I have recharge 77 for STD Reliance to Reliance 20p/min in my number +91 [protected] which comes under Delhi circle but it doesnot work in my number although I received a conformation message from the Reliance that Rs77 is recharged successfully and now you can enjoy Reliance to Reliance call @20p/min validity 30 days. Now my call rates becomes 50p/min, I have never subscribe any plan which costs 50p/min. While I have contacted to customer care they told that 77 is not work in your number as your number have activated other plan but no where such things are written. Please help me to resolve my issue ASAP as I am a very new customer to reliance and very much unsatisfied with this kind of issue. Thanks, Sandeep Nayak mob: +91 [protected]

I dont think the issue will be resolved because Reliance have discontinued this plan.
As saying to Reliance that plan was very convenient for calling but now Reliance has shown his real face.
After the confirmation from custumer care by three times, I have recharge 49 for STD Reliance to Reliance unlimited min validity 03 days in my number +91 [protected] which comes under Delhi circle. After recharge a message received recharged successfully and now you can enjoy Reliance to Reliance local unlimited call validity 3 days. this is cheating with me for false infomation given by all three reliance custumore care representaive. Please help me to resolve my issue ASAP as I am a very new customer to reliance and very much unsatisfied with this kind of issue. Thanks, Krishna Kant mob: +91 [protected]

    I was using a postpaid number ([protected]) since 2008. Reliance has terminated my number when i stopped using it just for 2-3 months and they are now not activating it again. They did not inform me also about termination of my number. But i had only that number which connects me to my business mates, friends. But now i am unable to do anything.

    Please go through my matter and please try to resolve it as soon as possible.

    Reliance CDMA — subscription of services without informing me

    since last three months, company is deducting my talk value continuously on behalf of "premium services". Austrology & Mantra packs have been activated on my number without informing me. When I called to customer care they told me about the deduction and how these services have been activated. He told me that, I have received a call from relience for activating these services but I didn't get any call from reliance. And I want to inform you that DND service is activated on my number so then can't call me. I want my talkvalue back.

      sir/madam:

      this is balu...i used reliance netconnect plus....my reliance card no is HSD [protected]....i am under the plan of 550 rs per month..they provided me a credit limit of 1300 rupees per month...but on the 13th november month 2012..they disconnected my connection and i asked a reason for that... but they said that u used for 2416 rs so we disconnected...."i asking u sir....what is the use of credit limit they told"...but they told me to pay a money now ....i am basically poor family...my fathers monthly income is 3500 rs only...i registered complaint to them about billing...but there is no response......this is the complaint nums.....[protected],[protected]...they given to me....without resolving my complaint they tell that....u must pay this amount otherwise we will put on u a case under section IPC 406 & 415-E....what is the resolution for this?....pls give neccessary steps further i do.....

      Reliance HSD No.[protected]

      I have used reliance net connect plus with the above HSD card number. I would like to inform you that i have faced lot of network issues and called up so many times to customer service calls starting from Jan 2014 - July 2014 related to network issues. It was never resolved from Reliance side and promptly bill will be generated from your side every month after so many calls also i never got waiver amount for any of the above mentioned months. Whenever i was connecting to the Reliance Netconnect it will never get connected and i have stopped using it longtime back. Whenever i have called up customer care for disconnecting the 'Reliance Netconnect' i got a strange answer from your customer service executive saying network is down call us later. It was never disconnected from Reliance side... Still now the problem has not been resolved and now i am getting a bill of Rs. 2391/- saying need to pay this money to avoid legal action under section of 406 & 415-E of IPC. Nowadays it has become a big mental stress for me

      A] Repeatedly i have sent mails to appellate authority [Bangalore & Chennai] it was an issue which was never resolved from Reliance side after repeated complaints from my side (Refer: Attachment mails to Appellate Authority [Karnataka/Tamilnadu]). I have been promised that the issue will get resolved within 5 days from your side. But for your kind information the issue has not been resolved and still it is in OPEN as of today.

      B] In relation with Reliance network for more than 5 years i have never defaulted my payment in the past. Even though there were lot of network issues from your side i have paid the amount from my side [Reasons being told from your side: Internet is down @ Anekal area, Network coverage issue, Account has been transferred to Varthur area, Up gradation to high speed internet etc.]

