Reliance Communications — Mobile No. Deactivated

I have a reliance post-paid connection [protected] in the name of Ashish M. Agrawal effective from year Aug'06.
Yesterday all my Outgoing and Incoming services were stopped, inspite of all my dues being clear. After contacting CUSTOMER CARE I came to know about another connection on my name (out of my knowledge), to which I share only my name and thats it. On that number you have some Rs. 5970.68/- due, which your so called CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES wants me to pay untill they'll keep my connection i.e. [protected] blocked.

To this, after checking with your RELIANCE WEB-WORLD CUSTOMER CARE CENTER, I came to know that the connection which they are talking about is having due of year 2003 & having a address which is atleast some 15 Kms apart from mine.

Now can anyone please eleborate me, how can a person who started using a cell phone in the year 2006 have a bill due to his name for the year 2003.

This happens to be my private business no. and I'm loosing a lot just because of a CUSTOMER HARASS SERVICE.

Request you to please look in the matter asap and revert back.

The company installed a telephone connection at my home. But services on the number was not provided. Inspite of several verbal and written communication to the company, they did not respond to start the services. Consequently I decided to terminate the connection. My connection was terminated after sending written reminders to the company. But company did not stopped billing for the same number. I had not paid the bill because without availing services I am not liable to pay the same. Now company has served a legal notice through their advocate to deposit the bill.

Reliance Communications — I am unable to send sms from last 10 days.and i also done 5 time complain already.

I am Shahid from indore i am using reliance gsm service . i m unable to send sms from last 10 days and i also done 5 time complaints to customer care or supervisor level but my sms service has not been activated till now.i want to go in consumer court .what can i do please give me suggestion.

Reliance Communications — Disgusting Service and Irresponsible Customer Care

Hi

My name is Gopinath Venkatesh and I'm a subscriber of Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ wireless internet service for the last 5 months. They did not send the bills to my correct address cause of which I was not aware of my charges and they disconnected the broadband on a day where I had to work over both the weekends from home. Since the broadband was not working, I had to rush to office which is about 25Kms from my home, around 11:00PM. When I called up customer care and explained the scenario, they just insisted me to pay the bill ASAP to activate the service. I managed to pay the bill online after calling my friends who had interenet connection. After paying the bill they took more than 24 hours to activate the connection. During this period, everytime I called up the customer care, they just promised me saying the service will be up in 3hrs time which actually took more than 24hrs.

When I wrote my concern to [protected]@relianceada.com and Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com the only response I got is " we regret for the inconvenience" and sent me the soft copies of my bills. I did not receive the bill for the month of jan till 2nd March whereas the due date is 22nd Feb. When I called up the customer care again for the same, I couldn't get through their personal details verification. Reason being a surname added to my name. Do not understand how was a surname added to my name all of a sudden and not sure who initiated it. All the documents I submitted mentions my name as "Gopinath Venkatesh" and no where I have a surname written. They are not ready to disclose the surname also.

When I wrote to customer care to correct my personal details, below is the response I received :
>Correction in Personal details.

We would request you to visit nearest Reliance Mobile Store with a copy of affidavit from court and a name change certificate and a new CAF (Customer Application Form) needs to be filled up.

I seriously do not understand that why should I undergo the pain of going to a court to get an affidavit, why should I produce a name change certificate when my name is not changed. All these pain caused due to the mistake committed by their end.

Please do forward the same to concerned people and hope they would act wisely.

Reliance Communications — Unnecessary balance was deducted

Sir/Mam,

I am Reliance GSM user, My no is [protected]. There was a pack namely NAZARA Jokes PACK was activated on my number in Jan'2010. I had requested to RGSM to deactivate the pack. After that I had not received any alerts or any msgs from RGSM as NAZARA PACK. so thought that pack has deactivated. But on 1rd Feb 2010 RGSM again deduct Rs. 20 from my Account balance and one more thing i spoke to the floor supervisor he asured me that we have deactivated your pack but despite of deactivation hte BAL. was deducted and the Executives back answer. So i have logged complaints on RGSM Customer Care. But I didn't get proper response. They told me that "your Pack has deactivated now. No balance will be revert to your account and that is your fault that you have not confirmed that your pack is deactivated or not. This is not a company's Fault."

Few months back I was charged for the jock alleret, which I never activated. Again recently I have been charged for the reason of activating the "bikini babes" which again I never opted for.So, I request the concerned authority to please look into the issue and provide me justice.

i am using reliance mobile C D M A [protected] since from 5 years so i buy a new handset witch is Sim felicity so i converted to Sim so i submitted a document witch is issued by indian election commission. So i was received on 27/02/2010 4.59am a sms from reliance 52811 service the sms is my out going calls has been barred because of no proper document so agine i submitted my document witch is issued by mandala revenue officer on 27/02/2010 morning 11 am but i did not get my out going calls and on 02/03/2010 morning 11 am i was disconnected in coming calls also so then i called to customer care of reliance service they even those documents also no proper document so thats what urs mobile service will not activated i asked to customer care give a compliant number to but they rejected but they advised me go reliance web world give a proper document they and u will get connection so pls justice for me and take necessary action on reliance communication

I have been charged more than couple of times rupees from by prepaid mobile numer by various fraudulent ways which I brought into the notice of the service provider many a times but even than unable to get a proper response. Again recently I have been charged for the reason of activating the "VOICE CHAT" which again I never opted for.So, I request the concerned authority to please look into the issue and provide me justice.Even when I try to cancel again next month I am charged.........
