When i tried to call a bsnl landline from my reliance gsm I always get "this route is busy plz try later". No matter how many times i tried this was the result and I had enough with this. .........plz solve this or i will port into another network very soon

Reliance Communications — PHONE PROBLEM

I have taken a sim card of reliance it's no is [protected]
This sim is not getting recharge & the nearest wave world is doing nothing .They have troubled me alot
i am loosing 15000/- plz help me as early as possible

whenever I goes to there they tells me that SERVER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY
now suggest me what should I do

BSNL — Big problem in communication

Dear sir,
Have a good day!

Iam user of landline tel.[protected]under VILLAGE SANGATPURA tel exchange in haryana, JIND distt.)for last 8 OR 10 years.I have been facing a great problem and irregularties in telephone operation.All the time, this tel. connected with another no. in my village.I think it was my bad luck, that i trusted BSNL and became user of BSNL services.
This problem facing by me from one year.Many complaints have been registered, but i didnot receive any response.BSNL dept. can only give orders - contact this number, contact lineman, contact on that number. like this, iam harrased by department.
.As you know, Communication is a great thing between family members.
Tel. dept.think that they are doing any favour or mercy on me by doing repairing or any modification.
Faulty tel. is also a great cause of reducing number of tel.user specially landline user under BSNL command.And Iam sure that it will be continue.However bsnl always challlange to be the best operator.I think only in advertising or in papers only.
Dear sir, I think and can hope that my tel. will be back to normal with in one week, otherwise I have to see the consumer court.
I have never been defaulter in the past. Iam regularly paying all bills, then why iam not getting the best service by dept?

Reliance — Calling problem

From last 2 week i cannot access any call, when i dial call it always show Network busy or error in connection, Instead of these when someone call me the comapny shows i m out of reach...I live in a locality where relaince tower is only 100 mtrs. away from my home...So its my request to take up the matter seriously....

    Hello,

    If you see below in this mail starting from 05/19/12, i was charged 2 months rent which is anyways besides the initial 500 Rs deposit. From then on the broadband rent was to be aid in advance for the coming month. What i don't understand is why was I billed RS 1025.84 on 05/19/12 though I had disconnected the service in early May. Rather than explaining the charges you are just telling me that the levied charges are correct.

    And it is Reliance fault if they don't meet the service requirement. I have asked for termination and I if they delay it for a month then its not my problem. Please resolve this from your end or else I will file a case in the consumer court.

    I am tired of the trouble Reliance is giving me with this termination.

    And please review appropriately before replying to me. i don't want a response saying the bill is correct. Also if needed I will escalate this issue.

      Hello myself Ranjeet patel with mobile number: [protected]. I have been using Reliance net connect plus from one year. Recently I have taken the subscription of 2 GB (3G data), (modem no: [protected]) as the plan. However as per claim the speed should be 3.1 Mbps but we are facing problem in opening a simple web page as the speed maximum achieved is 10-50 kbps and this prevails the whole day and also after midnight. As we are living in VIP area the speed should be according to the claim. However the reliance is cheating in terms of not providing adequate speed. Thus they are misleading the public. So we request them to provide us the claimed speed otherwise it will be taken seriously further to consumer court.

        i sent a message dact sms39 to 53739 and i got a error msg like " protocol stack error " and I has send this msg many times but same msg I got very time and every month in my account diduct 39 Rs. Bot no free sms and every sms deduct 1rs so I want dactivate my this pack but I but it not getting dactivate. please take immediate action for deactivation of the service. 3rd is the last date for compleation of 30 days. please dont reactivate the service and dont deduct Rs39 again. please take immediate action on this and confirm

          Have purchased reliance datacard from alwarpet webworld and using the card for the past 2 months. have done the online payment for the first month usage. from yesterday, have found my card was not working when i asked the customer service, they say that the data is not available. we need to re apply again and pay Rs. 1200/-. needed to have a solution.