      C] As promised still service guys have not visited the location which is my current residence [June - July 2014]. But i will get many calls saying we will promise you that the issue will be resolved from our side @ the earliest. (Refer: Attachment mails to Appellate Authority [Karnataka/Tamilnadu])

      D] Already i spoke to senior person from your side for a waiver [Request ID: T[protected]] but after that there was no response from your side.

      E] In relation with Reliance network for more than 5 years i have never defaulted my payment in the past. Even though there were lot of network issues from your side i have paid the amount promptly from my side [Reasons being told from your side: Internet is down @ Anekal area, Network coverage issue, Account has been transferred to Varthur area, Up gradation to high speed internet etc.]

      F] For a 5 year old customer this is the basic courtesy from your end by sending legal letter and till now i have promptly told whoever calls from your side saying i will pay whatever has been used from my end. I was expecting resolution from your end which has never happened till now.

      Please let me know the resolution for this...

      Hi,
      Data Card no. [protected] (was using from last 2.5 years)
      On 16/08/14, my Huwai data card (out of warranty) has been damaged, so was not working.
      On 17/08/14, I had called to Reliance Customer care[protected], asked about service center in Bangalore. He had given me Rajaji Nagar address. I contacted there on 26/08/214, he has told that he is not repairing Huwai data card & rejected to repair.
      On 25/08/2014, again contacted to customer care, he had given me one service center address, Shree Sai Cells Indiranagar.
      On 30/08/2014, I have submitted my Huwai data card for repair (Job no. 6578 attached with this mail). He has accepted but after a week I called[protected] him, he refused to repair & said not repairable.
      After 31/08/2014, I visited to Reliance outlet at Marathahalli & nearby areas, but there were no availability of blank data card.
      But still I have paid Aug'14 bill of Rs. 562 (In august, I have use internet upto 16/08/2014, but paid full bill amount).
      On 08/09/2014, I have purchased new blank data card from Sri Vinayaka Enterprises for Rs.1500, with existing plan & MDN no ([protected]) & it activated on 10/09/2014.
      On 25-26/09/2014, new data card was not working. Asked to customer care, he told that software up gradation is in process, will work within 2 days. Again I had called to customer care & again he replied the same.
      On 04/10/2014, At customer care, I have raised two complaints (complaint no.[protected] & had shown to Rajaji Nagar service center, but refused to repair the data card
      On 11/10/2014, I had given to Shree Sai Cells service center, he had accepted (Job no.7016) & was ready to repair or replacement within 10 days. Oftenly, I called him replied that he is working on it.
      On 14/11/2014, He refused to repaired the same & not ready to replacement under warranty also.
      Yet my complaints has not been solved. Now still, reliance net connect asking me to pay bill Rs. 2154.
      Now still, reliance sending me sms saying make the payment otherwise going to case file against me under Section 4.6 & 415-E of IPC.
      Please let me know the resolution for this issue

      This is Ameen...i used reliance netconnect ...my reliance card no is HSD [protected]... I used this Card for One year
      and after that I got relocated to Bangalore from Chennai, I called Reliance team for closure, they said no issue they will give the option of 5months free usage with out any charge, but I said them the reliance Dongle will not work in my office Laptop
      so its useless, please cancel it, they said they will do i, after 5 months I got a bill started in my name to my Chennai address,
      Its ridiculous and now i can see the messages coming from Reliance team on threatening Legal actions against Section 406 & 415-E...

      what is the resolution for this?...pls give necessary steps further i do...

      Please note I have given cancellation request dated 16 July and I received the confirmation with the Service Request ID:[protected]attached for your reference).
      But they generated the bill and demanding for the payment.
      Please note for the past 2 month I have not even used the Reliance data Card and how you will generate the bill for the unused and cancelled connections?
      Please note I have sent repeated mail every month asking why you are generating bill for the cancelled connection.
      As usual there won’t be any response from the reliance team. ( I have all my mails proof with me. If you are ready I can send all these mails).
      Please note I paid all the bills for the usage. Below mentioned bill amount is not valid and due to system error you are generating the Bill every month with no usage.

      Now Reliance is threatening me to make payment or otherwise they will file case under section 406 & 415 E of IPC. This is totally stupid and I never use any reliance product.

