[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Caller tune code i want

my tel [protected]. They are indulging in unfair commercial practice. I NEVER requested for cricket score through SMS yet they are forcing this on me and have billed Rs. 70.00 for the month of Apr 09. Similarly, I have NOT used their Premium Voice Services, yet they have billed me kfor Rs. 675.00 during Apr 09. I sent them an e mail about a week ago complaining about this but they have not replied.
If this is not resolved I will go to Consumer Court with my complaint. I am one of their oldest customer and yet this shabby treatment.

I am Praveen Jain having relaince smart mobile phone.My number is [protected].My service provider off the network very frequently since a long time.The off time is 1 to 3 days.Presently its signal is off since two days.And I do not have any prior information about it.All of the customers are suffering the same problem.

Reliance Communications — My G.S.M card card rejected

Hi,
i purchased rel GSM SIM from saharanpur. I used it for 4-5days and suddenly one day it shows SIM ACCESS ERROR on my NOKIA mobile. when i talked to customer care they said u have to contact reliance web world so i went court road reliance centre but they said your SIM is rejected so you have to pay Rs.100.

My complaint is why should i pay if it was blocked automatically.I have not used any security settings too then why should i pay again and again.its not ki it is only me who have this problem, others too got same problem when i asked at one shop.i am using my cell for last 5 yrs but i never had this kind of problem. After purchasing SIM no one is taking responsibilty of it niether the shopman from where i have purchased it nor reliance people.What to do in this case as i dont have that much of time to visit there place again and again to make same complaint.

I went to reliance store Forum Bangalore again today, I am hopeless now..

My cell phone is non-sim Noika post -paid Hyderabad and was associated to [protected]. I asked on 5th of may that I need a Bangalore pre-paid/post-paid no on this non-sim CDMA phone.
Then she told that they will raise a request to migrate it to pre-paid and then after de-activation of this; they will issue a Bangaore number on this.

I have been asking alternate days about the update. and Today is 15th May (after 10 days) but the status is the same/unknown. They are very rude and unprofessional. They are saying they cannot do anything.
But after 30 mins I spend there, she told they have placed the request to their back-end and they will proceed (till what date I should wait)

I asked how much time it will take then she told it depends on back-end but I am sure its should not take 10 days...


I asked for registration/complaint number then she told – she do not have any complaint number for that. Its not registered then how can I know abt the staus?



what should I do with this problem and also with that girl who is sitting at Reliance webworld, forum Bangalore!!!.. what is the meaning of customer care

Reliance Communications — scheme withdrawn without any prior information

Earlier Reliance had Rs.496 Recharge facility, which makes Std reliance to reliance free.
But few days back they have withdrawn that facility without any prior information after that they launched 799 rs scheme for the same & same has been withdrawn without any prior information. now the customer care executives told me that the same scheme is now on 999 rs recharge, they are cheating...

and i have subscribed a caller tune for the sake of my callers, reliance charged 30 rs rent & 15rs for song selection... after few days they started their own add on my caller tune (i.e. "is gane ko copy karne k liye * dabayiye, pramanit shulk laagu"). means.. customer is not paying for his own entertainment but customer is paying for relience caller tune advertisement.we are paying for the services not for their advertisement.

and one thing more... relience has a poor customer care... the executives are always in hurry to disconnect the call... & they are very rude... they did not provide the resolution properly... not able to explain a simple scheme... every executive provides a different info on the same product...
