I have been charged couple of times rupees from by prepaid mobile numer by various fraudulent ways which I brought into the notice of the service provider many a times but even than unable to get a proper response. Few days back I was charged for the mobile TV, which I never activated. Again recently I have been charged for the reason of activating the "bikini babes" which again I never opted for.So, I request the concerned authority to please look into the issue and provide me justice.

i m the custmer of relience gsm prepaid card from last 6 months...
i subscribed for free callertune for 7 days at 22 feb 2010 at 14.18 pm..

on the 26 feb 2010 at 06.18 am i hv received msg 4m u dt
"callertune sub charges will be renewed at Rs 30/mnth on[protected].to cancel SMS unsub 1003 to 155223(tollfree)."

so i sent message "unsub 100" to 155223 at 27th feb 2010 at 19.34 pm..

and after sent it i got reply from your company on 27th feb 2010 at 19.35 pm that
"Dear cusomer your request has been accepted.You wil be intimated shortly about the status of your request.."

and suddenly on 28th feb 2010 at 00.09 am the another msg come from company dt
"Dear customer the keyword for unsubscription for callertunes has been changed.kindly send UNSUBCT to 51234 to unsubscribe from callertunes servicr"

and i again sent msg 2 your company on 28th feb 2010 at 09.30 am that
"UNSUBCT" to 51234

and sudenly i received msg from company at 2nd march 2010 at 9.54 am dt
"YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.20 FOR A PERIOD OF 20 DAYS.TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155226(TOLL FREE).ON = 97.253.29.72.9080"


so my complain is dt why u change ur keyword 4 unsubscribe 2 callertune nd i[censored] change nd i sent u msg den why my 20 rs cut from my balance...its nt a big value bt i think its froud so pl gv me a solution..den aftr many time i go to the relince webworld at subhasbridge at ahmedabad..bt they didnt gv me solution..give me a solution..via phone or mail..my mob num-[protected]

Reliance Communications — Wrongly charged for Data usage

i have been using Reliance GSM services with cell number +91 [protected] (mumbai) from past 2 months and i opted for there unlimited data service which includes unlimited browsing and data downloading on the cell phone. the plan rentals per month are Rs. 299. i have been using this service on my Nokia n97 phone, mostly i have used the data for checking you tube video and cnn mobile video. during my first months billing cycle my line was suspended on 2 occassion and ones the Out going calls very barred for high usage and unbilled charges. i asked reliance customer care more then 50 times but they were not in position to explain me what are the charges been picking up on my account. finally after waiting for the bill to get generate i saw that inspite of having unlimited data plan still i was charged for data usage which was Rs 3500. after arguing with the reliance CC at web world finally they waved off my data charges and assured me that here after this issue wont happen. i started using my nokia n97 again for the data for browsing on my handset, and with in 7 days again my line is been suspended since Feb 27, 2010 till today i.e. March 5, 2010. i asked the reliance web world staff what is the issue this, again they suggested me to wait for end of billing cycle as they cant view why is my usage gone so high. also now they are accusing me that i must be using my nokia n97 as modem to connect to my laptop. and they say that i should pay the unbilled usage to reactivate my line. i have been trying to explain them that since last month i faced the same problem of data over charges and again i have to face the same problem for which they gave me simple answer to not use the reliance gsm services if it doesnt suit me.

please advise as to what has to be done to get this sorted out.

Reliance Communications — NON CLEARANCE OF COMPLAINTS

i HAVE RECEIVED Rs. 200 additional charges for some services which i have not applied for. On Enquiry they took my compliants. But they did not solve it. Then they say you have to pAY THE BILL ELSE YOUR INCOMING WILL BE DISCONTINUED though the query was not solved. now they have discinnected my incoming. wile complaint status still show under solving

Reliance Communications — Deducting Prepaid balance

I had made Recharge for my Mobile No:[protected] of Rs.249/- (Reliance to Reliance free) on 22/02/2010 but this recharge was not active up to 03/03/2010 of myself being unaware. My balance of Rs.70-100/- approx had been deducted to all calls made to Reliance mobile in spite of company's fault. My complaint has yet not been entertained for entitlement of eligible Refund of Balance which company has deducted on part of their mistake

right now i using reliance gsm prepaid card,from the day of activation till now i facing a problem in Msg service. i doing complain in a customer care no *333, all of their executive & supervisor no body agree to understand me & they nt able to gve me a balanse refund of sms schem . i just told them if you are nt providing me a good servise due to your system problme then you may plese give me a my bal refund..
second thing i told a suprwisor to transfer my call to their manegar bt they are nt agree for same, they told me nobody from them give me a 1rs refund , as a good will
you can change a servise provider bt balanse refund is nt possible from our side........................

Reliance Communications — wrong balance deduction for 2 times

sir my no is [protected] in which last 2 months ago the MVDIEO service is activated without my permission and 2 times 30 30rs detuct from mya a/c .i complaint 30 times bt no response and no service deactivated (MVIDEO) i have 8 complain no bt no response ple chek an return myb balance .
sir my mobile no is [protected] in which last 2 days ago the ringtone pack service is activated without my permission and 15/- detuct from my account. i complaint but no response and no service deactivated. please check and return my balance .

Reliance Communication Land Line Phone — phone not installed yet 3 months passed away

As per information by our consumer complaints dept. we have come to know that one of your sales executive mr. Saifi khan has came in contact to our near by out let on 08/12/09 with an issue of an broad band phone of reliance communication and our officials made payment through cheaq no. 981092 P.N.B It is a matter of great disgrace that still none of the phone is installed at our office premises which was advised by your office personnels And ur field executive officer has ensured us several times that as soon ur problem will sort out .But still nothing can be done at your behalf.IT is also a matter of IGNORENCE that u people promised to install the phone within 15 days and 3 monts have been passed away,

AND THOUGH WE HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO MR. NITISH SRIVASTAVA THE AREA SALES MANAGER BUT HE AT A RESPONSIBLE POST DENYS TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM AND HIS OFFICE PERSONNELS THE FIELD EXECUTIVE OFFICER MR. ASHISH DAN REFUSED TO SORT OUT OUR PROBLEMS AND ASKED US TO GET OUT OF THEIR OFFICE INSPITE OF SOLVING OUR PROBLEM.

Please sort out this problem as soon as possible and give us answer in letter soon I.E (15 days) Otherwise this will be treated as a high level of ignorance by ur side we will bide to take legal action against u .

Well we still have faith in top brass of reliance communications LTD and expect very STERN action by ur side.

Reliance Communication Limited — Disconnects Service

I had used Reliance network post paid connection (my cell no. [protected]) last 80 months. Me apply for change the postal address with application form and copy of driving license, rasan card & payment slip of electricity connection and also shpow the original paper to reliance outlet. But till no any response from last 7 days from reliance communication side. We have register 3 or 4 complain in *222 and reliance outlet at Dewas (MP) also. But there is no solution. Me suffering our business communication from last 7dyas.