            My company Gammon India Ltd.,Nagpur procured 3 data cards connections from Hitech Communication, Nagpur (Working for Reliance Internet Services in Nagpur city). This connection having 3 months free usage i.e. no bills to be require to pay for 3 months from the date of activation. But after 20 days all 3 data cards got disconnected. On asking the issue Hitech Communication representative says your all 3 data cards got terminated & you need to pay Rs.1000/- for reactivation. There is no such order given by my company to terminate that all 3 data cards, then how do Reliance do that? Previously it was also deducted in the month of Dec`12 and Jan`13 which was refunded to me after complain. But in the case of Feb. and March there is no response.                   Hi,

                  I was totally surprised to get a Lok Adalat Notice sent via email after office hours on Thursday, 21st March asking me to appear on Monday, 25th March. It has M/s Reliance Communications as the applicant. Personally, I am a bit skeptical since the email is from reliance.[protected]@gmail.com (i.e. from a gmail account.)

                  At the same time, the notice states, "... .Therefore, you are hereby directed to take the notice and appear before this Pre litigation Lok Adalath PLC sitting No: <number> on 25.03.13 (Monday) between.11.00 AM and 4.00 PM. at the Office of the Deputy Registrar, I st floor New Court Mayo Hall , Residency Road, Bangalore."

                  The contacts listed are those of Mr. Vinay / Miss Deepika : 42103136 / 40942435.

                  I have immediately escalated the matter to [protected]@relianceada.com and am eagerly awaiting a response.

                  Up to 2011, I had been using reliance landline and broadband (provided via fibre optic cable) at my rented residence. My details have been given below:

                  There is nothing outstanding from my end since the phone/broadband service was not operational in my locality due to cable issues. There were major issues since February, 2011 and the connection was not available at all since May, 2011. In fact, whatever was left of the cable was removed soon after I and many others in the locality had had to terminate their connections.

                  Two mails sent from the email address RCOMBB.[protected]@relianceada.com (possibly because service consisted of both landline and broadband) had confirmed that the service had been terminated.

                  It is difficult to imagine that a renowned service provider can do this. In fact, it was the excellent service that had prompted me to go the extra mile and agree to close my complains when politely requested by the local service engineers. This meant that I had ended up paying a part of the monthly bill for the duration where my complain was not active. When it became apparent that it would be extremely difficult to fix the fibre optic cable, I was forced to terminate the service.

                  It is easy to verify this by checking the internet usage and call record (or rather the lack of it). Numerous complains raised by me since February 2011 can also be referred to.

                    After 1 month, i got a call from reliance to take the equipment back. but nobody came. i left the refundable amount Rs. 500 also.
                    Even after this i got bills from reliance. so i gave complaints two times by mentioning " already requested to close the account & do the needfull".

                    The applicant, M/s Reliance Communications, has requested this Authority to take up the same matter for amicable settlement through conciliation before the lok Adalath. Therefore, the Lok Adalath has been constituted for settlement of the Pre litigation case.

                      Hi my RELIANCE GSM number [protected](pre-paid) is disconnected without any intimation.as i'm doing my studies in Delhi so i'm using this no. on roaming,till 17 feb 2013 my no. was working ,one of my handset was got damaged so i was not using my no. for a week.after 17feb 2013,when on 28 feb 2013 i inserted my sim in another cellphone & tried to make calls it started saying that you can not make calls. & there was showing "call barred", at that time i was in (m.p.) only so i contacted customer care ,they told me that they are unable to know the reason why my services are barred. but it will get resume withing 3-4 hrs.
                      but again my services dint got started & now when i'm inserting this sim its saying sim card registration failed.the same day i left for delhi. yesterday i had words with one of my friend & i told him that my no. is having such problem so he visited reliance web world (indore) he told the same story to customer care executive ,so he checked through his system & told that my no. is disconnected & can not be activated again . if i have to get the same no. i have to apply for post paid & have to wait for another 3 months. when my friend asked about the reason for disconnecting my no. your employees were unable to answer him the reason.
                      i use to be a happy customer of reliance from past 8 years & using this no. in roaming from 2 nd half years . & i/m aware of the guidelines of
                      TRAI that in order to continue my no. subscribers should make or receive a voice or video call.and following the same guidelines i use to make voice calls regularly & even use to always keep balance in my. no. by recharging my no. from time to time (you can even check this through your system,it must be having such option).one more thing i would like to tell that when my no. got disconnected i was having 25 rs. balance as well. such kind of poor service were not expected at least from reliance ,no intimation ,service sms nothing from your end. what kind of service your company you people are providing.
                      I really need my number, reactivate Please. …. waiting for positive response & would like

                        Am a customer of Reliance Mobile. My number was deactivated due to non submission of bill amount.

