My Number is [protected]. I activated Whatsapp Plan on 7th Feb.

I had 41 Rs balance. But due to incorrect deduction it became 0.01.

Although Whatsapp plan is activated , when I use Whatsapp , Balance is deducting from my account.

I am using only Whatsapp. Please refund my balance.

I hope you will listen me & help me out.

My 41 rs balance has deducted due to GPRS although Whatsapp plan is activated.

I am waiting for your earliest reply.

    My name is Samir. Yesterday morning when I used to call somewhere I was shocked to see my balance. At previous night balance was rs 30 and in morning it was rs 0. Nothing was there. I call customer care several times. But no response from them. When I said to submit my complaint. They said there is a technical problem. I listen this same excuse several times in a day. Fed up now.
    Please help.

    Dear Sir,
    I would like to address that main account balance has been deducted by RS 8.00 on 18th May, 2015. I called customer care several time on the same date but there was no one from that side to reply my query and this is not the first time that had happened. I can not understand how the balance can be de ducted in a so cheap way. I would request you to return the balance back in my account. If my account balance is deducted in this way and company does not return the balance immediately, I will not be able to continue with this connection and have to take connection from any other connection provider.

    Similarly, on 17th may, 2015 amount has been deducted of RS 8.90 from PH No [protected].
    When I call Customer care no one was there to reply. If this happens for at least all the users then on one night Reliance will buy UAE.

    I am Preeti Baijal resident of kanpur. My number is [protected]. I have recharged my phone with rupees 75 on[protected]. But they have deducted my whole balance on[protected] and it is now zero balance but still my data is remaining.Theyhave deducted my whole balance rupees 124 which is totally wrong. I have complaint so many times but there is no satisfactory answer is given.They have said to return but did not return yet.
    Please solve my matter as soon as possible and refund my full balance.

      Dear Team,

      I sent the msg on 13th March, 2013 for my MNP port to reliance team with the msg 'PORT [protected]' on 1900 as suggested by Customer Service Team 198. When I called again on the team, they said we have not received any msg. When I called for the 3rd time they said call after 24 hrs as it would be processed and sent.
      On 14th March, 2013 again after not receiving message I called customer Service on 198 they suggested again the different form of msg ' Port [protected]' and he suggested that you should receive it within 10 mins. But as expected I have not received it till now.

      As even this msgs are chargeable and I had to do it for 3 times and post that also the result is zero.

      Please take the action on it.

      Reliance — inform about the msg sent to me from 91

      you had sent me a msg that my mobile has won 1 million pounds . then it was told to register the name & emailid . i tried it . but pls see to it whether its true . otherwise its you only who is spoilin your company's name. now dont send such msgs to ppl unnessesarily & bother them.
      these kind of messages keep coming i dont know from where

      It is really a mental harassment of the consumer. It has been 10 days by sending the msg for my UPC code for MNP process. They have registered a complaints for n no. of times and I have also received a call from them regarding registering my complaints. But its really a wonder that how they are closing the complaints without asking to the consumer regarding the issue resolution or not.

      I have sent the msg for many a times since 13th March and for that I have been charged. How this will be refunded as it has not been processed.

        Reliance GSM — wrong information on mobile recharge

        sir,
        i am a consumer of Reliance GSM services... i took a e-recharge Rs. 111/- but it isn't showing at my balance... and when i connected to 198... it comes always busy....
        so please suggest me how to i know my balance and validity of that recharge... i also went to that retailer shop but they also unable to solve my problem.....
        i also have a problem if any retailer recharge your number from wrong amount how we can refund that amount.... please solve my problem immidately...
        i am also sending same mail to the TRAI.... they will also explain me why the give 198 facility to the costumer when its always going busy....
        its totally cheating with consumer's....
        retailer costumer care give me validity for 111/- recharge for a month so if he will wrong i will give you recorded talk with him.....