      Please help me and provide the solutions.

      i hope Mr.Ambani sir wake up even i have received sims for the hsd for rs 2279 am really amazed y u ppl r doing so n troubling the user in my case i did not receive any bills either by email r physical one i spoke to ur customer care ppl say some 5 years back that i need physical bill and payment due was for 1 month only suddenly u ppl woke up after 5 years and sent me sms mind u am lawyer n also citizen of India i can go to consumer court for i would happy to settle 5 years old 1 month bill if hard copy r soft copy sent to me on my email my hsd no is [protected] n i request you ppl of customer care service stop playing n falsely using Indian penal codes and sending fake sms my mobile is [protected]

        I am useing Gsm Sim-[protected] I am paid last bill amount of late payment 100. I am not get the bill how can i pay for late payment amount. Bill are not sending and saying we are sent the bill its not good.?

        and I am activated about 99rs net pack I'm get 2.5GB downloads. but not better speed that way I am d-activated about that internet pack. but i'm get 44rs of charged to me. saying 5mb used that way charged its not better look I'm not used net wecome page not opend that way i'm d-activated that internet plan i'm need 144+0.50=144.50 waver on this month

          Hello sir.I have complain against reliance netconnect plus.I have earlier complained that reliance is not taking my request for termination of my number [protected] after that reliance executive assured me to resolve my problem within 15 days. I requested them to terminate my datacard number [protected] on 12 march but they did not take it.But later on 16 february they took my request and gave me the request ID[protected] and assured me that my connection will be terminated.I am not using datacard for last 20 days that is why i dont want any bill.
          Sir I dont want any current month bill because I am not using this connection and requested to termination.I have all mailed from reliance as a proof of my word.I have cleared all dues of reliance on 15 february.sir plz suggest me viable option against reliance.

            My Reliance GSM Mobile Number is [protected].

            Even after de-activation of VAS24 pack in sept 2012, reliance is deducting Rs.24 every month as auto renewal which usually gets refunded on complaint. But this time, when the amt got deducted (on[protected], i got the sms that the 'wrongly charged amt has been credited to my a/c'. However, no amt was received. On further complaint, no response has been received and i m getting only automated answers that 'your request has been processed' and ' VAS service has been de-activated as per your request'.
            Plz help me (i) get the refund of the amt and help me
            and (ii) stop deducting charges for VAS pack de-activated 6 months back
            Also, help me to get compensation of Rs.5000 for mental agony and wastage of my valuable time.

              My name is jatin suthar, my mobile number is [protected] , I receive information from reliance customer care about GPRS 3G plan of rupees 247, In which I get facility of 1GB data use, and 150 talk time for 30Days validity, but company customer care executive not clear me about 150 talk time is not receive in roaming network , which i already ask about this, after i activate this facility, when i again call at customer care another person from their senior department told me that , they are not given this facility , so i request them to deactivate this GPRS pack because my purpose not solve, they reply me they are not refund this amount to my main balance or not given this facility.
              I want this amount refund or this facility.
              reliance phone in send all total wrong bill so many time call but he could not send the bill. when my bill four hundred fifty rupees only and next give bill the two thousand four hundred bill we call so many time plz give detail bill today we have not receive any bill telephone number this [protected]. this number is close down last month..

                  I am having Reliance Net Connect Number [protected]. Reliance promises to provide 3.1 mbps on my silverplus unlimited internet plan for the first 5gb and thereafter 144kbps for the remaining days of each month.

                  The speed was very very slow and upon repeated calls and personal visits to Reliance Worlds and Reliance Mobile Stores and calling customer care, they continue with their pathetic speeds and charge Rs750+tax=Rs.843 promptly every month.

                  Their claim and promise of 3.1mbps on reliance netconnect has become a joke and in india, they continue to cheat people in the name of broadband connectivity. When will we get real broadband connectivity?

                  Even the signal is not consistent across different places in my house. I have problems with signal in their cdma moblity service also but then thats a different issue again.

                        I have closed my two post-paid reliance mobile connection on December 2012 & got confirmation from reliance people. But now I am getting bill for the month of Feb-2013.

                        For this issue Iam following up continuously & didn't got any response from reliance customer care & their next level as well.

                          I've been using Reliance broadband since 2006. Recently I've been facing annoyed by the frequest logout/disconnection problem.
                          It's so bad that my uptime in an hour is merely 10 mins. On top of it there hugely irritating costumer support reliance has. Literally none cares about the issue. None gives a call back for the resolution, give false committment of restoration in service. I've been calling 5-6 times a day and everytime I've been getting same answers as "there is outage in your area, and service will be restored in XX hrs", which never happened till date.
                          I've thinking of changing the broadband provider.
                          This is just a last chance to see anyone at Reliance really cares and gets back.

