Data usage in last month bill was inflated by at least 500MB.
So , I started to check data usage details on website. But website is not showing this page.
website : http://myservices.relianceada.com does not showing My data usage details.
Please check into the issue.
This problem is highly non tolerable as it gives sense of being cheated.
It seems they deactivate the page for users till days reaches to bill cycle date.
I tried to send the request through website form also but that is not also working.
I tried to send the mail to their customer care mail id that shows on website.
But I have noticed that reliance keeps on changing their customer care email ids every year. And our mails get bounced.
SO today I am unable to even send the mail to the reliance .
BUT THERE IS NODAL OFFICER FOR MOST OF THE CITIES.

Dear RComcare,
This is very general and basic feature of the website. It does not matter about my netconnect+ number. This is the responsibility of the IT team of the company. Forward this issue to your IT team so they work on it.
If your higher manager has asked to stop this feature then flash information on the website so that we consumers can forward this complaint to the ombudsman and ministry of telecom.
So kindly do not try to fool further.
We cannot even put the request by form online on the website. That feature is also not working.
Please Dear. forward this complaint/Request to your managers and the IT team.

My name is Puneet Gupta and my broadband user id[protected].This is to bring in your kind notice that my internet is not working for last 7 days and I have repeatedly logged a complaint with customer care however all these complaints has been closed without intimating me .Complaints ID are[protected],[protected],[protected].

I am not getting the resolution for this issue. All the time I am getting the fake commitments from reliance. Field engineer is not visiting my place to make the internet work. Daily I have to spend my one hour in speaking with customer care agaen on this issue.

Dear Concern,

This is bring to your kind notice that, I have been getting continuous harass from Reliance Communication team here in Bangalore. The issue in details is “ I was using a net connect+ data card device being MDN no- [protected], and have given the request for deactivating and terminating the services in July-12, and the same has been not used by me. But RCOM customer care team was least bother to hear any query and deactivated the service after numerous reminder post August-12 and from there on the harassment act started, which is continuing till date and the issue is unresolved. They are continuously sending the bill of Rs. 1205.47/- which is completely irrelevant and not pertaining to me. On top of that has sent many a times so called legal notices on my mail id threatening to pay the amount and then long follow up from different advocates, which is not at all ending. Such an unprofessional team that no one bothers to listen to the customer’s request but at the top of harassing by whatever ways. Post reaching my frustration level I have written my plight on Consumer complaints forum “http://www.consumercomplaints.in” complain link http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/reliance-net-connect-being-billed-th... for hoping the resolution and indeed it worked when I received a call from Reliance Social Media team from Mumbai office to whom I have addressed the issue in details and got an assurance on this matter will get resolved and an apology from the team. Things were silent after that but legal threat started once again from Delhi now to clear the amount else the case will go to court. A girl keeps on calling from 11th Sep-13 no. being ([protected] and [protected]). I don’t know who these people and what is there intention but one thing I must say all of them are truly responsible for this harass. And I hereby declare each and all in RCOM team accountable for this plight.

I am still looking forward to end this issue and harass from the such well known Indian giant.
And requesting for the last time, for closing this matter once for all.

Hi relianceada nodal officers,

As discussed over phone i am sending you the details of my postpaid issues.

I have been in continuous touch with you and reliance inbound and outbound customer care agents since 11 days now. Till date i spoke with you on your personal number [protected] and your landline number[protected] also i spoke with swapnil your outbound customer care agent on[protected] and saundarya on[protected]. I called to your customer care number *222 and[protected] lot of times and spoke with customer care agents to name few bipin, supervisor priyanka and team leader Saravanakumar and requested to transfer line to the floor manager but saravanakumar said that trasfering of line to manager facility is not available. I failed to understand why there is no facility available to speak to floor manager. No one helped me to resolve my issue hence this long email .

As you know, you processed my number transfer from prepaid to postpaid and got postpaid service started on 6th of december. I have been using this number since 5 years and i use to recharge maximum of Rs 200 per month when it was prepaid number you can verify this from your data base. As you told me that i can even reduce my calling amount to 50 % what i use to pay earlier so i thought to go for postpaid service and opt for singham plan.