        I Sanjay kumar residing at New Delhi hereby using reliance prepaid mobile for the last 2 to 3 years. I m very upset due to bad service of Reliance
        Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I got a message from Reliance (Message No.5252811) to recharge my number with 496/- rupees and get free STD calls all over India on 5th of May, 2012, so I recharged my mobile with 496/- rupees but the service didn’t get activated on my number. Then I call to Reliance customer care they told that this service is valid for 4th May 2012 only & you have recharged your number on 5th May 2012.
        My complaint number is[protected]
        I want to know that is it my fault that I got a message on 5th May 2012 & if this service gets closed on 4th May then why the service provider has accepted the recharge request. Just because of this I have to abide a huge loss.
        I also went to Reliance Web World at Jail road, New Delhi they also talk to Reliance Customer Care regarding the same issue but they also got the same answer from customer care. Finally they told me that they can’t do anything in this matter & they offered me another scheme on the same amount. I told them that either you refund my amount or you activate the same scheme on my number.
        I want to know that why a service provider like Reliance send such kind of fake sms’es to their valuable customers and misguide them.
        Request you to please do something in this matter & help me out of this situation

        This is equal to stealing money from people.

          i have an internet plan of 3gb day and 10 gb night usage .The last bill showed i have to pay 3500 , instead of 650rs,because of the extra usage i did, which is absolutely wrong.im very sure that my usage did not exceed the limit because i checked on the last billing date.i checked into customer care and internet helpcare and they gave me an falsely shown data of my usage during the month,which sums to rs 3400rs.please look into the matter and help me stop this theft.

          Student — Suffering lots due to wrong information provided by customer care

          "I am harish kumar bhati.my landline no is 23473128 and i m from bangalore .at 26 aug i had given the aaplication to change broadband paln from 1350 plus plan to home 500 plan.so from st of september i continously called to customer care n asked about current plan,everytime thry were saying that from monday(7th sept) your plan would be changed,and till 7th sept u can use ur previous 1350 plus plan and they also told taht from 1 st sept to till 7 th your bill would be proceesed based on 1350 plus afterwards based on home 500.so many times i called customer care service in bangalore every times i got same information.so i used 1350 plus till 6th sept .first of aal my plan had been cahnged by 5th of sept ,even i called at 5th and 6 th sept to customer care service but thaey told your previous plan(1350) is going on.at 7th thay told your plan had been changed from 5th of september even i made call to customer care manytimes at 5th n 6th sept but taht time they dint teel about that.

          so i went to Bsnl office n gave complain to area managaer meleesvaram bangalore at 9th of september.but she told untill unlees we wont see this month bill we cant do anything but she took my aaplication n told its would be considered ,dont worry.afterward i also went many times to BSnL office but got same responce.

          at 7th oct is date of realaesing bill.so at 7th oct i went to bSnl office n get the duplicate bill ,i was shocked when i saw the bill it was 6063 Rs, while i had to come near 600 rs(beacuse my plan was home 500 and i used only free timing of this plan from knight 2 o'clock to morning 8 o'clock, after 7th of sept when i came to know my home paln has been activated).

          again i wrote new aaplication with generated bill n gave to area manager.

          so sir plz solve my problem beacuse bill came so high due to wrong information of customer care ,while i made call 15 times in between 1st sep to 6 th september. sir i think i dont have fault from my side so plz consider this compail n resolve it .
          sir i want full concession and want bill based on home 500 plan .

          Reliance Broadband — Wrong bill

          Dear Sir / Madam ,

          I am having reliance broadband connection with user id[protected] in Noida . My services had been barred without informing me because i had changed from Broadband duo plan (internet + landline ) to only broadband connection (without landline) .

          When i called customer care they told me that your credit limit exceeded because you havent deposited telephone instrument . I told them pls pick the instrument from my home and re-start my services but even a week later i havent received any response , even my services were still barred . Due to this i had suffered a lot because i am student of SCDL Pune and not able to submit my online assignments resulting into back in semester . Would request you to pls take legal action against them for harassing my metal level .

          I was having Reliance broadband connection with user id[protected] in New Ashok Nagar Delhi 96. My services was disconnected since 7 sept 2010, and i have also complaind for that but not get the solution, than same way i have requested to disconnect my Connection Service.

          Firstly i have complained number of time for continue my connection service, But no one came to me, 1 and half month later one visistor phoned me that Mr. Tyagi please disconnect your service by calling on customer care because your cable is totaly damaged and we are unable repair your cable( due to shortage of cable in your area). So I request for disconnect my service, But still i am getting the Wrong Bill. Due to this i had suffered a lot because i am not able to work at home.
          Sir I would request you to pls take legal action against them for harassing me and my daily work. Still this is not the end they are sending the bill continue without any service facility since long time.

          RELIANCE BROADBAND NETCONNECT — Poor data transfer

          Reliance Broadband Netconnect which claims to offer 3.1 mbps speed is not offering more than 15-20 kbps speed. You can not stream videos... their own site takes >10 seconds to completely download... Never seen such a poor speed on Broadband. Do you think this way you can force me to go for your 3G plan... neither i nor the public is that stupid.
          I request each and everyone choosing reliance for data connection please test it before you buy it. They will push you for 3G but if any better technology comes in market you are doomed because than the speed will reduce drastically...

