I had been using reliance broadband for the past 3 years and i was pretty happy with the services.Recently i came to know about their AMAZING unlimited plans.So with my previous good experiences i decided to change my plan to the 4 Mbps unlimited on a quarterly advance rental plan.

The trouble started the day i did that.The plan got activated in under 48 hours but i did not notice any changes to my speed.So i called reliance services and decided to forward a complaint for which i was told,even though the plan is activated it will take them a couple of days for the opted speed to be achieved.So i waited for 7 days without registering a complaint and when even after 7 days i never got any changes i registered a complaint.I got a call from a guy and he asked me what the problem was .So i explained to him the entire scenario for which he replied that 4 Mbps speed is not right now fully operational in your area.So i told him i will opt for a slower plan then for which he replied, let me try once more.Strangely enough i started getting good speeds of MAX 400 Kbps download from that afternoon.So the problem was solved or so i thought.

Later on i found out that real time applications does not even work properly and that i am only getting the proper speed at night and early morning.Then came the dreaded frequent disconnections.So finally after one month and multiple complaints which were of no use whatsoever other than waste of my time and energy decided to change my plan to a lower speed.Hope this one will workout.

The thing which i want to bring out is.Please if a company cannot provide the promised speeds then why do you even roll them out to the public.Is it just to loot the consumer?.That is exactly what has happened to me. TRAI is another useless organization if we can call them that.Even if you don't bring out new plans atleast don't ruin your company's reputation.

    dear sir

    I am using reliance data card before four month ago, but i am not paid the bill because the services is not satisfaction. And they keep calling me on my mobile number to pay the bill. Then i finally said i will pay in this week, but i not have money to pay the bill. it make me suffer my mental health and also they told me if i do not pay the bill they will send me legal notice. so kindly help me what to do.

      Sub- erection of 4G infotel(reliance industries ltd) tower/pole site at h no.d4/59 (kh no.918) kunwar singh nagar nangloi new delhi-41

      Sir,
      Most humbly and respectfully we have to state that we, the residence of d4/d5 block nearby h no d4/59 inform you that above said tower is being erected at the roof of said building. The owner of the building ravinder dabas has commercial work of property dealer and not residing at the premises.The tower is 4g infotel(reliance industries ltd) is having harmful radiations upto 300 metres which is very hazardous to people particularly to pregnant ladies, children etc residing in the area. and the hazards related to brain problem and many more dangerous diseases better known to medical science. Moreover I teach many children at my roof most of them are under the age of 15.He has started building the tower adjacent to my wall which is only of 4 inch. Teaching small children under the tower is not only health hazard it also create danger to lives in case of earthquake.
      Therefore we humbly request you sir, kindly take necessary action to stop erection of above said tower at the earliest to avoid further complications in the area

        I am using broadband connection of Reliance Communication since long time & having combo plan of broadband (speed upto 500 kbps) & land line.

        I had requested to migrate the plan from 500 kbps to 1 mbps on 23rd December 2012 & it is implemented on 07th February 2013. It had taken 1 month & 16 days to migrate the plan while generally provisional time is 2-4 days.

        During this process the Company had charged me for land line connection & I had paid also.

        After migration of plan, I had complained for compensation through phone at Customer Care of Reliance Communications many times & e-mailed also in this regarding.

        But the Company (Reliance Communications) declined to provide compensation for delayed in migrating the plan.

          I had posted a complaint on this forum earlier and to my dissaray no solution has come of it. I would like to bring to light the poor service of RELIANCE BROADBAND based on the problems i am facing. I have screenshots of the problem i am facing as well. I am subscribed to the BOLT 4096 unlimited 4 Mbps plan and pay a monthly amount of 1099 + taxes for it. I am now getting a poor connection speed in my Broadband connection. I had spoken to many customer care officials regarding this and the have proved to be usless. Why is this happening?? and why is no action being taken to correct my problem. Usually according to your protocol you have a period alloted to us as 24HRS to get the issue fixed. I have been giving complaints about this again and again every day for the past 3 days and nothing has happened to fix my problem.

            on 25th of feb, 2013.. but my number is not transferred yet to postpaid...
            now i spoke to Mr khalid. (srinagar). i told him that if this no. will not be converted...
            then please send me my documents back.but he also didnt gave a proper response...

            Now please look into the matter and do the needful...