                        After that I have deposited the bill amount (on 9th January 2009 ). I have been asked that my number will be activated in 24 hours but 5 days (24*5=120 hours) has been passed & my number is STILL NOT ACTIVATED. I called Customer Care 1000 times, went to Reliance Showroom Sec 14 Gurgaon, & was told that in system my number has been activated.BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. ITS CONTINOUSLY SHOUTING THAT 'TO RESUME SERVICES PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE'. CAN ANYBODY IN THE WORLD HELP ME OUT BECAUSE I AM IN THE ROAMING STATE & WITH THIS SERVICE I CANNT RELY ON RELIANCE.

                        Reliance Mobile — non activation of number

                        two days before i had purchased a new reliance mobile. I had requested the company to transfer the data to my new mobile phone as the old phone did not have a sim card. But to my utter disappointment the number has not been activated so far, the result that now both the phones, the new and the old are not working. I was to receive a number of international calls and i have not been able to receive them. It is requested that the number may be activated at the earliest to facilitate my receiving and making calls from the mobile.

                        On 09 Feb 11 i have givin rs. 250/- as security deposite to m/s brodwin for activation of new reliance postpaid connection. They had assured me to activate my number within a day and some facilities also. But after 10 days also they have not activated my number. On inquiry they told that the security deposite was rs. 500/-. On telling them to return the security deposite they are telling to come to their shop and get the money back or you do as you want.                           Its Samsudeen.K, I bought Reliance data card on november 1st 2012 with 3 month rental option at Reliance webworld No 50 NSR road saibaba colony Coimbatore, that executive Ms.Banu said it will be activated with in 1 hours, but more than 2 days its not activated, I had called to that guy but all the people saying some reason ok I accepted , after a week its not activated so many times i called to reliance webworld ( [protected]) but not responsible, then I planned to get my money from reliance then i went directly , but she said " Sorry na it will be active with in today evening else you can get your payment, after long firing we got activate on nov 12 th evening ( I have mobile billed proof for how many times i spoke ( 37 times) with reliance to get activation ) , Even activation Data card is working with 10 Kpbs speed but she said in Pollachi area you will get 2 mbps speed, after consulting with consumer toll free number they said still your id proof is not verified so netconnect + mode is not activated , then i went to reliance digital and ask with same guy and told sorry na it will be activate with in 1 day ....................................after long fighting its activated feb 24th evening.

                          I disturbed with this data card so many issues ....

                          i spoke with customer care guys more then 25 times in past 3 months....

                          Reliance Netconnect + — Internet Speed Issue

                          I have purchased one Reliance NetConnect+ Data Card from ConnectIndia. I have been told that I'll get 3.1 Mbps speed. Later after purchasing, I come to know that its the maximum connectivity speed but i should get at least 500 kbps.
                          But i am getting only around 60-100 kbps. Sometimes it fall down from 60 as well.

                          I have purchased Reliance Netconnect + broadband USB modem. I paid online in advance, handed over required documents hand to hand at my own residential address where it has been delivered.

                          BUT AFTER 5 DAYS OF PURCHASING AND MORE THAN 20 FOLLOW UP NO POSITIVE RESPONSE IS THERE.

                          I am forced to keep it because I had paid in advance.

                          This is the worst service I have faced.

                          I bought a new relience netconnect + before a month and currently i am used same.
                          Now i feel very much for bought this. I think i wasted my money and also wasting money for using the relience net connect plus.

                          I never worked such a slow connection, even in internet center also i didn't worked such slow connection.

                          I rised this problem to my dealer at many times but they didn't take any single action against the slow connection and i also register a complient in relience customer care through toll free number. They also didn't care about it.

                          Reliance — Worst/No services after paying money

                          Hi ,

                          I am using reliance broadband +, user id is [protected].

                          My broadband services for above mentioned number are partially working sometimes and some times not working at all.

                          Worst : 10 /12 kbps
                          Not Working : Download speed 100 bits.

