[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Caller tune code i want

Reliance Communications — Recharge Rs.200/- thru WEB - credit received 0.02p

I have reliance mobile with LIFETIME Validity (until year 2021)
I had recharged thru NETBanking Rs.200/- but got credit of Rs.0.02.
On discussing with RelianceCare, they say that for Rs.200/- I dont get credit, I only get validity extension.
I want my account to be credited by Rs.200/-

Actually after seeing the complaints against Reliance Communication I think the Cuastomer Care Service are totally [censored] and Reliance Communication is the body to cheat the people in the name of Dhirubhai Ambani . the promoter of the company should tale a baul in his hand to get the beg like the street begger if he can't stop or satisfied the consumers in any regards. His licence providing the services of telecommunication should be terminated immediately.He is the shameless one who should DUB MARNA CHAHIYE CHULU BHAR PANI MAIN JUB KI ISKE PASS ITNE PAISA HAI PHIR BHI YAH CHITTING KARTA HAI.

Reliance Communications — without applying for the caller tune they started the same

Respected sir/ madam,

I am a profession person doing a job in a Govt Bank. I have taken a reliance post paid connection vide No. [protected]. I was using this number since 3 year. everything was running good.But In last week I shocked that it is Reliance who has done it.

During 15th June 2009 to 21st June 2009 they have selected a caller tune for me and charged Rs. 45/- debited to my and Account and on 20th june 2009 they charged Rs. 15/- for change of my tune.

But it is yet not over when I can on 21st june 2009 at 9.42 Am to thier customer care they simply refuge that this is there part of mistake. I have called for my requisition no. time and date when i apply (which not done) they simply say this data is not available for the general public. This means they are cheating me and government is india in the following lows

1. Cheating U/S 420 of the Indian penal code.
2. Voilation of Indian Accounting Standard 9 Revenue recognision (which required billing base) issued by
the ICAI.
3. Not giving me the informaiton under Indian Inforamation Act which only related to me.
4. Harrasing me because I am now in roaming. & I have to purchase a new connection.

The customer care executives of the Reliance not responding in a human away .


So the desiganted authorities are requested to look into the matter seriously.
It is not just a question of Rs. 45 or whatever. It is question of Voilation of Laws (missuse for general public)

I Hope Indial ACt will do better for me.

Reliance Communications — COMPLAINT REGARDING Rs 999/- PLAN

1. I, Ajay Pal Singh, am a customer of your Reliance CDMA Service since
20 May 09, here by attract your attention on the matter that I purchased SIM CARD NO. –RECRSC[protected] MOBILE NO.-[protected] ON 20 May 09 & got it recharged (easy recharge) by Rs 999/- plan, there after I used that plan for two days & then all of sudden the service had been stopped. I contacted customer care (Reliance) on the same day & I got the reply that my mobile no. had been recharged with FRC of
Rs 20/- due to this my Rs 999/- plan is stopped & it cannot be activated for next four months.
2. Listening this I got demoralized, but I again called to customer care & this time I had a talk with Senior Customer Care Executive named Vinay Tyagi, I told him to lodge a complaint on the matter, he denied & told me to contact retailer from where I had purchased the SIM CARD.
3. I went to the retailer again, he replied me in the same tone & told me that FRC 24/- had not been done from this number.
4. again I had to turn around with negative response. I don’t have any option other then waiting you directly on this issue. I expect your firm & quickly response on the issue, to make your costumer satisfied with your services.
5. I further state that being a subject of mental & physical harassment for last 12 days. I am losing my patience. I am firmly determined to take this issued in consumer court, Bikaner (Rajasthan). If my problem does not get solved within next 10 days.

Reliance Netconnect #9310659812 — slow & intermittent connection- bad customer service

I have had this net connection for almost six months & have been paying for usage for slow speed(70kbs max) & intermittent disconnection.
Have tried all methods to get the issue resolved thru
1) tele complain - NO one picks up the phone (too long a que)... REMEMBER MTNL 198!! this is even worse
2) Internet - NO one replies
3) Reliance store
Your people at reliance store at Kamla Nagar take hours to answer queries without any result...& are not concerned about the customer ...actually they are not trained for customer service at all...should send them to VODAFONE or AIRTEL stores to learn .
Must have visted 10 times for a resolve but after hours of waiting & trying still same problem & are not ready to give a record of complaint ... there are no customer complaint box or form for lodging complain.
4) Reliance Service centers - too few & too far ...but customer has no choice, so you go waste a day but again no result !!

WORST EXPERIENCE in fact MTNL seems a litle better in front of RELIANCE.
Have already cancelled 2 connections in past year & this persists they are going to lose my balance three data connections.