              I had activated WHATSAPP plan on 11 Feb 2013 , and when I am using it deduction is going on from my main balance. And when I just complained about it they said technical problem and they are not returning back my money and when I complained they always reply me with this message" RM-Reliance: Dear Reliance Customer[protected] has been resolved Your wrong decrement has been verified & amt is deducted against GPRS usage, WHICH. Is not true I never used Internet except WHATSAPP , they do not understand my problem properly and when I activated this plan I had around 100rs balance but now I have 25rs because of this only , please do something please take any action against it

              Same problem wit me.. evn aftr activating whatsapp plan, my main balance is being getting deducted. Wenevr i just cal to complain, They just sae, sum network problem.. cal after 2 hours. or sae amt is deducted against GPRS usage.. which is absolutely nt true i nly use whatsapp..

                smart from reliance in bihar — wrong billing

                my phone no is [protected] and it is under your lifetime plan. i have not made any out going calls during the past three months or so. but the balance in my phone is increasing day by day in negative.it was rs.-18.00 in the month of june and in july it is rs.-39.
                please look into it as your customer care is absolutely of no help.
                I have a reliance mobile connection numbered [protected], which I have taken nearly 1 yrs back.Now every month they are deducting 20 Rs in the name of music station subscription.I have not subscribed for any music station till date.
                I know tou may think the amount is small, but think it in this way that, that person is trying to become the richest person by stealing from everyones pocket.
                I have heard from the vendors that they steal the amount from the connections who have life time and do not rechage heavily.
                Inspite of calling customer care they do this everymonth.
                I will be thankful to u i[censored] can do something to stio this.

                Realince mobile post paid — mis guide and wrong billing

                My self ‘Ranjan kumar pandey’ is a consumer of Reliance communications. My mobile number is [protected] and my consumer Relation no. is [protected]. I have been charged for free reliance number in the all month of august, september There has been no charge taken on all realince number for the calls made till 13th Aug 09. From 19th onwards every call on this number is charged with the rate of Local call charge per min.
                I came to know when the bill increased the credit limit and my outgoing were stopped. I requested for bill and after checking the details I came to know that calls are been charged for free reliance number. When spoken to customer care executives they said that it was informed to customer via sms that free service has been stopped to smart phone of MP and Bihar. But I haven’t received any sms till date. I have spoken to supervisor also regarding the same and logged a complain (complain number:[protected] on date check the details and waive the amount charged on the free reliance number as there was no prior information provided to me by any means. After continuous follow up with the customer care executives and supervisor I dint got any kind of satisfactory reply. I dint got any call from the concerned dept to which the complain was forwarded. After speaking again and again with supervisor they No provided me their senior numbers,
                I have received no call from customer care for the above complain made.
                My outgoing call is stop by customer care.aginst my bill.

                if not solve my problem i m go to consumer court......

                sir last few months compny service is verry poor & not proper.
                compny charged me wrong. & debit my balance without any notice ya service.

                sir i give u some example for it.
                1. sir, i m useing reliance night calling pack.
                reliance offer recharge with 29 rs. get relaince to relaince 11:00pm to 6:00am reliance cdma & gsm mobile free.
                but sir on 3 march 2010 i called my 1 friends reliance mobile after 11:00 pm but compny charged for this..
                when i contact reliance customer care exucative told me that u get your balance back in 48 hours. but i dnt get my balance back yet. when i contact agian customer care exucative they told me that they have no data avelible so they can't do any thing

                2. compny give me 7 days free trail of callertune service
                sir i send sms for unsucribe this service before 2 days of 7 days compantion. but compny charged me for next 5 days 5 rs.
                compny charged me 5 rs. for next 5 days service on 18 th march 2010.
                sir on 22 march compny again charged me 10 rs for next 10 days., but sir my 5 days will complet on 22 march 2010 midnight 12:00pm, but debit my balance on 22 march 9:30 am
                i want to unsucribe this service today but now i have no other way..so i still continue for 10 days more...sir this is chaeting with me by reliance

                I have taken connection with 1 paise/ second but every time when I make a call , one paise extra is been deducted. for exampel if i call for 55 seconds , The charge for the call should b e 55 paise instead its deductiong 56 paise.

