Hi,this is srikanthgolla,i purchaced reliance GSm sim 15 days back with number [protected],i submitted my voter id and local address proof to shopkeeper,in airoli,my services was disconnected and i asked the reason for disconnection,they told that the documents are not supported,then again i submitted the documents ,pan card and light bill and voter id ,then also same problem i was versed with the service and decided to log a complaint.

Reliance Mobile — activate service and deduct amount without my permission

hi,

i am sanjeev tyagi using reliance mobile number [protected].

but i am just frustrated to choose relience mobile services.
Even after registering my self for "Do-Not-Disturb" services they all the time disturb me. approximate 7 to 9 call i do receive in a day and the most important thing is reliance customer care executives does not know that how to get rid from these calls.

Recent comedy is more interested two day ago i received a sms. though that sms reliance inform me that they are going to activate some astro services on my mobile, and if i do not want to activate then i've to call on 53030863. when i call on that number that was continuously busy.
than i contact on *333 (customer care) one joker picked my call and told me that he was not able to discontinue that service and return my amount.

i don't know what to do ...

i am one of the RIM prepaid mobile user past 5 years no [protected] recently without my confirmation they debited Rs 10/- twice from my balance amount for providing other services( MTV bakwas ) wihout knowing to me when i call customer care they dint respond properly & they are refuging credit again in my acount & in bet ween they are disconecting the call . pls provide me solution

Reliance Communications — INJUSTICE TO CUSTOMER BY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

Respected Sir,

My reliance mobile no is +91-[protected]. The shameful issue I have experienced has been as follows:

1) One of their customer care executive have closed my customer care assistance blaming me that I have spoken some abusing words. But in fact I have not spoken anything like this. I just inquired about their newly launched plan 1 PAISA PER SMS, which service is not activating on my mobile phone. So I enquired about that from them. I don’t understand why they have blamed me like this. Blaming an educated and decent person like this is highly shameful. I came to know about this when I talked to a customer care executive from another mobile phone today (02-nov-2009) at about 8:59 am. Mr. Mandeep Singh (C.C.E.) told me that your reliance no. ([protected]) have been blocked for customer care assistance because of you said some abusing words. They neither told me his name nor they are willing to give me that calling record in which they are saying that I said some abusing words.

2) They are not activating 1 PAISA PER SMS plan on my reliance number, I have requested this service two times by sending ACT SMS 1P to 53739 and two times by dialing *777*4*1#. I enquired many times but they said that service will be activated after 24 hours but still 5 days have passed but this service is not activated on my reliance number.

I think because of they are unable to activate this service on my number that’s why they have closed my customer care assistance and blamed me like that which is shameful for me.

I have not said any abusing word. I request you to take necessary action against this as soon as possible.

Reliance Communications — faulty deduction of money from the balance

my phone no is [protected].faulty amount is deducted from my balance on the name of activation of various services.but i have not send any msg for start of these services.these are started itself,and even i get to know when my balance is deducted.few days ago these started when 60 rs is deducted on the name of services like voice chat activation and mantra guru.i called to customer care and said for deactivation these services and all the services.he confirmed me that all facilities are deactivated which starts itself. but today also 30 rs deducted on the name of renew of mks facility.how can it be possible that when customer care ensure deactivation of all the services when it start.i even dont get msg of start of these services.i think these are started by reliance itself for money.plz ensure that mmoney should be refunded .

sir, samething had been experienced by me in the past. And it took lot of time to unsubscribe.
TODAY only i got a mesg from RP 51234404, obviously frm the company which reads-
your subsciption to CelTalk tunes service has been renewed...
infact i ve never subscribed. And interestingly the company wants me to send a mesg
if i want to unsubsribe. i did that and waiting for a positive response.
Cant something be done so that such thig is not repeated.

we are facing network busy problem for 3 month.
our call connects after dailing 20-60 min.I observe that many customers facing to network busy problem.When we dial ony simple STD format number call is getting through.

Reliance Communications — fraud in the name of subscrption

without my authorisation they are continuously deducting rs60/rs30 every month.when contacted they confirm unsubscription but next time i get the message "your subscription to CRBT Service has been
renewed at rs30 for a period of 30 days. To ubsubscribe sms unsub 1003 to0155223." after contact
I get the message "dear reliance customer, you have now unsubscribed to caller tunes". but no reversal of earlier deduction made by them. this is a systematic fraud .I have to incur loss of rs 50000 for sudden
deduction in earlier occasion for nonavailability of connection.it happened twice in last 48 hours.

Reliance Communications — deactivation of one pack by other pack

i hv reliance india mobile n 3 days before i got a recharge pack of RIM 2 RIM free for rs. 999. today i asked customer care about 1p per second caling pack n he told me that 999 scheme wil also work if i get both the scheme activated. but nw when i got this 1p per min scheme for rs 58 they have deactivated my 999 scheme. how can one deactivate scheme for such a high value for mere rs.58 scheme. n nw when i m asking them to activate my former scheme they r just refusing.
