BROAD BAND IN CHANDIGARH

I applied for a Broad band conection and paid Rs.500 as installation charge. they assured me within 3 days the installation will be finished and i can use it. But even after 15 days of time there is nothing from their side. when i called the agent who collected cheque & application from me, he is disconnecting the call most of the time and in case lifting the phone he is telling that there is shortage of modem unit and tomorrow the installation will be finished.when i tried to contact senior persons they too r making all kind of excuses

Company has informed us saying it will take 15 days to migrate. They have asked for another 15 days saying technical fault as reason when I have inquired the status after initial 15 days.

I have again inquired the status after another 10 days. They told us it will start by next day morning.

I have again visited the office next day since it was not started. I kept visiting the office everyday. And they kept answering saying it will start by next day. But unfortunately there was no improvement on status after even 1 month period.

They have told us after another 5 days that my number was in CUG plan. It was surprised to me since I have never applied for any CUG plan. I don't know without my approval how can they add me in any kind plan.

I kept paying my bill regularly. And there is no outstanding from my side as on today as well.

They have discontinued my service without any prior notice after few days.

Company has told me that someone from CUG plan has not paid his outstanding. And because of that they can't activate my number until that fellow pay his outstanding. I don't know the person who has not paid his outstanding as I have never requested for CUG plan.

Company has started harassing me daily for outstanding amount which has nothing to do with me. I am in
under pressure and suffering from mental harassment now.

Please do needful to get me proper justice.

very bad network of reliance CDMA set. Very upset with Reliance CDMA i m baund to use reliance coz i destributed my number until i chance my number. Never purchase Reliance CDMA connections.

My Reliance gprs connection disconnects at every 1mb... I have registered more than three complaints... Still now they haven't cleared my problem... reliance response to customers is dead slow... I hate reliance...