                Sir, Madam,

                During December 2009 I foolishly ordered "Complete history of world" through readers digest(ITBC). A cheque was attached and the same was en cashed on 6/1/2010. When I did not get the book by Feb 2010 I tried calling Readers digest and my ordeal started. I live in Chennai and I was told that I have to call[protected]. In spite of this customer complaint number being an STD, not toll free number, Perhaps to avoid customer calling, I called up several times and was told the book had returned back due to address problems. Mind you, I am living in the same address for the past 12 years and still get all "Readers digest" magazine regularly.
                I was told with in 20 Days the book will be re sent to me. I patiently waited for the same and called up in march, I was then told that the book is out of inventory and they are waiting for the same to come, I called up again in April and same reply, Agin in may 2010 same reply. I took this very hard and told them to cancel the order and return the money. After that every 20 days I am calling them and they are still , we are in September 2010, given the money back. In august I got a call from one Ravi, who gave me a "waybill number" of blue dart which turned out to be wrong. Today I spoke to the call center and one Mr. Rashid, who was very harsh, says it is the problem of "Blue Dart". I have never seen such utter disregard for customers.

                I sincerely believe that ITBC is cheating money and forcing customers to go through horrid time with their call center to dissuade them from asking re imbursement

                Reliance — wrong guide to the customer

                dear sir
                i am 4years older customer of reliance company. and i am using this service before 1 year on rooming. when ever i called to customer care they always
                wrong guide to the customer. i was asked 12march regarding recharge Rs. 85 . which is all india R2R free in night . but i asked that it will be work on rooming they tolled me yes it will be work on rooming. i have confirm by customer care three time. Mr. rajkumar , Mr. amit and one other person . all of tooled me yes it will be work on rooming . i have confirm three time by three different no. [protected], [protected], [protected].
                after recharge by 85 . every R2R not free all call charges deducted so call to the customer care . but no one give gud response to me all time customer executive told me server not working / i have called more then 20 time. finally 19march i have too much abuse to the customer care executive then my call transfer to the team leader they write down my complaint and given complaint no. [protected] i have given two no . [protected] it is no where i have use 85 rs recharge then alternate no. [protected]. he told me that from here give a call and with in 4days your problem will be solve,but no one call me and on one refund my money.


                i want one thing that refund my money because customer care executive give me wrong information regarding the recharge so please resolve the problem and take right action for the customer care executive .

                  In addition to other service provider, I avail one Reliance GSM prepaid mobile service and my number is [protected].

                  I don't know how these unnecessary services are active in my mobile.

                  The Value added service like 'Love Tips' and 'LKD', I DONOT WANT ANY MORE. Please unsubscribe the same.

                  Since I do not avail this service, I request you to adjust my money which was deducted at once back into my account. This will make me to continue with reliance and even to shift from other network to Reliance.

                    This is what reliance offers speed on 3G network. Please find below what speed am getting every month.
                    Every month reliance charge me a rental of 1499/- exc tax. Inc tax it's comes around 1700/- to 1800/- per month. The speed whic am getting is 21 Kb to 50 Kbps. I use iPhone 4S and purpose of my phone is to use all business emails n stuff which requires high speed data. Am getting 5gb data very month acc. To my plan. Speed is pathetic n connectivity as well. Worst customer services with lots of comm skills issues.
                    This what we're paying for so called services very month. Don't know who'll look into this matter. Most probably changing service provider is that better option.

                    Does any one knows who'll provide good network connection to oty with some good customer services. I'd love to pay those guys instead of RELIANCE!

                      Hi All,

                      I am posting this so future customers can be cautioned about unfair practices of Reliance Netconnect.
                      In summary:
                      It seems that Reliance Netconnect company uses a practice of promising a cheap plan to get customers to subscribe, then they bill at heavy rate hoping the customer is either too busy or too stupid to notice. Once the customer has paid 1200 Rs. for their data card, it becomes difficult to switch to another provider as the customer will require to pay similar amount again for purchase of other card from other provider.
                      They think the customer may grumble if he notices, but will then pay up.

                      I purchased a Reliance netconnect data card, as I was given a plan with cheaper rate then my old service provider. Later when billing, the company billed me 6 times the promised rate for 500 MB data above 1GB and 3 times for data more then 1.5 GB. When I complained to the customer service department, they just refused to reduce my bill. When I complained to their appellate authority, they bluntly told me that either I accept the expensive plan and continue or stop using their service. Also they cut my service without any warning causing business disruption for me.