                          I am using 3.1 mbps device , called couple of times to customer care saying maintenance is going on in your area Chinchwad ,Pune ,MH.

                          If maintenance is going on and I am not getting desired speed ,please refund my all money which I paid to reliance right from the beginning.

                          Once or twice in month got the speed of 300-400 kbps after call to customer care,after that same problem happens,

                          If you can't provide the speed tell me right away so can go with other alternatives.

                          Kindly treat this as urgent.

                                Reliance(RCOM) is looting customer and are big fraud.

                                I have a 3G dongle [protected]. Every time I do a recharge for 3G data after exhaustion of previous balance. The speed is downgraded to 2G and after recharge it is not upgraded to 3G, this is happening for almost a year and every-time the customer care advises me that it will not happen again.

                                Modus operandi
                                -- Downgrade the speed to 2g -- day 0
                                -- Eat from core balance and make it 0 -- day 0
                                -- Even customer goes for a recharge, continue with 2g -- day 1
                                -- Customer calls customer care, customer care advises core balance is zero. -- day2
                                -- Customer does a top up for Rs 10 or Rs 20, still 2G -- day 3
                                -- Customer calls again, they advises there is technical issue and have raised a complaint for same -- day 4
                                -- It takes around 2 days to get the issue fixed -- day 6

                                This goes in a loop.

                                So, it takes them around 5 days to give you 3G speed for which you have recharged. If you have done recharge for 1month 5 days are gone without any service.

                                I HAVE TAKEN RELIANCE 3G ONLY LAST WEEK (28.06.2013) WITH IMEI NO. [protected]. WE WERE PROMISED 3.2MBPS, UNLIMITED, 24 X 7 SERVICE.
                                IT WORKED WELL FOR 3 DAYS ONLY. I AM GETTING ONLY A FEW KBPS SINCE 02.06.2013 AND UNABLE TO DO MY JOB. I DON'T NO WHETHER THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD OR SOME TEMPORARY PROBLEM.

                                Recently, on[protected] I went to the Reliance 3G moblie store in order to upgrade my existing &quot; UNLIMITED 3G Data plan&quot; i.e 5GB unlimited to &quot;10GB unlimited&quot;. The operator at the center cleverly convinced me that my plan would be changed from next month i.e. from[protected] when the next billing cycle would start. But now I have came to know that how they have fooled me. Actually they BILLED me for 10GB for the month of &quot;September&quot; and to my astonishment they didn&#039;t even provide me 10GB till now i.e even for the month of &quot;OCTOBER&quot;. When I complained about the same to them they just accused me and said that they already upgraded my subscription to &quot;10GB unlimited postpaid plan&quot;. Even if I continuously said them that after 5GB I am not getting the required speed, they just were not in the mood to believe me. These uncharitable and unfriendly attitude of the &quot;RELIANCE 3G people &quot; has caused a lot of inconvenience to me (and this is the 2nd time). First time was when I took the &quot;5GB plan &quot; and now when I tried to upgrade it to &quot;10GB plan&quot;. The previous case was solved after posting a complain Like this and I am hopeful that this time also my grievance will be solved soon. Failing of which I will be forced to quit the so called RELIANCE 3G service. GOD BLESS RELIANCE 3G AND THEIR corrupt Service...with lots of loop holes and backdoors...

                                  I am studying in bangalore and using reliance number,now i am in my home town in chhattisgarh state,on 17th march i had recharged my mobile as its balance was 4 paise,thn on 18th morning its balance goes to 4 paise thn on 18th evening again i recharged it thn next day again its balance was same,and from 17th i have call to customer care so many times but every time they were saying that call after some time due to technical prob we are unable to check it,and sir as i am in roaming and due to no balance my incoming and outgoing calls has been stopped,sir please help me.

                                        I am a Post paid user of Reliance Mobile. Due date for payment was 23rd Feb & next due date was 23rd march. but due to some personal problem I could not deposit in the due date. I paid the total bill amount on 11th march. Since 9th march my outgoing call facility is stopped. My outgoing facilities not yet started till date.

                                        I have personally complained and visited to your customer care office and reliance mobile store MANY TIMES. They ensured me that my outgoing facility will be started within 6 hrs..But My Outgoing facility is not yet activated..

                                        Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem.
