Reliance Communications — no signal & voice Breackment

Hi,

Myself Pawan Baranwal from Delhi and I am using Reliance GSM ([protected]) prepaid service but nowdays I am facing very difficulty to make/receive calls because of bad network or no network .moreover I tried to call customer care but its more difficult to call them because they are always busy without any work...I don't know how so ever busy they are...anyway this time I am fed up with this casual approach towards providing better services to their customers by Reliance GSM services in Delhi. i purchase Reliance GSM in second times But after my Bad experience i am going to throw this SIM in dustibin. because no one is free for waiting reliance network in mobile war.

I don't know, how can Reliance GSM comparing with others in terms of better network coverage?... i say with confident that no Relience GSM officer use their own network i request them if you want to know the actual probem then be part of reliance user and Feel the actual problem, They are only make fool Indian citizen

Now I am planning to leave this connection again...

Hope this time Reliance will take necessary steps ...otherwise they will become bad service provider and also they will loose their credibility .

Reliance Communications — INSTRUMENT NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE LAST THREE YEARS

HELLO SIR, I AM THE CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATION, I HAVE ONE LANDLINE CONNECTION WITH NO.[protected], AND ONE DATA CARD CONNECTION WITH NO. [protected]. MY BILL PAYMENTS ARE ALL CLEAR. MY LAND LINE PHONE SET IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. MANY TIMES COMPLAINTS HAS BEEN MADE TO THE NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE AT KALKA. MECHANIC ATTENDS THE COMPLAINT. BUT NO SATISFACTORY REPAIRS OR CORRECTIONS. AFTER FULL NIGHT PLACEMENT ON CHARGING BASE IT DOES NOT GET CHARGED.I REQUEST YOU PLEASE CHECK THE MATTER AS SOON, AS THIS PHONE IS INSTALLED AT MY LPG DISTRIBUTORSHIP OFFICE, AND ALL CUSTOMERS USES THIS PHONE TO GET BOOK THEIR REFILL. BIG PROBLEM IS HERE. WE HAVE NO EXCUSE TO REPLY CUSTOMERS THAT WHY PHONE IS NOT WORKING. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL. I WANT TO GET REPLACEMENT OF INSTRUMENT/ I WILL ALSO PAY FOR IT, BUT I WANT TO RUN IT ON THE SAME PHONE NUMBER.

Reliance Communications — deduction of balance of prepaid account

i have a relince gsm card...last week i got a msg frm reliace service that i[censored] recharge today with rs 30 u get 25 balance and 20 min std free...i recharged and i got the bal....but i was not used 20 min std free min..i used only 6 min...so i complaint the customer care .but he was not responding and he was talking rudely..and not refund the balance.................

i want to change my instrument.

hi this is krishana pratap singh. i purchased a reliance GSM no. from a delear it's no is [protected]. now i am facing problem in that because i have submitted all my document recquire for identifaction to purchase a sim card. but it's services are be diactivated i would like to activated my sim card services as soon as possible.

i am not having another moblie no. to talk with my relatives and my family mambers are very worried about me.

I have requested to your customer care for disconnection of data card no [protected] as i was moving out but i am receiving bill every month and every time they are adding amount .Today again i have received a bill for Rs.766.95 Bill No.is[protected] dated 5th Feb.10. I am again requesting you that please disconnect my data card and settle my dues against deposit.