                      More details:
                      I was sold a data card with a plan of Rs 250 per month + 20 paise per MB for usage from 1GB to 6GB. This was given in writing at time of purchase along with name of executive on receipt, on 4th Dec 2012. It takes 7 -1 0 days for them to send the card, so when I got the card, again I received these details and even the name of sales executive.
                      When I saw the bill, it was billed by rate of 1.2 Rs per MB, for 500 MB above 1GB, and 60 paise per MB after that.
                      I complained to their service dept about excess billing. They had billed Rs. 1200 when the bill should have been Rs. 400 as per my plan.
                      After multiple complaints, the service dept. has written to me in email that the plan sold to me was discontinued on 30 Nov 2012.
                      This raises following questions:
                      1) Why did the company raise billing rates by 6 times for 1st 500 MB after 1GB and 3 times after that? In a matter of few days? Without informing me that rates were being increased by such huge rate?
                      2) If their sales executive be given benefit of doubt that he was misinformed, and sold me a plan that was already discontinued - how did I still get the same plan in writing 7 days later when I received the data card? The company has other department that sends the card to subscribed customers - how no-one noticed I was sent discontinued plan details?
                      3) When I complained, company should apologize and refund me full amount paid for card, but they just cut my service and refuse to give explanation for how this happened.

                      I think the above events are sufficient to prove that Reliance netconnect is using unfair practices to lure customers to subscribe and then bully them to pay at high rate.

                      Reliance Netconnect — Promised upgrade but refused later

                      I contacted Reliance for their Netconnect Broadband connection. The salesperson said that its about a month before it arrives and hence offered me their CDMA1x USB for Rs2800 with an assurance that he would shift me to Broadband Netconnect as soon as it becomes available in my area. He said it should take about a month and so start using this and he exactly quoted the amount I would have to pay for moving to it. i.e. Rs700 for the USB price difference (Rs3500 - Rs2800) and the activation fee of Rs300. Total Rs1000. I even debated about the repayment of activation charges but he said that's unavoidable and I thought I'd pay 300 and get online rather than wait. All this was agreed.
                      Now since the broadband netconnect has arrived in my area, I've contacted and complained to Reliance office and corporate numberous times and their standard answer is that there is no such policy to move CDMA1x customers to Broadband. If I want I can purchase a new connection by paying the Rs3500 for the new modem. I've given them the sales persons' phone number name and everything and explained my situation and the company just shrugs its shoulders and says sorry. I think that guy was mistaken. How on earth they have sales people who do not know the policy and worse, plain simple cheat people.

                      Can anyone in this fourum guide me to the right authority to contact in this regard. I do not want to tolerate such gross cheating on reliance' behalf. Please mail it to apurvashukla[at]rediffmail.com I had huge respect for a big company but its all been ruined.
                      I definitely agree with the above comment posted . Even in my case when I contacted the Ulhasnagar Reliance office they told me that there is no such offer o[censored]p gradation .Also they told me that If I want I can keep my old modem with me and get the connection transferred to Broadband Net Connect on the payment of 3800 Rs. I was shocked to hear this . This is against the offer given by reliance website which says You can upgrade by paying 3500 Rs (which includes Activation charge).

                        I have been using reliance post-paid number [protected] in Delhi for few months.
                        Since I have relocated to other city for past 2 month I requested deactivation of my post-paid number at uttam nagar reliance web world in October 2012. (All the bills till date are paid). After few days, again I went to reliance web world to deactivation of my post paid mobile number. They suggested me to remove sim card the number will be deactivated within 1 week. But the request is not processed and I am receiving bills for the number. I still have not received any bill from reliance.

                        Please intervene in this matter I will be thankful of you for resolve the issue

                          I have been using reliance broadband since November 2012. My subscriber id is[protected]. Since the beginning, from 12pm to 1am daily I used to face an issue of high latency. I have been making regular complaints regarding the same without getting any resolution. Since February 21st, The problem has become even more serious. Now, from 12pm to 1am daily, the pings are fine but there is unbearable packet loss(20-40%). VOIP applications and real time applications are impossible to run. I registered a complaint(complaint no.[protected] on 22nd of February regarding the same and was told the issue would be resolved by 6th March. Today i called them and now they are telling me the resolution date is 21st march. On top of that they even marked my complaint as resolved without giving me a solution to my issue. There seems to be absolutely no Quality of Service on the reliance broadband network. The fact that they are taking so long to fix this issue shows how relaxed they are about the customers satisfaction. Kindly request you to push the resolution of this issue.