            Reliance Communication — service plan lapsed

            hi I am vikrant and my cell number is [protected] I had recharge of 249/ for rim to rim free 25/ for sms package and 58/ for 1 paisa per second but 249/ rim to rim plan has been lapsed I dnt had any info about the scheme that we can choose any one plan but shopekeepar has to know the scheem. customer care also reply the same. acording to me reliance is the big company but system is poor how one time it accept all plan it has to give us informatiom that your previous plan will be lapsed

                Don't go for reliance any products.i am using 5 reliance numbers from past 6yrs including net connect plus. but the reliance customer care don't know how precious a customer is?

                today i am vexed by one of the customer care representative named SWATHI.i called 198 for query relating i am not getting incoming and out going calls.do u know how funny answer i got? and how rude she spoke? even she doesn't have full information ? how they argued ?

                Mrs.SWATHI revealed that my cell was switched off for some days and i don"t have minimum balance of rs.50 to receive incoming.so that my number suspended.i don't know why minimum of 50 rupees balance to receive incoming calls? and finally she disconnected my call without intimation and salutation.

                by this suspension i missed an interview call from one of the medical company. their representative met yesterday and told your number was not connected from past 4days for telephonic round thats why my manager was not interested for further process.and my friend met with an accident two days back he was seeking help at that time and mis understands me.

                From today i was concluded to avoid all reliance products even though foot prints and reliance marts etc because product quality is not only a essential part,services plays a vital role in converting a cold customer into hardcore and brand loyal customer


                NOTE: if any one want to get me on this number you must have lot of patience.try and try until get connected.

                  I am a regular customer for the Reliance super market in Whitefield BANGALORE as I am experiencing the cashiers are being ruse to customer service with out any respect as I believe for any kind of business Customer is very important , As they making hurrying up the customer by snatching up the credit cards from the customer hands instead of being patient until the customer give it to their hands, as well as ordering the customer do it quick and demanding the change even its 119 Rs, they want 20 Rs change, as their duty to give the change to the customer as even they do have change they don't like to give in this way loose business, incident happened on last sunday as I was even thinking to leave with out buying any thing after the cashier behaved with by demanding the change of 20Rs,, if we are getting modernized like Foreign countries for EX America, as I reside , here also they need to follow the same standards as such happens in the other countries not just opening the super market and not able to provide the service rather we get don't even this kind of experiences on the street markets, ,please improve the customer service , thanks,

                    While in my prapaid account was more than Rs 80 and in Data account was more than 3 GB.
                    Missing my entire balance and customer care officer that entire balance how it disappeard ?

                      I Have the Reliance CDMA sim card for which I have raised the request for CDMA to GSM conversion. It has been more then 2 months and still the same is not done.

                      I have done procedure of creating the UID no. twice which is as below -
                      CDMA To GSM Process : Send an SMS type PORT<space>MDN and send to 1900 Customer receives a code from 1901 which is an alpha numberic number and is known as Unique Porting Code (UPC) Validity o[censored]PC is 15 Days

Even after regular follow up with custmer care /Reliance outlet/ Nodel office the number still not activated. I mostly remain out of city at roaming locations and not possible to wait for long time. Every time I am being assured that it will be activated within 24 hours but all are assurances only without results.

                          I am using reliance gsm service from Long time and there is no usage of net connect from last few months but from 2-3 months the reliance peoples charges me Net connect charges gradually from 750 in first month then 1800 then 2000.
                          first month i am Long above that and also request for close all VAS services from this no.,because we are no need any type of Internet services in this no.
                          they check the usages and that shows the wrong timings and totally wrong billing,so they reverse that charges in first month.
                          i am using blackberry Mobil and also deleted all the applications which may be use Internet also we visit web-store and double confirm to check the data usage are disconnected from this Mobil.
                          but they charge rs.1800 for same fraud VAS charges for next month also,i also complaints for the same and in between i also re confirm for disconnect my any type of Internet services from this connection,they not agree for the reverse this charges and also charge me one more month bill and disconnect my services also.
                          in this pressure of their regular calls and massages for payments only no one is follow the complaints and solve the problem.
                          after this much harassment i paid all my dues and now want to port in other service as possible as fast and want return my fraud charges back…