I have not used data service or internet service since this number got changed to postpaid since 11 DAYS, still reliance charaged me for the data usage and sent out a bill of Rs 917 four days back. since 4 days my outgoing facility is barred and today i am getting a bill of Rs 1236. which is completely wrong billing. i failed to understand how can that be possible when my outgoing facility is barred and amount is increased. Just for a service of 7 days you are charging Rs 1236.

There two are the key numbers pertaining to my billing[protected] [protected]

Now as i have not used any data pack or data services revert this bill to my basic bill that is Rs 75 as per singham plan. Hope you will process this and get back to me at the earliest and i can have my services resumed to normal.

steels pvt ltd, please take it on priority basis reliance is the only worst company which block customer's

To the Concern,

This is to draw your kind attention on the issues I'm facing, upon using your Reliance Wi-Pod with MDN no. [protected] since 1st Aug '15. I have bought the plan HARP i.e. Unlimited Pro 3 data for 6 months + dongle free. Once i visited your website, I found that almost Rs. 1600 /- was charged more while taking the connection, that too full in advance.

I tried to contact the concern person to raise the issue of net connection on 14t Aug '15. The same has never been resolved. Later the connection was restored automatically after 3-4 days. But now since last 2 days, I'm not able to get the speed as desired. Even the webpages are not opening properly. After speaking with your customer care several times the problem were never resolved even after putting a service request no.[protected].

Also I'm skeptical about the dongle which has been provided to me. It looks like a normal dongle and not the PRO-3 one.

Under the above circumstances, I'd like to discontinue the so called "services" of Reliance and would like to request to pay back my money at the earliest. Hope, I don't need to raise the issue at further level of your organization's hierarchy or take some unpleasant action that may harm your good will.

Advice to all the consumers :
Don't buy any reliance products, else you'll fill cheated. They are cheaters as we all know. Reliance will siphon your money by providing nothing in the name of so called Services. No customer care, no officials, no body across the hierarchy will listen to or resolve your issues. Such a shameless bast...ards.

    I inform to you that I was purchase reliance netconnect data card from Reliance communication Ltd Prahladnagar Ahmedabad (Niravbhai sales man) on dates 13th Feb 2013. in my case there is problem of network of HSD Tower is not available in my area so, i inform to Niravbhai for this problem and He was commite me that i will solve this problem within 5 To 10 day otherwise I will take back data card and refund your amounted of Rs.2000/- than i was agree but the problem remain same so i was give return data card to niravbhai on 20th feb 2013 but he was not refund my amount of Rs.2000/- till today he is giving me comitment everyday to give my amount but i did not get any amount from him.

    i disconnected reliance broadband connection because of companies slow internet, and I did full payment for half year . After I disconnected as per company''s last bill, my outstanding amount is -3128, Bill stated on 27/06/2014. From that day company is promising me for giving back through cheque .       I am using reliance gsm service from last 5 years.

      Reliance has started auto renewal of services by itself.
      Today they have deducted Rs 14 for third time as SMS pack.

      Reliance is only company which charges to communicate with customer care and still it's impossible to connect to them.


      Request you to show a way to deactivate the service.

      Reliance telecom service (GSM) — wrong value deduction

      Dear sir,
      I m using reliance GSM sim of last 1 & 1/2 year. Before about 10 months i was using Rs-27 pack for local reantal discount. But after 4months i was desided to stop this service, i launched the complain regarding this. After 3 days the service was sucessfully stop. But it was atomatically renual next month. I again launched the complaim, But till this month it never stop the service in behalf of my complain of every month. Verey month i loose Rs-27 from my account & i also launched the complain for regarding this. According to coustmer care they said it never refund the value. Sir i was suffering the this problem about before six month but the problem still in this month november.

      i am really fade up of wrong bill deduction from my account.today on 12/12/2010
      my rs 30 had been deducted from my account. i tried to complin against this on [protected],58200 and 198
      but i am unable to get any response from the other side.This is not the first time that it has happened with me on 29/11/2010 rs 30 was deducted again on 7/12/2010 rs 60 was deducted though i got back oll of them but yet i hat to give a lot of time to complain against it.I now i am really having an unpleasant experience using reliance gsm network where i had to spend so much time now and then complaining of wrong balance deduction.I had already told about my problem to customer care executive about this where i got aresponce that my services are auto activated due to the call that i receive from company but i have already applied for don't disturb service almost 45 days ago.
      I am really fade up of it now and dont know what to do next please help

        i had purchase a premium number of reliance company, i had use it for very long time, after that i had convert it in to IDEA by MNP, and there after into TATA DOCOMO after due period of time of MNP.

