I was totally surprised to get a Lok Adalat Notice sent via email after office hours on Thursday, 21st March asking me to appear on Monday, 25th March. It has M/s Reliance Communications as the applicant. Personally, I am a bit skeptical since the email is from reliance.[protected]@gmail.com (i.e. from a gmail account.)

Reliance(RCOM) is looting customer and are big fraud.

I have a 3G dongle [protected]. Every time I do a recharge for 3G data after exhaustion of previous balance. The speed is downgraded to 2G and after recharge it is not upgraded to 3G, this is happening for almost a year and every-time the customer care advises me that it will not happen again.

I am a Post paid user of Reliance Mobile. Due date for payment was 23rd Feb & next due date was 23rd march. but due to some personal problem I could not deposit in the due date. I have neither applied for nor I have ever used 3G services provided b Reliance Communications. Even than they are calling me twice daily for over due payments for services I have never taken. my repeated requests to rectify their record and remove my cel.No from there fell on deaf ears.Please help me in getting rid of this nuisance on the part of Reliance Communications.
