of assurance for waver of all the bill, whatever generated in my account.

There for, I request you to help me in this matter.

Reliance Communications — Offer discontinued without intimation

I was using Rim phone in gujarat, after getting a offer that RIM to Rim mobile STD is free in Rs. 496 recharge.I was using this facility from last ten months, now this facility is available after paying Rs.796 instead of 496, and no intimation came, I heard that who is using this facility can continue with rs 496 recharge, but customer care is denieing.
please continue the same service with 496 recharge in my phone.otherwise i will never use reliance in future i have 5 connections right now including data card
