Reliance Communications — Money deducted from salary account..

Hi,

I santosh kumar pandey has operating a zero balance account since 2005..but since oct'06 i was not using this account as a salary account.

Again in 2007,it has been used as a salary account & but in march 2008 ,my salary account was changed.

Although i have been operating this account for paying ECS (HDFC BANK) my car loan but this month i.e nov'09, when i deposited my EMI...rs 1600(approx) has been debited under AQD...and because of it my car loan was debited only ....i was unaware of all this happenings ...i just came to know when i got the call to pay my regular EMI.

Complaints.
1 Why bank has not informed me about all these activites.? there was no communication from bank.
2. Why should i bear the late fees in my car loan account?

kindly look into this matter and get my rs 1500 back in my account....

Reliance Communications — Service Disconnect for no reason

I have made the payment 1 day before the due dat i.e. on 23-Nov-2009, still my outgoing and incoming services are barred.

I'm not able to contact cust service as well as the ph is noy being connecetd with it from past 3 days, when I Try to contact then with some other pfone they say contact with the same Ph No. now how is it possible to contact them if I'm not even allowed to call *333 or *222.

Can someone please help me with this, I stay alone and have a seviour injury on foot so cant go out to get this resolved.

Reliance Communications — CUSTOMER CARE ABUSES

I Prashant Sharma consumer of reliance mobile [protected], I am facing the sms problem from last 5 days but i am not getting the positive response from there side,I am calling the customer care regarding the same but on 29 November 2009 at 11:15 am I had a word with Mr. Alam and he abusing me and treating me in a very bad way. He is just using the velgar language to me and disconnect the call. Then I call the customer care again and then i spoke to Miss Priya Batra (Floor Supervisor). She launched the complaint against him and provide me a complaint number[protected]. So please take some action on him otherwise i will go to the court. I want resolution as soon as possible.

I had paid Rs2200 in the month of february 2009 to a dealer (***** VIEWPOINT***** DEALERS FOR RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS VASAI, EVERSHINE CITY)

even though I lived in kandivali, as the dealer was offering 2 months of free usage which was not being offered by the company store at charkhop, the dealer said that he would give me the receipt and the modem if service got approved, the address check did not go thru and the dealer did not call me to inform me of the same. I had to call him, what excellent customer service. I have not received the modem and nor have I received the receipt, when I visited the dealer the second time he was willing to get the ref check done again, however it failed a second time because of the dealers error, I was then promised that i could get a prepaid modem sent out if I agreed to pay the difference i agreed, However i am still waiting..................................since then dealing with the dealer has been a nightmare, I have also written to the company however as usual they want me to speak to the dealer. I HAVE STILL NOT GOT MY I do not know how to get help hence i have decided to bring forth my complain in front of my brethen, the common man. i will printing out pamplets in inserting this in newspaper in evershine city (Vasai).

I only have one humble request, PLEAS DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT FROM A COMPANY THAT TREATS IT CUSTOMERS

i am not complaing the india best network RELIANCE. i want to say that reliance will defeat the other communication company soonly. i am using a number of reliance([protected]). i am very happy with this number, because now i can call to all my relatives with more and more time ,all this can be happened with the help of INDIA BEST NETWORK PLS GO WITH THIS .

RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD — Poor initial services

I am an Army officer, posted in inhuman conditions in the state of J&K. I had applied for a Reliance mobile postpaid number in Sringar on the 1st week of november after paying a initial amount of Rs 500. I was issued with a Sim card after a week, bearing mobile number [protected].

Even after 3 weeks, the number is yet to be activated. Everytime, i try calling my agent Mr Jitendar([protected]), he comes up with new excuses for not activating the number. I also tried calling the Regional Manager, Mr Sanjay([protected]), atleast 25 times, but the individual did not pick up the phone, nor did he revert back to me.

I have also told my agent to cancel the number, and refund back the money back to me, but he has been of no help in that regard. I have also called the Nodal officer in jammu, but even he is also never available in his office.

I must have spent atleast more than Rs 500 in calling up my agent and the customer service centre, but of no avail. It is almost more than a month since I have applied for a number, but still the number is to be activated.
