Reliance Communications — Termination request placed 3 mts before but still getting bills

Hi,

I'm struggling to get rid of Reliance Mobile. I placed the disconnection request long before about three months before. I had surrendered the Service Termination Request & having the acknowledgement receipt in one of their Bangalore branch (New Tipssandra Main Road, dt - 16 May 2006, WOTC/WW Ref # 38003, WOTC/WW Code # [protected] & CAF # [protected].

From Past three months I'm calling Reliance *222 to terminate the number. I had cleared all dues and then got the termination request, unnecessary from past 3 months still they are sending me bills, This months they sent Rs 351 due dt 25 Aug 2009.

I don't know what to do, whom to talk, I raise complaint on their website complaint forum as well. It's unnecessary creating too much tension for me.

Please help me.

Reliance Communications — Caller tune - unwanted subscription

Several times I had been giving the same complaint of automatic activation of Caller tunes on my Prepaid mobiles numbers. (not mentioning this time)... each time I have to call up the customer care & report the case & get the debited amount to be credited back to my a/c..
In case I fail to notice the activation of Caller tune then my money is lost ...
Is this a method of making money practiced by Reliance (ADAG)..

I had also activated NDND in both the numbers very long time ago, but still I am getting advertisement calls from Reliance, which is very irritating all the time

I am a customer of reliance communications Ltd. My fixed line phone is dead since 27th of July 2009. I have registered the complaint as on 31st of July 2009 but this problem is still pending to be resolved. So many times I have reminded at customer care more than 10 times, but it was worthless. I am facing so many problems as this is my residence nos. Because of their negligence I am bearing loss of rs. 2000 per day. Further this will impact on my social image & goodwill. Also I want to inform you that I have paid my all bills timely & there is no balance amount to be paid/ delay. After this I am facing so many problems.

You are requested to do the needful.

Reliance Communications — CHARGING THE AMOUNT BUT NOT GIVEN THE SERVICE

I HAVE RELIANCE NO. [protected]. I SENT THE REQUEST FOR SMS JOKE ON 30/07/2009. RELIANCE HAD IMMIDIATE DEDUCTED RS. 10.00 FROM PREPAID BALANCE. BUT THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ME ANY SERVICE FOR THAT. AGAIN THEY DEDUCTED RS. 30.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 09/08/2009. BUT STILL THEY HAVE NOT SENT ME ANY MASSAGE FROM THEIR SIDE. THEN I HAVE STOP THAT SERVICE. AND THEIR CALL CENTRE BOYS ARE NOT ACCEPTING THE COMPLAINTS.

BUT PROBLEM IS THAT, IF ANY COMPANY IS CHARGING US THE MONEY FOR NEXT PERIOD, THEN THEY MUST GIVE THE SERVICE TO US FOR PAID PERIOD.

I SUFFER LOT FOR THIS.

i m frm Kondli, delhi-96, there is so much network prblm in that area, 4 evry call we hav to disconnect the phone many times bcoz v r nor able to communicate properly, this is last time i m using reliance no.if the prblm will not short out then i will nwver use reliance no, so kind attention toward this problem.
