My name is jatin suthar, my mobile number is [protected] , I receive information from reliance customer care about GPRS 3G plan of rupees 247, In which I get facility of 1GB data use, and 150 talk time for 30Days validity, but company customer care executive not clear me about 150 talk time is not receive in roaming network , which i already ask about this, after i activate this facility, when i again call at customer care another person from their senior department told me that , they are not given this facility , so i request them to deactivate this GPRS pack because my purpose not solve, they reply me they are not refund this amount to my main balance or not given this facility.
I want this amount refund or this facility.