                          Zeenext Broadband Internet Service — Poor quality and unavailability of service

                          Zeenext is the Costliest and the pathetic internet service provider. I have taken the zeenext internet connection and have suffered a lot. It's a pre-paid service and you need to charge the subscription every month like how you charge your mobile pre-paid subscription. You will lose the connection most of the time and the downtime is never less than 24 hours. Sometimes it may go upto 72 hours. There are no pros that I have seen with this connection. These are the cons of taking the zeenext internet service.

                          1) Initial connection and installation are the highest compared to any other service provider in India. They take a cable installation charge of Rs.2000 which is not refundable. And if you renting a modem they take a refundable deposit of Rs.1500.That comes to around Rs.3500 Initial charges. Apart from this they charge you the modem rent of Rs.150 per month. If you take an Airtel or BSNL, the installation charges are maximum Rs.1000 or even less if you are taking it through some offer.

                          2) Charges for the service per month are highest compared to any other internet service provider. You need to re-charge the subscription every month like the same way you charge your mobile phone subscription. For instance they charge you Rs.1272 per month for 256kbps connection. One thing that I have noticed is it's a pay and do not use service, as service is out atleast 3-4 times a week. In rainy seasons it is even more.

                          3) I feel they have the cheap quality devices for the service infrastructure as the customer care representative always say that the device is not working or the power to the device is not working. Most of the times the cable is cut. You cannot use voice over this cable as the quality of the cable is very bad. If you think of the Airtel or BSNL infrastructure, they have a very high quality and advanced infrastructure. Airtel and BSNL have their presence throughout India and they keep on upgrading their infrastructure and services they provide.

                          4) The service is out most of the times. If you are working in software domain, and using the internet connection for accessing your office network, then I would request you not to go for the Zeenext connection. I am working in software domain and I have repented many times for taking zeenext internet service. Most of the times whenever I had some important office work the service is out. I hope you can understand the frustration then. If you are not in the software domain, but using the service say for some business still the service outage can be disastrous to your business.

                          5) The customer service is of absolute low grade. Whenever you call the customer care, you will always be greeted with a pre-recorded voice message asking you to leave the message and they will get back. It's very rare that you can speak to the customer care as soon as you call up. Moreover the customer care representatives do not have proper etiquettes and lack good communication skills.

                          6) Whenever the service is out, there is lot of delay in getting back the connection. I feel their processes are not well organized. For instance once the customer care told me there is a fibre cut and they are working on it. It was more than 24 hours that the fiber has been cut and they are working on it. He even told me that the issue has been escalated. You can imagine that if the escalated issue takes more than 24 hours, how many hours it would take if the issue is not escalated.

                          7) You need to re-charge the subscription at the end of 29 days, means on 30th day. if you do not do it then your internet connection will be terminated. Suppose if you re-charge the service on 31st day, and say you have taken 5GB/256Kbps connection and you have used say only 1 GB previous month, then the remaining 4GB will not be carry-forwarded. You can think of the words as I said above “Pay for not using the service ".

                          8) This is very important point concerned to legal issues. The terms and conditions in the form have been written as per their ease. You need to sign this form before taking the connection. If you have suffered a lot because of poor service from Zeenext and would like to file a case against them in the consumer court you cannot do it because of the following condition in the form:
                          The Service is provided on an "AS IS AND AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind either expresses or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

                          You can imagine now, if the service is out for 3-4 days, you could just fold your hands and repent for taking the connection.


                          If you are thinking of taking internet service in any city of India, then go for the DSL connection. The order of preference would be Airtel and BSNL. Airtel does not have their presence in every part of the city, but BSNL does have. BSNL will take 1-3 months time frame to get the connection but the wait-time is worth. If you still take the Zeenext internet service connection, I bet my last penny, that you will come back to me saying that you did a mistake.

                          Let's create awareness among the general public on harassment of the Zeenext service. Spread this information among your colleagues and friends and save them from being harassed. It's high time that they stop taking customers on a ride.

                          I would hereby like to raise a complaint against the Zeenext broadband services. I would like to save the general public from being harassed and also being paid for the service which they cannot use.
                          Yes, even i had same issue with zeenext, as they mentioned this term in there conditions we don't have any option to fight against there worse service.

