[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Poor Service & Illegal balance deduction | |||
With due respect and humble submission I Ravindra Rathod would like to draw your attention towards the Poor Sevice & Illegal balance deduction i had to face in the hands of this big telecommunication giant Reliance india limited. Since march i have started using the new services of RCOM whatsapp& facebook plan @ 16 RS as my gprs usuage is confined to these two applications i started facing this issue of deducting my main balance sometimes it is 20 rs , 40 , 60 rs too.. I continously register my with customer care (as much as 7 times till now). There is no resolution till date. Complaint no[protected]. Mera nam Vikrant Katiyar aur mera mobile number [protected] hai.Hum appki mobile service ke prepaid custamar hai.meri complain hai ki appki mobile service bin vajah (illegal deducation) Rs cat kar leti hai aur complain karne par kabhi Rs vapas kar deti hai aur kabhi vapas nahi karti hahi.Humme aapki is service se paresani hone lagi hai.
Aaj appki Reliance Communication service ne hummare A/c se phir illegal deduction(Rs 47) ka liya.
Ab appse hummari request hai ki app hummare Rs jald vapas karege !
Agar app mere Rs jald vapas nahi karege to hum appki complain TRAI me karege.