        Then after i re-convert to reliance by MNP and submit the documents, after one month the company block my number after saying that you don't have submit the documents, at that time i re submit the required documents and told me to come after 1 week,

        when i go over there after one week, they told me that the number is being cancelled and you have you pay amount to receive back the same premium number, when i told him for legal fight against this action, then they gave me another number of reliance and told me give me your identity and address proof and come after three month. i will surely issue your premium number..



        after three month when i was go over there then they told me, it is not being completed.


        please sir help about this matter and support me against this kind of negligence doing by the company..

        my business is totally going disturb because of this communication failure..

          My Reliance Broadband(user id[protected] connection is not working from 13-04-13.I made complaint on saturday but still I didn't get any reply from your end. Whenever i Call customer call they simply give compliant number apart from that they don't give proper solution.Your customer care people talking with rough manner only and I called your service people Mr.Dinesh(ph:[protected]), but there is nothing use in it.

          Last wk also i got the same problem I made complaints in online, customer care and i dialed your service people.I made my first complaint on Saturday but your people came and solved my issue on Thursday.               I have purchased Post Paid Data card of Reliance MDN No.[protected] on 29-03-13 and gave all the relevent documents and collected the payment for dongle and gave receipt.The receipt address mentioned is Noida Up Phone no mentioned on the receipt is[protected] where no one is picking the phone. The executive who came has confirmed that the data card will be activeted by 01-04-13. But till date the datacard is not actived nor any verification call has come. Now no one is picking phone on land line nor on mobile. I think this company who is fraud and no one is taking any resposibility for activation of my data card.

              I feel that i made a big mistake going for Releaiance data card. If the issue is not resolved in next 24 hrs. Iam going to file police complaint agaisnt the company.

              I wanted to know the higher authority Pone no and email ID.

              Reliance Net Connect — Card not activated

              I bought the reliance data card(Broadband net connect). It never been activated. When i constantly followed them they said i need to return the card and they will rectify it and activate. I returned the card to the executive and he replaced with the card which was on someone else name. I found it after 3 weeks of my service.

              When i found this, i called the executive and he said it happened by mistake and he will replace with mine one. However he is not picking the phone and not doing any needful. Please help me.

              Reliance Netconnect — Card Not Activated

              Reliance Net Connect service is pathetic and these guys will be only talk to you till the point they take money for thier product and after ward they will not pick up the call and niether will they activate it and I believe no body should opt for thier services. I give a huge thumb down to thier service.

              Reliance — non activation of data card

              Wiht due respect i submit that i have purchased a data card from rewari on 20th of october 2009.
              The adress was supposed to be confirmed by the company. The data card was deactivated on 05/11/2009 without any intimation to me. i suffered because of such deactivation. you are hereby requested to lodge a complaint against the company and allow me to get appropriate compensation.
              Pathetic!!!
              without any intimation they are doing anything they are pleased to do.
              I don't know how this company claims to be a good service provider.

              Reliance Netconnect — Data Card Not Activated

              I am mailing from pune. I bought two Datacards on 5th Jan. Those are not activated yet. Should I have to wait for Hours or months. I purchased these cards for official use. I got more pressure from my office It will lead me to cancel the order if it is not activated soon. My office persons are telling that cancel this we will get the card here on bangalore that will be activated immediately. Please give me a solution either I have to continue with ur service or not. I expect Immediate response. I frustrated by communicated to ur staffs here regarding this, they are playing me like a ball here and there. I want a clear solution by tomorrow morning.

              I've taken reliance postpaid netconnect datacard on 14 Nov. I was promised that the datacard will be activated within 24 hours after some verifications.
              4 months have passed, and despite several mails to customer support, and calls to customer care. Reliance is not activating my data card.

