Reliance — False deduction

I'm suffering with false deducation for something 'MITTE KE RANG'. I never subscribed for any of such service nor I used and have info about that. Yesterday I talked 9 times with different customer care representitives but each time I got the reply that our server is down and call after 1 hrs. Finally I came to know that after 2 days my service will get deactive..but I shld not get any refund. This is the third time I'm suffering with same..If I want to forward this complent to higher authorities what shld I do? Anyone could please assist?

Reliance Communications — Money being cut from the account

Reliance has been regularly deducting money from my prepaid account without my knowledge. Every time i call them saying this thing they tell me that I have subscribed to some of their services even though I have not subscribed them and tell me that they will refund me money back. But I have not yet got my full refund back. Also I had told them to stop sending me messages and calls from reliance regarding this services one month back but one month has passed and the messages and calls are still coming. I do not know what to do I have lost much of my balalnce due to this and they have not refunded me the money back saying that more than 3 days have passed since the service has been subscribed. I am fed up of reliance mobile and I will advise you to not to take any of the reliance services. As they are just fooling customers.

Reliance — Excess amount of bill

I have an unlimited plan of charging Rs.825(including service tax) in my reliance data card. but last month i received a sms to pay rs.825 and the bill in printed form is showing the amount of rs.3000.
What to do.

Reliance Communications — The High Tech Pick Pocketer

My Reliance Mobile number is [protected] (Lifetime validity with Rs. 550.00 Lifetime Jaadu Pack added). On 16th June 2009, at 10:04 AM, I dialed *225 and the Balance was Rs. 126.48. After talking an STD call for 3 minutes (for Rs. 3.00), I dialed *225 once again and the Balance was Rs. 116.98. I contacted Reliance Customer Service *333 and asked them why excess money was deducted from my Account. They keep informing me, every time I contacted them, that I should contact them after half an hour later as they are not able to get the details.

Most of the Reliance Customers are aware that Reliance is randomly pick pocketing them few Rupees extra, whenever they make many calls. As it is a small amount, equivalent to the give away money to beggars, most of the people do not complain. But, by doing so all over India, Reliance is steeling huge money, daily.

Last month Reliance deducted Rs 10 from my Account and the Customer Service at *333 refused to even entertain my Complaint. Finally, I sent Email complaint to the following "[protected]@trai.gov.in, [protected]@trai.gov.in, [protected]@relianceada.com, corporatecentre.[protected]@relianceada.com, Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com, Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com" and to the Reliance Nodal officer. Finally I got my Rs. 10 back.

Whenever I visit the Reliance Franchise Centre, many customers there complain about Reliance steeling the Customers. I wonder why Reliance is having such a foolish and suicidal Policy – may be the Managers do not realize that word of mouth is more powerful than their High-tech advertisements. There are numerous similar Complaints in the Internet about Reliance and it appears Reliance have made the suicidal policy only recently – about 6 months back.

Reliance Communications — Unreasonable deduction of balance

I have already un-subcribed my caller-tune faclity 5 days(dated:-13/06/09) ago, but till now my balance is being deducted in the name of monthly rental even after making numerious complaints in this behalf to reliance customer -care.

I am really unsatisfied with the way the custmer care representative deal with there customer.

Its a humble requist to go through this matter with immediate attention as soon as possible.

Reliance Communications — Not given connection in more than a week

I am really very-very disappointed by the service of reliance communication. Its really disgusting. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I had applied for Reliance GSM connection on 11th of this month. It was promised that the number will be activated in 1 day. But leaving apart activation, even the address verification is not done till today that’s 18th June. I shifted to Noida 10 days back and till now i am waiting for local connection and I have to still hold my old number in roaming.
Even the smallest company won’t take this much time to activate the sim. This is just the beginning, if activation requires such a long time for you then how can I expect good service from you in future? This is just a horrible service provided by any company.
Every day i am calling the representative of this compnay, and i am being told that i will get in 24 hr. Daily they have a different excuse. Now they are blaming the delay on address varification agency.
Its realy horrible and i request someone should take action against this.

Reliance Communications — Extra deduction from prepaid Balance

Hi, I have taken CDMA mobile connection no. [protected], Acutally earlier this phone was post paid later on i have converted the same in pre-paid. At the time of post paid after paying the bill within the due date and i was at delhi on tour the company suspended the connection that you have not paid the bill and again i have to make the payment at delhi, after that they have started the faclitity of outgoing & incoming, again after a while I got thev message that you have to pay Rs.2000/= and again suspended the connection after paying again Rs.2000/= they started connection. this thing has happened throughout the day when i was not at hometown but was in business tour.After reaching to my hometown at Bilaspur I filed a suit against the Reliance company in the court of Consumer fourm, but unfortunatly the dission was against me that I should file the case in Mumbai otherwise I will have to pay cast, due to which i was bound to withdraw the case, as Mumbai is far away from Bilaspur, chattisgarh.Now in pre-paid connection without my consent or request the company sending the messages that that you have resubscribed to music, and chatting and are deducting Rs.30/= + Rs.30/= evermonth from my balances, whereas i have not subscribe any facility. whenever i go to file an complain in * 333 customer care service they are not giving me any complain number and are telling that if you have not subscribe we will see and will credit your balance but till date they have not credited ny amount against my complain. Also everytime they are sending the messages & call me about thrie services proving or to subscribe which disturbs me I have already send them message DO NOT DISTURB in this regard i have got the message that your request has been registered and request no is [protected] dated 14.06.09 but DO NOT DISTURB will be active only after 45 days. kindly lodge the complain and do the neceesary action also please inform me wheather is it justified that i can not lodge complain in consumer court where i have got the services if the registered office of the service provider is in Mumbai. can it will be possible for any one whereas the service provider are providing their services throughout india. hope to get your eraly response in this regards.
