Reliance Communications — not providing setisfactory solution for the prolblem I have

I have Reliance GSM number [protected] which is blocked by the service provider on 18th of jun. At that time I was in roaming and I need to get call from my office so that I can provide my services if they need but due this I suffer a lot and I have lost some projects as well.now I had mad a complaint to the customer care for this om 23rd of jun they gave me 6 hour time but till now they do nothing and when I call them last time a lady pick the phone so when I told here my problem then her teammate told me that "apka to bhagwan hi malik hai" and than cut the phone. they didn't give the proper feedback and talk with me like this its really ridiculous.

Reliance GSM — Pathetic Customer Service..

My name is Irfan N Khan one of your new ([protected]) disappointed customers. I purchased your sim card from your dealer 3 days back from Sangam Communications. I wanted to recharge my prepaid for 650 rs (std offer) what I was not getting in my location Parksite, therefore, I went to Hiranandani and recharged.

It happened yesterday when I was trying to send messages to my friends the card suddenly showed up a message sim card rejected. I was shocked to see this as by the time I forwarded this number to all my friends. However, I went to your hiranandani rimweb, the person sitting on the first desk started blaming me that its my fault I must have done something wrong (c'mon i m using gsm phone from last 8 years, that's a different thing I never faced problem with Vodaofone) and refused to replace the sim card by saying stock unavailable and once available you have to pay 100 rs (Why Should I, is it my fault or your sim card was faulty).

Then I went to your Ghatkopar E rimweb close to Odion the person there replaced the sim card however, its not working still it shows as simcard registration failed the new sim number is[protected], I think the sim number eneterd in the system must wrong, please check and reactivate this number as soon as possible. I am disappointed with the way I am getting treated as a new customer.

I will appreciate if you could arrange a call on ([protected]) to let me know the status as I cant keep visiting to your galleries all over mumbai.

Reliance Communications — Activating Caller tunes without any request

Reliance Chor ltd. have found a new way to rob people. Activate caller tune and charge them without even asking them. And when you call customer CARE (god! it is called CARE ) and tell them about it they rudely tell you that you have activated it yourself. Well if tell them to take a complain...NO...direct refusal to even take a complain.

Well I believe as per TRAI rule any VAS activation has to be done if the customer has given clear request ie. written, on phone, or SMS. None of it is followed.

Also the clever part is that the message that the caller tune is activated is send around 12.30 at night. If a person misses to read it then even better for Reliance.

Hope this complaint results in something better and it reaches right people

Reliance Communications — Irresponsibility and not taking action

Lets start again:-

· We approached reliance to get some corporate connections

· We were offered great deals from reliance executives.

· We do have all the commitments over the mail from the authorized email ids

· Now when we paid for the reliance phones & we got the first bill, the commitments of your executives were found to be wrong

· We refused to pay bills.

· Then your executive managed and convinced us to pay the bill and committed the resolution and adjustments in next bill.

· We are in touch with you for last 3 or more months (As we are real customers and we don’t want any kind of bad debts or bad name)

· We actually want to pay the bill (But the reasonable bill only not pay unnecessarily).

· We have tried a lot to resolve this with 100% of our efforts and called from Junior Executive to Higher Authorities

· But now it seems that none of your executive & you are taking care of this matter as you guys neither picking our call nor calling us regarding the same.

· So we will meet you in the court now. And we promise you that we will definitely settle this as we don’t want to be in the list of BAD CUSTOMERS.

· Now onwards we don’t want any conversation with you guys outside court

Reliance Communications — Company Activate Services Automatically and Deduct my Acc. Balance

I have complained many times to customer care executive but they never took any action, Problem is that company activate different services on my mobile without any request and deduct my account balance, Please solve this problem, Thanks.
