Reliance Communications — Money not returning

HI ,

I had applied for reliance broadband I recived the device, and it has not been activeted since last 3 months.

When I dropped the mail to the custmore care still they are not ready to accept the complain.

I have all the documents with me and the device.

Reliance Communications — Cheaters

I have done the biggest mistake of life by taking reliance broadband service, This company only cheats people. I'll explain the situation. I had taken my connection on 30/11/09 after one week they discontinued my service stating they had problem with address proof, Now since i dint have any passport or driving license they asked me for a bank statemetn and promised me the connection would be activated in two days, now here's the fun after two days i get a call from so called manger of relaince who tries to explain that they dont my request of address proof has been declined as the statement i gave is of private bank and not a government bank. After all the arguments he tries to convince me to get him a residential proof from my office, now after getting that two days later i get a call stating it needs of some government company again. Its going to be a month and i have reached no where. I cant cancel the bloody connection coz i wont get my 3500rs back.
I am just so lost, have no idea what needs to be done next. People please NEVER BUY RELIANCE. THEY CHEAT.

mobile gsm — refund of security money

i had the mobile no [protected] of yours. which was surrender as earlier, but the security is not yet refunded. it was surrender about 9-10 months ago. but did not find any proceedings. Kindly you do something against this matter.

Today I face probmle is sim card registration fail, I dont want to wright any think.
I want to take strick action on that.

I think u dont have the rules and regulations of T.R.A.I. Please refer that regulations ofter u will be declare reliance or any company is a cheter .

Reliance Communications — incomplete information and extraordinary tax

sir my complain is regarding to the information. I have put complain on 5th dec and yet now it has not been solved by the compony. my complain is that they deducte a sum of Rs 60 from my account on the favour of active service but actuaaly on the month of nov i have deactivate the service then also they deducte my fund Rs.

there was a frequent disconnection in reliance gsm network in vill Ghutgoria Ps-barjora Dist- Bankura , (ghutgoria is 2.5km away from barjora)west Bengal in Barjora there is a tower of reliance gsm(smart).the customer care executives are just blabbering with some sort of answers but the real action for my complaint has not permanently cleared or solved....
they solved the problem temporarily and after a few week the same problem is raise again.Please take necessary steps so that we can get a clear and problem free network