                          Wow. Now they have extended the deadline to 31st march. It's a joke their technical team. They keep extending deadlines for fun. My issue has not yet been resolved and i am going to wait till 31st march and disconnect their services if its not resolved. I was told I would not be billed for this month. Do not go for reliance broadband people. This is how relaxed and casual they are about solving their customer's problem.
                          First they told me 6th march then 21st march then 31st march. Why don't they just tell me next year now? Lol.

                          Waiting till 31st march and then will be filing a civil suite in Ahmedabad High court regarding the same for such lethargic behavior as well as poor and inconsistent services.

                          When I applied for the rental waiver I.e. refund for this period of inconvenience they provided one of rupees 289/- when my billed amount is rs 1235/-. This is how reliance is cheating their customers. Please stay away from this service.
                          Without a doubt the worst internet service providers in the world. Heavy packet loss on the network since 2 months. No compensation for the customers. and upto 300kbps speed when you pay for 4mbps. Waiting for a response from their president of services. Will be disconnecting after that.
                          Behold. Thunder 4mbps plan.

                              I have a connection of Reliance Data card ([protected])... I always make payment on time but one day suddenly a man comes to my home and said that pradeep has not made the payment "Usko bolo ki payment ker de"... and reliance terminated my connection without giving a single notification on 17th Jan 2013.

                              I was received bill on 8th Jan 2013 and also made the payment on 16th Jan 2013 and the due date was 23rd Jan 2012.

                              After that i called to reliance customer care that why my connection terminated by you.... the customer care executive says that you are not registered with us... We have no records of this data card... you need to visit the R World... In Noida.

                              I have again made a call to customer care and talked with another executive he said that you have not made the payment so your connection has been terminated when i told him that i have a receipt of bill he again said that you need to visit the R World.... I was doing request to write a complaint but he do not help me even he was not able to write a single feedback of my.


                              Then i was visited reliance world web in sector 50 noida and i told about the all issues to Mr. Arun ([protected]).. He said that you need to buy a new connection I said why he said that no reason is reflection on the screen so.


                              After that i visited http://www.dot.gov.in/ and raised the complaint (complaint no: DOTEL/E/2013/01836) on 23rd Jan.... after 8 days on 30th Jan. i received a call from Kamlesh Udhani he said that he is trying to rectify the issue and he also promised to me that he will give me the reason and also re activate my datacard.

                              He had not taken a single followup after that telephonic conversation.... but i was continuously sending reminder.... on 5th Feb he again called to me and said that please make the payment of dues which was generated after the termination....and we are giving you a new no. please activate then i said that i will never activate the no until you do not give me the reason because i have already after purchase the a tata photone... so no urgency of the activation.... after that he will call me again but i have not received a single call from Kamlesh Udhani... Also he closed the complaint with taking a single followup from me.

                              I have again raised a complaint with the prof of audio clip in which i am clearly saying that i want the reason of the termination how you people sent a guy to my home for the recovery if i already made the payment.... and how the customer care executive can say that you are not registered with us..... and what about the by business/ time i have lost.... I have already purchase the a tata photone... so no urgency of the activation after the 20 days i just want the reason..... but now he is not responding he is also a fraud who is a liar....

                              I have also written many mails to CorporateCentre.[protected]@relianceada.com and amit.[protected]@relianceada.com (Sr. VP) but no reply is coming.

                              I am using reliance wimax broadband internet connection past one month(rental Rs.2199/- per month). I was told about plan change(to lower monthly rental) after one month. But till now the reliance customer care has not entertained my request.

                              Reliance Communication — Harrassment in activation of Data Card.

                              A reliance data card was purchased from a dealer of Reliance communication on 28.07.2009 and it was assured by him that the activation would be done within 24 hours.

                              In spite of my repeated requests over telephone/email since last 22 days, no one is willing to do the needful.

                              Yesterday night on 9/03/2010 Relaince Communication has deducted 30 Rs. From my balance without any prior notice. When I called them they replied that I have activated a service and they have renewed the same and had cut the balance. But I don't know when I have activated the service even they are unable to say me when I have activated the service. So, I have decided to complain about them and I am going to deactivate there 3rd Class service.