                I am a subscriber of Reliance Broadband with subscriber id[protected].For the past 3 months I am facing slow speed issue during night times from 6pm to 1am and ,inspite of repeated complaints to the customer care my problems were not resolved at all and without my concern the complaints were closed.And to add that from March 20th ,2013 the net connection was totally not available.I raised a complaint regarding this on March 21st, and I was assured that the problem would be resolved within 24 hours.But even after 2 days the problem was not soved at all , as a result I escalated the complaint to Reliance appleate authority and they promised me a speedy resolution within 24 hours but again the issue wasnt resolved and I had to call each day appleate authority to know the status of the complaint as the technical people didnt even show the manner to call and notify the customers.Each day I was getting some silly excuses from appleate and promises that the issue would be solved by the end of day and on March 29 the complaint was closed again without my concern and without solving the issue.So I had to reopen the complaint again and till today ,each day the appleate authority is cheating me everyday by telling the problem would be solved by end of day or in 2 days etc.They are givng false promises to customers like me, telling the problem would be resolved in day or two but the problem hasnt been solved yet.Due to this irresponsibilty of customer care and appleate authority of Reliance I had suffered huge financial loss of thousands of rupees and under deep mental stress.Kindly consider this complaint under high priority and take serious action against Reliance Communication for causing me huge financial and mental stress.

                My suggestion is to choose local provider instead of RCOM ( india's Worst broadband provider )
                Yes I agree to the same.. Choose any other damn service provider but not Reliance. I am facing the same slow speed issue since Feb 24th.
                Every time I call customer care I have been given a new eta, instead of a solution. Condition still the same today.

                They cannot raise a complaint, saying this is a known issue and when I ask for a waiver they cannot provide me the same, as there is no complaint raised. I simply do not understand their logic. When you talk to them you feel like talking to a bunch of without any logical/reasoning capabilities.

                The apeallette authority is also least bothered to reply to the email.

                The best way to treat these a** hol** is to stop play the bills, till the issue gets resolved. And pay only when a waiver is provided for the period in which is service was disrupted.

                they claim for escalating complaints to higher departments and all, they are messing around and are puppets to their higher authorities. Shameless people, are not paying attention to waiver of a 22 days disconnected service. on the contrary i was virtually forced to pay 6 months adv bill, coz if i had waited for them to solve my complaints and demands for compensation, those leeches might have sucke the late penalty from me. Never go for Rcomm broadband.

                  Reliance broadband has gone to the dogs since January 2013. It's one of the biggest fraud companies in India. Read about my experience to know why:

                  My user ID is[protected] and I'm from Pune. Since January 2013, I'm facing several issues such as slow speed, packet loss, etc. I've been constantly complaining, but they're just not interested in resolving my issues. They're constantly extending the deadline since February 2013. This issue was supposed to be resolved by 30th March. Now they're saying that it'll be resolved by 20th April. Call their customer care @[protected] and you'll get the same answer. Oh, did I mention that their customer care is extremely rude?

                  I'm getting 50 Kbps (Kilo bits per second) speed on my so-called 4 Mbps connection and even on the 1 Mbps connection. There's 40%-50% packet loss all the time. Due to this, I'm unable to talk with or video call my friends and relatives in the USA. I had to give up online gaming as it's simply impossible to play online multi-player games with such slow speed and heavy packet loss. All real-time apps such as screen sharing have stopped working thanks to the terrible connection quality provided by Reliance broadband. Moreover, Reliance has illegally blocked access to twitter.com since last 2+ years, so I'm unable to catch up with my friends on twitter either.

                  Reliance broadband is also openly violating two TRAI regulations:

                  1) According to a TRAI regulation, packet loss should be less than 1%, but I'm experiencing 40%-50% packet loss (that too since last 2+ months). Check attached screenshot for proof.

                  2) As per the regulation on “Quality of Service standards for broadband services” issued by TRAI on 6th May 2006, a subscriber should get minimum 80% of the subscribed broadband connection speed from ISP node to user. I'm getting 50 Kbps speed on my 1 Mbps tariff plan and even on the 4 Mbps one since last 2+ months.

                  Couple of weeks ago, I received a call back from Reliance broadband customer relations team regarding my complaints and they assured me that I'll be given a rental waiver of at least 1 month, but the same hasn't been given till date. Even customer care informed me that rental waiver can be given for the duration of 30 days i.e. from 19/02/2013 to 18/03/2013. But now even they're not entertaining my requests. I had registered a complaint (no.[protected] on 19/02/2013.