                            This is to draw your attention that the carelessness of RELIANCE COMMUNICATION OUTLET ( HEAD ) has done extreme blander with us. We have eight GSM connections by the name of HOTEL PRATEEK which was ported from TATA DOCOMO last month only. According to the promise they did not charge the call rates in the bill of first month. There was no CUG facility righter the free calls, sms, and call charges as per promise and offer letter. We cpmplained at your local office at jodh pur but since two months they are hiding themselves….Please help.
                            Secondly we deposited two cheques against the bill[protected] amount Rs.1588/- , cheque no.977168, Bank Of Maharastra and bill no.[protected] amount Rs.72/- cheque no.977167, Bank of Maharashtra, at Reliance Communication office on 6 February 2013. Strangely all our connections stopped on 14 February 2013 . We inquired and came to know that the amount were paid to reliance by Bank but still we were unpaid and that is why our connections were stopped... this was really something very strange. We deposited cash and continued.Thus we paid two times against the same bill…..
                            Thirdly why you are generating two bills against the connections?? There should be only one bill for eight connections for the same organization. We complained but no result till date.
                            The shocking part is that the cheques were already credited to Reliance account on 7 February which they denied and disconnected our connections. Please help.. The amount we already paid last month yet not adjusted after complaining again and again…….we have to go to the consumer court.

                                Many times i complaint for this in Reliance they responded very poor, late but ultimately i didn't gated any proper solution while I am paying full charges as per Relaince.

                                These activity gives very much harassment & irritation to me.

                                    I have Purchased GSM on 14/01/2009, No.[protected], the no is not still activated the sim is showing error 44H'ME ERROR/ 40 H'ME ERROR. I have contacted the Customer Care & Web World from where i purchased but there is no satisfactory response. Please Guide.
                                    i had puchased a new reliance GSM sim on 10/01/2009.They said that it will be activated within 15 min, but it was activated on 11/01/2009. After 3 days it was deacivated.                                       Already I lodged one complaint regarding wrongful deductions from my balance.

                                      But the outcome is still worsen. Again all my balance (around 25 rupees) is deducted
                                      Without any reason. The attitude of Reliance Mobile is cheap.


                                      Sorry gentle people, since I bought one android tablet from
                                      Reliance, made me slave to Reliance. The very act of reliance irritates me high and gives me mental agony.

                                      Ok. The finest thing is to come out from Reliance network. Unless reliance mobile is not adjusting my complaints in positive manner, then let me educate others not to go for reliance anymore. Thanks in this regard.... No further phone conversation is entertained. Coz it's highly waste of my time.

                                      i have complaint regarding the promotional messages which i receive on my mobile phone no. [protected] i always face problem regarding the deduction of my balance from these promotional messages i have complained on customer care no. *333 several times but still i am facing this disgusting problem its very shameful on your part that you could not satisfy your customer. and when asked on customer care number for senior to talk they always used to say that the senior is not picking up the phone.

                                      till date 07/06/09 total reduction of my amount is Rs 20. which is too much for me
                                      today i checked my balance n got astonished. At that time my balance was Rs73.22 whereas first it was Rs113.55. And i also received a messege on 6/7/2009 which says that my "Ayur pack is activated at Rs.30/30 days renewal on 8/5/2009 at time 12:23:00". I want to ask that by whose permission did you reduce my balance. I did not activate any such thing and still my balance got reduced. I want the refund back and this pack should be deactivated. This thing has happened for the 2nd time and at that time i had to suffer a lot for atleast 6-7 months. A newspack was activated at that time.

                                      I am using Reliance Money since last 4 months and I realised what blunder i did in my life. Reliance Money keeps on deducting balance from my trading account without any notification. I have lost my 1000 rupees only for their charges and its still showing that I need to pay further Rs.648 which is really a rediculous service. reliance can teach how to fool customers and cheat them and extract money. Today, due to trust in them I lost my all money and now I am not able to pay my telephone service. Thanks to reliance for making us aware for your cheatness popularity.

                                      on 8/12/09 i had recharge with Rs.500(Mobile No:[protected]) the next day amount of Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance account ,i make the call to customercare(*333) regarding the matter & ask them why they had deducted the amount ,they told me that i had played some contest thats why they had deducted the amount,they told me that i had recived a call from some khel contest on 9/12/09 around 7:00 pm and the service has been activated,but i had not recived any call at that time again i make the call to the customercare regarding the matter they transfer my call to the higer authority regaring the matter they told me that they will de-activate this service but the amount will no be refunded , they told that it was send via SMS automatically by phone as i was out of reach

                                      kindly look out for the matter as soon as possible.