                              Reliance Mobile — Harassment by Reliance Communication (Connection terminated and not activating)

                              Last month I bought new reliance GSM connection from retailer in fatimanagar pune area. I had submitted all necessary documents to the vendor. I recharged it with 594 (bolindiabol) plan which gives 1 month validity. It worked well for entire month, and suddenly it stopped working. I went to reliance web world official shop (Dhole Patil Road, Pune), reported the problem. They said your connection is not showing up in system. It has not punched in (their terminology don’t know what does it mean). Said retailer has done temporary activation with this number. They said we can’t do anything. After short of arguments they said submit the documents we will try it from “back end”. But not guarantee that it will work. In the case o[censored]rgency I was forced to take new connection. I paid the entire amount and completed the procedure. They said connection will be activated in 1 hour. I left the office, even after 6 hours it wasn’t activated. I went back said it’s not working still, the behavior from the people was total rude and later I figure out that, they just took money but intentionally they didn’t recharge. After completed the procedure it started working in 1 minute.
                              But my problem for the previous number remains the same. I need that number to be activated on urgent basis. As my all business contacts people have old number. My all online bank transaction have same number so, without that number I can’t do any transaction (“otp” password is must). I got uncalculated business loss just because of reliance communication.
                              I need few answers for my questions.
                              1. Why the connection was closed before any prior notice?
                              2. Is reliance web world official shop and normal retailers are different entity, even though they sell same kind of products?
                              3. if my connection was not punched in the reliance database, why was I not given prior notice before closing the connection?
                              4. Even if I submit requested documents why I am not allowed to activate that number by the reliance communication? You people must have all authority to activate the connection. I was informed by the officer that you have to forget that number, if it doesn’t activate.
                              5. If this is the limitation of service provider, I need that in written agreement that you can’t activate the number which is taken from the retailer, even though it provides the same connection. Don’t allow the retailer to sell your connection.
                              6. If it is possible by the reliance communication to activate that number without any technical problem, then why I was personally harassed by the Reliance web world (Dhole Patil Branch) office staff.
                              7. Why temporary activation is provided by the company, if they can’t reactivate the connection after resubmitting the documents.
                              Harassment done by the service company,
                              1. Connection closed before any prior notice.
                              2. Uncalculated financial loss, due to close of connection nearly 24 hour.
                              3. Personal harassment by the office staff, even after taking money didn’t activated new connection intentionally.
                              4. If they can activate the connection, forcefully provided wrong information and asked me to buy new connection.

I was doing request to write a complaint but he do not help me even he was not able to write a single feedback of my.


                              Then i was visited reliance world web in sector 50 noida and i told about the all issues to Mr. Arun ([protected]).. He said that you need to buy a new connection I said why he said that no reason is reflection on the screen so.


                              After that i visited http://www.dot.gov.in/ and raised the complaint (complaint no: DOTEL/E/2013/01836) on 23rd Jan.... after 8 days on 30th Jan. i received a call from Kamlesh Udhani he said that he is trying to rectify the issue and he also promised to me that he will give me the reason and also re activate my datacard.

                              He had not taken a single followup after that telephonic conversation.... but i was continuously sending reminder.... on 5th Feb he again called to me and said that please make the payment of dues which was generated after the termination....and we are giving you a new no. please activate then i said that i will never activate the no until you do not give me the reason because i have already after purchase the a tata photone... so no urgency of the activation.... after that he will call me again but i have not received a single call from Kamlesh Udhani... Also he closed the complaint with taking a single followup from me.

                              I have again raised a complaint with the prof of audio clip in which i am clearly saying that i want the reason of the termination how you people sent a guy to my home for the recovery if i already made the payment.... and how the customer care executive can say that you are not registered with us..... and what about the by business/ time i have lost.... I have already purchase the a tata photone... so no urgency of the activation after the 20 days i just want the reason..... but now he is not responding he is also a fraud who is a liar....

                              I have also written many mails to CorporateCentre.[protected]@relianceada.com and amit.[protected]@relianceada.com (Sr. VP) but no reply is coming.

                                I have sent mail to reliance customer care to close my data card connection on February 21, 2013 02:23 PM.

                                They have raised a request[protected] & reverted that the connection will be closed within 15 days. But so far I haven't got any reply also found that the connection is closed without giving any resolution.

                                I have paid all my outstanding and still the connection is active and I don't want to pay unwanted charges for the period which I am not even using my card. Help in Closing the connection ASAP....