                                BSNL Landline — only outgoing is there.

                                i have made several compliants to the JE, bhadson, but they dont reponse to it, then after i had made the complaint to the higher authority of BSNL in nabha the JE of circle took only minor steps, but it worked hardly for two three hours and the landline phone came in the same position in which it was . so i request the concerned authority to do the need full.

                                  My Friend Named Rupesh Sharma is a valuable customer of Reliance. His Mobile No. is [protected]. His alternet Mob No. is [protected]. He was using this connection since last 5yrs. Four month ago he converted his no from CDMA fixed to Vodafone GSM. Again Two month ago he converted his no from Vodafone GSM to Reliance CDMA Sim and he submitted PHOTO, VIC and DL (XEROX) as document. All this act was done through Galaxy, Neamatpur, Dist- Burdwan (W.B.).
                                  He used this connection as a customer of Reliance CDMA Sim with Mobile No. [protected]. For 15days. After 15 days (i.e. 5th Jan) his connection was closed. Now he is unable to make a call or received a call.
                                  He contacted to Galaxy, Neamatpur, Dist- Burdwan (W.B.). and told all this problem, but Galaxy suggested to contact Reliance office Pahari Mata P.o. Barakar, Dist- Burdwan (w.B.).
                                  Reliance office Pahari Mata P.o. Barakar, Dist- Burdwan (w.B.) Mob No. [protected]. suggested him to submit all documents again.
                                  Again he submitted PHOTO, VIC and DL (XEROX) as document on 26th Jan’ 2013.
                                  But problem was same. There was no solution.
                                  At last he told that there is some problem is system. I can’t do anything and please contact to Reliance T.M. Mr. Pitamber jee on Mob. No. [protected] on 2nd Feb’ 2013.
                                  After one week he told that everything is ok but I don’t know why you are unable to make a call or received a call. So please contact to Reliance customer care on [protected] and tell him for Tele Verification.
                                  My friend again make a call to Reliance customer care on [protected] by there is no response. He is getting a voice messege. “our customer care executives are busy to other call, Please wait sometimes or call later”
                                  Sir, my friend is facing this problem from four month and not getting any solution from above mentioned persons. He is wasting his time money and much more.

                                        Due to the stupid network i wanted to opt for mobile no portability but as i send a message "PORT [protected]" at 1900, my balance is deducted and i get a new message from 1901 that says "Your request could not be processed please try after any time".
                                        After there has been no change in the message after my 100 tries and 4-5 months of calling uneducated customer care number and visiting customer care center in Jagadhri, Yamuna Nagar (135001), Haryana.
                                        I sent an email to the reliance office about the situation.
                                        They assured me that they will solve my problem but still its been almost 2 months and they have not contacted me for the last 1 month and now they have closed my case without confirming me saying that the issue has been solved.
                                        I HAVE STILL NOT GOT THAT UPC SO SOMEONE HAVING AUTHORITY DO CONTACT ME .
                                        every person i contact to solve my case who is working for reliance GSM says that he does have any power to do anything and agrees that this is truly a very poor service provider.

                                        dear sir,
                                        i am using reliance GSM service , frequently i called & requested customer care executive to deactivate my rural package but they are not doing the same. as on phone they assure me the same has been done but after next 5 days i use to receive SMS of deduction. as i am using prepaid service they are deducting the amount of 5/- after every five days.

                                        I bought a reliance GSM sim few days back. The number was barred with out any notification. I called up the customer care for further clarification and I was told that my documents have not been submitted whereas I submitted the document to the dealer itself at the time of getting the SIM for the first time.
                                        I resubmitted my documents at Reliance Web World and hoped that the number will get activated in 2-3 hours as I was told by Reliance people.
                                        It has been 2 days and the number is still not activated when In call the customer care I get to hear that they can't check my details as there is some kind of technical up gradation is going on, I dont understand if a technical upgradation can take one whole day or they just dont like my voice.
                                        I am helpless dont know whom to approach.

I tried 100's times but the got the same reply. And I even tried calling customer care 1000's times quoting the same issue, every time I spoke to customer care executive they use to one Service Request number and will ask for two days of time to resolve. After two days the S.R ticket will be closed saying the issue is now resolved but of no use. Will the same error after that also.