                                        The receipt ID is - AMIR32921349.
                                        But no confirmation sms or activation of the promo is there till now.
                                        Even the so called customer-care guys are not picking up phones.
                                        Please look into it.

                                        RIM — RECHARGE NOT GETTING ACTIVATED

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I am a prepaid consumer of RIM.I have been using recharge voucher of 496 every month which made my RIM to RIM STD free for a month.Today i recharged it again as validity expired today.So, after successful recharge i was using it and my STD to RIM was free but after an hour it stopped working.On complaining to customer care they informed me that STV 496 would work only if it was recharged till it was valid.MY STV 496 was valid till 15/10/08 and i recharged it on 16/10/08 which is the usual way i was doing it.Now my recharge was successful and it was working also so in no way i should loose this offer as the recharge was successful and if it was not supposed to work on my connection the recharge should not have been successful.I request you to look into the matter and make STV 496 available on my connection

                                        i will contact and send the relevent details for that mentioned address, he says for claiming the amount i am credit the amount Rs.50.000 (635 pounds) to some local account holderfor legalise my winning prize.

                                        i dont know it is true or not,
                                        what i believe this and once i will pay the amount to that account it is get back to me or not

                                        now i am under confussion.

                                        please give the original status regarding this

                                        Smart GSM — SMS not Receiving

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        Myself, Praveen Soni resident of Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh). My Mobile No. is (+[protected]. I'm using BlackBerry 8100 with afiresaid number. Before a month while doing something, on screen where "GSM" was displayed has been changed as "edge". From that day/time I'm unable to receive any sms. I'hv complain alot, no getting no response from Customer Care.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        i am the subscriber of Reliance GSM since last 7yr([protected])...but now i am facing the problem which could not be solved by your customer care though i have complained lots of time and they only committed my complain one time but i could not get solution yet...i am using the SMS pack of Rs 25 which i would get 500 SMS per day but when i SMS to about 200 SMS, after few minutes i receives SMS that "Dear SMS pack user, your Free SMSs for they day is over, after Which u ll be charged at base tariff for all SMS for Today" then i called to customer care they gave me information, i hav made around 525 SMS though i had made 200 SMS by counting, daily i am losing my main a/c balance cause of problem in system, then why r u charge by my main a/c, when i do SMS under 500 SMS how can u charge me from my main a/c?? i am suffering from this problem since last 5 days but didnt get any solution after complain.
                                        please consider my problem release me with complain, i hope i would get solution here.

                                        Well, someone from RCOM Mumbai customer service, called me.
                                        He suggested to consult with the bank and check if the amount has been actually deducted.
                                        I checked with my bank.
                                        The recent transaction details is attached here.
                                        This clearly shows that on that day - 11st March, the Rs 18 amount was deducted and credited to RCOM.
                                        So please do the needful to return me the amount or activate the promo as early as possible.

                                        I want to raise this issue and bring it your knowledge that my account has been undergone a fraud and cheat from your company. I had recharged my prepaid no ([protected]) on 31st Jan, 2014 with 156 INR of 3G recharge and 180 INR of talk time. And I am surprised to check all my balances is 0 (zero) by 8th of Feb, 2014... Invalid VAS charges always do gets deducted on regular basis of 1 & 5 INR on regular basis which I had not complaint till now as I do not have much time but I know how your company deducts the illegal vas charges at the backhand as I have worked in one of the most leading vas company of India and handled reliance account too. Have some shame at least as I am your old customer of more than 2 years in this competitive arena and you guys rather than providing some extra bonus are looting me only... What a that I have been associated with you guys since a long time where portability is done in secs... I am making a complaint on all my bad experiences and probably if I do not get a prompt response from your end I will file a case against your services... What you guys think that you can mess with anybody who is your customer ???... service and company... Till this moment of writing mail I was that positive that I used to recommend many people to go with reliance gsm but I will try my best to hamper your image and stop some prospective customers for you.

                                        To connect in your call centre is a duty and task of at least 30 min as you do not give a direct and transparent option to reach your worst and uneducated and untrained representatives who have all the time a standard answer that sorry we are unable to access your account details... WTF... Your company does not deserve a loyal customer like me... I use airtel and vodafone also and I am a platinum postpaid user of them as they provide services at my fingertips and you guys are unable to solve simple query where I wanted to know where is my balance deducted and height is when you deduct the balance by cheating...???...

                                        I am awaiting for your response within 12 hours from the sending time of this post and if I do not get the response in time I am going to file a case against your services.