                                Reliance Data Card — connectivity

                                ther is connectivity problem with my data card when we reinstall the drivers it is working well 10

                                    Reilance Mobile Data Card


                                    I have this very bad experience with Reliance Data Card. I bought this Karbonn Laptop from Marol, Andheri (The MobileShop) in October and they gave a brochure of Reliance Data Card 1 month free access of 5GB free 3G dataand after that 2G it will work on and i needed only to pay Rs 800 for the DataCard. I went to Reliance Mobilestore on Andheri Sakinaka Road, Mumbai and submitted the documents required and paid the Rs 800 for DataCard and there too they confirmed first month is free.

                                    My horror started with the first bill coming and with a bill of around 550, even though they told me that first month was free 5GB data and even thought i had not even consumed 5GB. I went to the same Reilance Store at Andheri Sakinaka Road and gave a good lecture to the person there and he apologized as he was the same guy who had given me the card. And took the complaint.

                                    After that i started to receive calls from Reliance asking to pay and when i claimed that my one month was free then why should i pay. The customer care asked me to hold so that she can verify and after a few minutes did confirm that she can see that my one month was free and yet bill was generated but she doesnt know how and why. She too took a complaint and said it will be resolved.

                                    The 2nd bill came with all that 1st month amount plus the 2nd month usage even though i had stopped using it. This time i went to Reliance store and filled up the cancellation form duly. I started to receive calls from Reliance not to close the connection and they will revert all the amount but i was adamant that i dont want this connection anymore, she even gave a option of going for a zero postpaid plan and they will revert my previous bill but i said i want to cancel it as i cannot trust reliance anymore. So she proceeded for cancellation.

                                    After that i received a legal notice that they will take me to court i spoke to my lawyer friend and he advised just to keep copy of the Rs 800 i paid while getting that card.

                                    Finally today ie 6th March 2013 i receive a threatening call from Reliance Legal cell saying that this matter is now legal and i have to deal with it legally. I told them i too can approach Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and file for mental harrasment as it was Reliance which was causing problems for myself. The person who claimed he was for legal department said ok you have to handle this through legal department now.

                                    This is the worst company i have ever dealt with, first they cheated on bill and now they are threatening me to pay.

                                    I am planning to approach Consumer Court for mental harassment from Reliance, what is the method to do this, as i have not previously approached any courts

                                      I bought a Reliance GSM sim on 25/02/2013 from the Reliance world store, Kesavadasapuram, Thiruvananthapuram. They told that the sim will be activated within 7 days. When I contacted them on 04/03/2013 (7th day) they told me that the application form I filled was old, and I have to fill the new one.I did everything they told and submitted all the required documents. They assured that my sim will be activated by yesterday evening (05/03/2013). But it is still not activated. Its been 9 days since I bought this sim. When I contacted them today, they extended the activation date again.
                                      I want a remedy for this, pleade help me.

I spoke with your gallery person and your helpline person's Mr. Muttu & Mr. Shankar about my problem but as per them they told me that they didnot get my document. I contect at your gallery and ask about this but he told me that they didnot found my address in mumbai.After several communication with your helpline & gallery i can't understand what should i do at this moment.

                                        Reliance people not give me my UGC code for my rim cdma no for mobile portability facility.
                                        im using reliance cdma prepaid connection since last 5 year,and bcz of some reason i wanted to change my CDMA into GSM in reliance by using the mobile portability, but this people not give me UGC code which is required for changing network with old mobile network. i had made complaint for this 3 time (Reliance Complaint no.1. [protected] &[protected] in customer care but still im facing same problem. im not geting my UGC code.when i send a msg for geting UGC code than i got the msg that your request could not be processed please try after some time.
                                        It is a unethical means adopted by Relaince CDMA i applied for portability on 25th with another service provider and from 27th my mobile no is disconnected and even my mobile instrument is blocked today is 6th day do you have any government office who takes care of the complaint please let me know on [protected]@hotmail.com

                                        I am facing problem with Reliance from last 3 weeks. I want to change my Reliance number ([protected]) in to Vodafone with MNP service. For that we need to send a massage from our cell number (PORT [space] Mobile number to 1900) which I am unable to send, because when I am sending the above massage it is saying “Massage not sent”. Same problem I am facing from last 3 weeks.

                                        Now, if talk about customer care, I have called to them multiple times but everytime they are just registering a complaint again and giving me complaint number. I am fed-up with this and want your suggetion. Please guide me for the futher action.