                  Essentially, I've paid Rs. 3,400/- during the last three months for 50 Kbps speed when in reality I was promised 4 Mbps speed. I want a rental waiver of at least 1 month (Rs. 1099) [19/02/2013 to 18/03/2013] as was promised to me and I also want my connection to be fixed asap. I'm already in the process of filing a formal complaint in the consumer court.

                  Thugs hired by Reliance broadband are calling me every other day demanding me to pay up in spite of providing such poor service.

                  BEWARE of Reliance broadband. Use dial-up internet, but don't ever opt for Reliance broadband.

                  If there is a nation-wide outage, why the bills are still getting generated. And the rude customer care is citing TRAI guidelines to NOT issue any waiver as there is only "slow speed and frequent disconnections" on their part.

The reason why Im writing this feedback is to let you know the totally dissatisfied incident happened to me and I hope somebody will consider request and help me to sort out this problem. My mobile number is [protected]. I have been using 74 call rate offer from the first week of January. My offer got expired on 30 th March as per the plan. I found that offer very helpful and as I want to continue the same plan, I contacted the customer care on 31st march. The name of the person who helped me is Sandheep. He informed that the same plan is available and I can recharge my phone for 74 rupees to activate it. As per the information the plan will be same as before. That is reliance to reliance calls will be charged 1 Pisa per 6 seconds. This is what sandheep informed me. Believing his words I recharged the phone for 74 Rs. But the offer I got is different. Charges were high it is 1 Pisa per 2 seconds. I called the support by dialing 198 and informed about the problem. The customer executive didnt helped me and he said he will escalate the case and I have to wait for 3 days. I asked for a supervisor, he said the supervisor is busy and suggest me to contact back after half hour. I called-back after half an hour and the next agent also informed me that supervisor is busy and suggested to call back after 1 hour. Again I contacted after 1 hour. This time it was a lady and she said they can not do anything on this issue and told me that the offer is for customers who recharge from 2nd April. I informed her multiple times about my previous contacts and the inconvenience caused. I dont think she even checked previous details. She was very harsh. She informed that there is no way to sort the problem. I even asked for a refund and to change my plan on the next day as the offer will be available from 2nd April. But there was no help. I asked for supervisor, she said supervisor is busy in both English and Malayalam. I told her I will wait till the supervisor available. She said tht option is not there. I asked for the supervisor at the first minute. She didnt even cared about that and asked me same questions. At last she said to contact after 30 minutes. Again I called for support this time the agent said he is transferring the call and told me to wait. He put me in a hold. There was no supervisor to talk to me. I hold the call for 10 minutes and there is no response from supervisor or the agent who transferred me. Im sure that there was no connection problems as I was able to hear the hold tune clearly. I hang up the call and called again. This time the agent said supervisor was only available in 7 am to 11pm. I came to know that previous agent was cheating me by transferring my call as I called after 11pm.
                          The current status is "No Help" and time loss. I have spent more than 2 hours on this. I am sure the mistake is not on my end as I contacted the support to confirm that offer is available. Iam immensely sad that they cheated me and they didnt even helped me for the mistake they made.
                          I think the customer care service is outsourced. Reliance should think twice before selecting the vendor. I think every reliance customer is treated like this. But they are not aware about this feedback option or not ready to write a feedback like me. Even I was not aware about this till I asked the last agent to send me an online link to complaint this.
                          Iam planning to change my reliance connection using portability or moving forward for legal activities(Im not threatening anyone, I want to make sure no one will have bad situation in future like I had).
                          Im still not sure anyone can help me. May be the supervisor will help me to sort-out the problem. But Iam sure this is not proper customer service.

                              I recharged my mobile with Rs 95 on 1st April, 2013 based on SMS from Reliance which stated: " Extend 3G Validity @95! Now recharge with Rs 95 and extend the data balance validity by 30 days. Reliance 3G"

                              However, My data balance validity was extended by just 7 days. My original validity was till 24 April and now its 1st May.

                                Whenever i connect my wifi router to broadband it works for some time and then disconnects showing problem loading page and then again connects after some time.
                                The router is working perfectly fine as i have checked it in 2 of my friends internet connection .

                                1. I received two telephone calls from Air Tel in last 25 days. In all these calls I was asked to enhance my download from 2GB to 4GB. I agreed for the same.

