i have complaint regarding the promotional messages which i receive on my mobile phone no. [protected] i always face problem regarding the deduction of my balance from these promotional messages i have complained on customer care no. *333 several times but still i am facing this disgusting problem its very shameful on your part that you could not satisfy your customer. and when asked on customer care number for senior to talk they always used to say that the senior is not picking up the phone.

which can be used by me since last 2 years.

from 4/06/09 daily 5 Rs. balance will be deduct from my prepaid account without any reason.
i make contact to customer care but they are anable to give me satisfied ans. reliance representative not speak wirh manners.
till date 07/06/09 total reduction of my amount is Rs 20. which is too much for me

today i checked my balance n got astonished. At that time my balance was Rs73.22 whereas first it was Rs113.55. And i also received a messege on 6/7/2009 which says that my "Ayur pack is activated at Rs.30/30 days renewal on 8/5/2009 at time 12:23:00". I want to ask that by whose permission did you reduce my balance. I did not activate any such thing and still my balance got reduced. I want the refund back and this pack should be deactivated. This thing has happened for the 2nd time and at that time i had to suffer a lot for atleast 6-7 months. A newspack was activated at that time.

Today i checked my balance i am surprised that my balance is 44Rs.On 7th july i checked my balance at that time the balance is 73 rs today i made a local call of 2 min 55 sec and the balance come down to 44rs.
This thing happened for the 2nd time.If the thing is not changed then you can force me for new connection.

Reliance Money — Deducts balance without any reason.

Hi,
I am using Reliance Money since last 4 months and I realised what blunder i did in my life. Reliance Money keeps on deducting balance from my trading account without any notification. I have lost my 1000 rupees only for their charges and its still showing that I need to pay further Rs.648 which is really a rediculous service. reliance can teach how to fool customers and cheat them and extract money. Today, due to trust in them I lost my all money and now I am not able to pay my telephone service. Thanks to reliance for making us aware for your cheatness popularity.

Reliance Mobile — deducted the balance

on 8/12/09 i had recharge with Rs.500(Mobile No:[protected]) the next day amount of Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance account ,i make the call to customercare(*333) regarding the matter & ask them why they had deducted the amount ,they told me that i had played some contest thats why they had deducted the amount,they told me that i had recived a call from some khel contest on 9/12/09 around 7:00 pm and the service has been activated,but i had not recived any call at that time again i make the call to the customercare regarding the matter they transfer my call to the higer authority regaring the matter they told me that they will de-activate this service but the amount will no be refunded , they told that it was send via SMS automatically by phone as i was out of reach

kindly look out for the matter as soon as possible.

i have complaint regarding the deduction of my balance for mitti ke rang service which had being charging me 10RS every month i havent activated any service but why are deducting my balance and asking me deactivate it.

Unreliable Reliance.
I am a reliance GSM pre-paid subscriber. The service provider deducted money from my amount without any information. I never subscribe there valuaded product. This hapens 4-5 times.On Feb 6 they deduct Rs.30 from my prepaid amount.I complient it to service provider but for Gaint Reliance I am a bechara tiney subscriber. In gaint Reliance who care for tiny Indian subscriber.
Telecom regulatry autherty is also for these Gaint Corporates.

Pease do no shop for the India timeshopping - Net or News Paper.

They are just fraud, take the money and give hopeless products which are of no use, perfect to be thrown in the dustbin.

Reliance Mobile — Regarding deducting money for no reason

I have to complaint against relience mobile services and their custmer complaint resolution, Relience mobile is a name in market but sorry to say their custmer complaint handling is not satisfactory, My father is using P.H - [protected], and they deactivate their updates for which they were deducting Rs- 5 per SMS, but now after deactivating the service now message are not coming but still they are deducting Rs - 5 Per day for nothing, and for this we had talk with their custmer care department 5 times but the problem is still their. sorry to say but Relience mobile services are not good and worst because they are playing with their consumers.

Reliance Mobile — Deducting money without any service

Hi,
I have been using Reliance mobile from past almost one year.
Earlier it was fine but once my amount has been deducted without any reason.
When I asked, they said you have activated caller tune so Reliance has charged.
Then I have activated DND but still I am facing the same problem.
I have checked with other Reliance user, they also have faced same problem and we never got our money back.
Please take a strong action on this.
I hope this is going to help all other users of Reliance.
