Reliance Communications — defrauding against postpaid connection

dear sir,
My name is BALRAM TRIVEDI, mob no-[protected]
i applied for a new postpaid connection on 24jul 09.
my documents were collected by Monu(field executive-m/s pase global pvt limited, mahipalpur) one of your local vendor.the field executive providing me a postpaid sim also
After submition of my document there is call from reliance customer care no[protected], mr.samerer) came .He told that sir your no will be started within 3-4 hours.).
but yet 5 days spent mine no is not started . I callede his no much time but all time phone no swithched off..
My connection is not started now, hence causing me huge losses and mental tension.
i request you to take immediate action against this ageny otherwise i ll be forced to go to consumer court.
and i want apologies from the employees

Reliance Communications — Refund for Reliance Hello Wireless Phone

Hi,

I had taken service of Reliance Hello fixed wireless phone in 2006, which I decided to discontinue due to following problems in the instrument.

This phone instrument needed to be charged 24 hrs. a day & the moment charger plug was removed from the electric board socket the charge use to drain out within a hours time.

After several complaints a maintenance representative came to check and rectified, the effect of repair lasted only for a week.

However I started getting huge electricity bill for charging this phone 24*7 which incidentally is provided by Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. (A Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group which is same parent company that of Rcom)

Reliance customer care kept me insisting to continue with the service but I finally decided to discontinue and asked them to take the instrument and refund my deposit money which was Rs. 3360/-.

After few days a Rcom. representative came and picked up the instrument on 4th November, 2008, promising to refund the amount within 14 working days.

I still haven’t received my refund after several communications to Rcom.

Reliance Communications — Reduceding my last bill payment date on regular basis

I am (binayak ojha) a regular customer of relince communications & my cell no is [protected]. Actually my bill generated by relince communications on 22nd of every month. initially my last bill payment date was 14 th day of next month. but now i will reduced to 8th day of next month. they use to reduced my last bill payment date on regular basis. when i call to the customer care they used to say.. we don't have any information on this matter.. these thing are related to company rules. when i asked abut their company rule, they simply say "we don't have information for this". They never give me proper reply on this matter. When I asked for to take my complain & give me the complain no, they say these are issue related to company rule so we unable to take your complain for this. So finally i came here on consumer form web site for solution of my problem. By consumer form i want to know the why they reduced my bill payment date why no they increase this for the benefit of customer...

i agree with your all statement but you can't say like that (pace global is a froud company),
there are some technichal problems and some verification time is to be taken by reliance.
that's why your connection is not activate at right time but now you can insert your sim on your
cell and see the connection have been already activated.

Reliance — illegal deduction of balance

sir,

you are illegal deducting of my balance since last three or four months. if any service are applied on my mobile no.[protected] then immediately disconntinued at immediately. I am not like any type of massages for downloading of songs etc on my mobile.