                                2. But each time they told me that my phone is in the name of N.Raj and company.

                                3. Prior to this i have received complaints from a large number of friends that they dont get my phone number.

                                4. Please clarify if my phone is being used by others. I expect you to be truthful and prompt. Its no use having your connection when I can get a cheaper connection from BSNL

                                5. I will get my connection disconnected.

                                i have istllaled a telephone connection from connect phones by telephone no[protected].I have change my office to any other place and a new connection have taken by me at that place according to the guidelines of company representatives and i have make several requests to disconnect my earlier connections but they do not take any responsibuility of it.

                                i have taken an internet connection from connect phones. This connection was
                                not working properly.Company employ told me that for better results I change my
                                plan and convert it to one mb speed plan by paying app 1700 per month as rent
                                i change my plan and when the speed is not increased i further call company employs but they say that this speed can not be given to me because of lower
                                capacity of exchange and i say to change my plan but they refuse it and say that
                                you must pay new bill for the change wheather speed has increase or not.

                                Reliance Broadband — dead phone and frequent disconnection of internet connection

                                Unfortunately I am the customer of Reliance communication. My account number is[protected]. The internet connection is so worst unable to describe. In the last two months I have to made more than 30 complaints. and to more astonishment to me several time without attending to the complaint they just send a sms that your complaint is solves. enjoy. I can suggest them that they just add word miracle in front of reliance. Any how once upon a time they just given a slogan KAR LO DUNIYA MUTTI MEI . They are doing the same. They are least bother about to attend the complaint. Since last five month my telephone line[protected] is not working properly i am unable to make calls there are lot of disturbance. Several complaints were made. there executive visit and vanish. The problem is still the same. But for the want of bill they are really good. They collect the same in time. for the services which they are not given.
                                Please let me know what to do with this type of services.

                                i have perchasge a new phone connection ([protected]) from local vodaphone ceter at joyti chowk.at the time of deal the staff is so co-oprative ,they had told me that the number will active-vated in next day evening .till the the time company will take veryfication and all that. but now day is gone but still not network on my phone.i gone to cetre two time but nothing will happen.what can i do noe

                                        Hi! I'm Nirjhar Mistry a Reliance GSM customer and my mobile No is [protected]. Recently I bought a Lumia 620 & insert a Reliance GSM SIM card in it. As this Phone requires a Micro SIM card so the mobile reseller cutdown my existing SIM by a SIM cutter and insert it in Lumia 620. Now my problem is
                                        1. Sometimes I can't check my balance by dialing *306#. Error mesage Something is going wrong.

                                        2. Unable to use 3G service in my locality,I live in Bamangachhi and here 3G signal is fine,even my Nokia X6 is getting 3G signal properly & working fine.
                                        For those problem first I Emailed to Nokia Care & they replied that as My SIM card is made from a normal sim card so the problem may come because the sim isn't fit with the micro sim card slot properly. Then I call to Reliance Complaint No 198, they told me
                                        1. They don't have any info about micro sim.
                                        2. Another officer asked me to know what is a Micro SIM card & Refer to Reliance oulet for information. From Reliance outlet I was replied that they don't know about a micro SIM.
                                        Then I send a Email @ customerca​[protected]@reliance​ada.com with a screen shoot taken by Nokia X6 and Lumia 620.(Also attached with this post)

                                        620 — connectivity problem

                                        my user id is sg203 .I had renewed my sify broadband 128 speed (620 Pakage) connection with 30days validity, from 13.6.2008 to 16.6.2008 i not getting the proper speed and also disconnection of the sify net from past 4 days . Complaint to customer care had no action. I feel my money by calling the customer care person.They told me that they will sortout the problem within 12 hours let see wat happen .if the problem continues then ...(******************************)

                                        Reliance GSM — no solution of complaints

                                        I am Manish and im using reliance gsm service. from last 1 week i am facing a big problem in sending my messages. In begining, there is not much problem but now it is increasing day by day and from last 2 days i am not able to send my single message on time. the message is always delivered half an hour later. when i want to ask something from my friends i send my message but it was always showing pending and then i have to make call for that. Ek to inka sms pack bhi costly ho gaya hai ab direct Rs 56 from Rs 25 and now there are providing bad network service for the messaging, so that they are earning from the ways. I want you to please take some action against this problem and help me out.
