    and I am useing 249plan 600 min free for one month but i am get on 420min Jan but bill charged on Rs-226

    and not send any bills by emial are address I am ask to coustmercare he saying we are sent. but i am not get any bills

      avoidance and ignorance from reliance team its been 1 month since i have applied for the connection and they are avoiding me and giving me no reply.

      Reliance — No response

      Dear Sir,
      I, Narender Kumar, am facing such a difficulty that Reliance in not responding to my MNP request, I want to switch my reliance CDMA to Tata CDMA as Being a long time customer of TATA Services, but their has not been any responce from reliance as I have sent MNP request to them, My Reliance no in [protected].
      Please do the needful.

      i am jegan using uninor no [protected].uninor are closed in 31/8/2012 so i changed to this no to reliance.but my proof is submitted 4 times
      but still my proof is not updated i asking customer care there are telling your not submitted proof but i already submitted then what can i do

        I have used Reliance Net-connect internet data-card under scheme name "HSD_Data" till 2011 end.

        For periods September to December, there was seriously bad network signal, due to which I was unable to use the service properly. I also did call customer care number [protected] likely more than 10-20 times for service request/ connection issues, I did not get any good service and of no use then. I also requested the customer care people, who called me back to wave-off the bill over that period as I was not able to use the service due to lack of signal. Though Reliance did not do anything to provide me any better service, above it the company billed me during the period where in those months I was probably able to connect only 10% of time.

        Now after 2 years, I get a call from some hell-hole lawyer from Delhi saying I have to pay bill in next 30 minutes or there will be police arriving me to arrest me.

        Is this a joke. Hell No, if all of a sudden you do not get any contact and suddenly some lawyer calls you and threatens you to be arrested!

        I understand lawyers do not do anything unless the company directs them to do whatever. But, never did any person from the company called me for this issue. No local personnel ever tried to contact me over mail or phone (none changed since beginning). And today they make this lawyer call me and threaten my wife (who picked up the call) that I will be arrested if I did not come to court the next day. My question to Reliance - Do you think people are so jobless to do what ever you want them to do. Firstly, you do not provide timely service, leave aside any good service. Later, these kind of stupid things. Do they think that customers are pigs or dogs to play around. We, the customers, ask for service and have right to deny payments on bad service or lack of service.

        I want to ask company to show proofs of having contacted me on phone or mail or any written medium, to sort the issue which went through two months. No customer would ever want to keep paying bills though he is not getting service.

        This is harassment.

        I will not make payment till Reliance gives clear explanation for those many days that I had no signal/network and I faced issues.

        What authority does Reliance or its lawyers has to send police to arrest customers from home to pay some 2000 rupees bill.

        Reliance — Harassment by Police

        I hava areliance postpaid landline connction. The phone was faulty and not working properly for about 06 months and many complaints to customer care department doesn't solve the problem.

        As the problem is not rectified I stopped paying the bill.

        Yesterday I got call from district police about having a ex-party warrent against me for non-payment of bill for Rs. 1352/-

        I called up the reliance lawyer (number provided by the police officer) and he agreed to withdraw the case and send me the relevant paper if I pay up the due.

        But after paying up Rs. 1355/- he is not responding.

        NET DEVICE — NOT CLEARED BILL

        IF ANY BODY IS INTERESTED TO BUY NEW CONN.n THEY R NOT GETTING CLEAR INFORMATION ABOUT THAT PRODUCT.SO PLEASE GIVE TRANSPARANCY IN MARKET.
        How did you pay the amount. Did you get the receipt. If you paid cash, without any receipt nothing's gonna work out. If you paid by a cheque or DD and have a receipt, go to any reliance office and shout at them. Only them they might be of some help.

        And don;t need to worry about any warrant calls or anything like that. Just avoid them for some time and they will put your case in default and you wont;t have to pay anything. moreover if you will need the connection again, you might get it after some time.

        These companies don;t do something that big unless it is a hefty amount. So calm and get a new connection. Dont worry about it. If reliance calls, show them the receipt or any transaction if you have. Else forget it.

        Reliance Netconnect — NO Services provided yet billed

        Dear Sir,

        Since January 13th 2012, we were not getting the services of the broadband and the landline due to some issues regarding the shifting of some machine of the Reliance company , according to their local area manager. He had said at that time that the services will be resumed within 2 days and even after about 15 days, there was no service being provided to us. On asking the same area manager, he said that due to some technical issues they will not be providing the connection. Within one week from January 13, they had taken away the cables and the machines and left our connection due, since then. He only advised us to take some other connection. Since then till date we are not getting any services from the reliance.Still we received the bill for the month of January and even the month of February with some penalty. If we have not been provided any services what are they charging us for??

        I have not got good signal for 2 months Sep through Nov of 2011. During that time I did call customer care number a lot many times. Many a times no response and when I get some person from customer care, they were of no help. I also requested to wave away the bill for that period where I had seriously faced inconvenience. I was informed on phone by few guys who called me around Nov/Dec-2011 that they will try to give concession of some sort, but I have to pay bill. After that no one contacted me and being fed-up I too stopped using my connection, which was terminated due to lack of payment for that period. If I had such service providing company I would at least take care to ask for a feedback from customer who has just abandoned his connection.

        Suddenly out of now where, I get call yesterday from a lawyer in Delhi saying I have to make payment or police will come in 30 mins to my home and arrest me. Do I look like a dog or a that police would come like municipality dog catchers and rope me.

        This is just not the way a company should behave with any customer. I would not like to comment on how much you guys pay to stupid actors for advertising, but it does not mean that you behave anyway rude with customer who is not satisfied with your service.

        Firstly, stop selling your stuff like tomatoes on street. If at all you manage to grab hold of poor customers, be firm in providing minimum service. If a customer wants to stop a service it has to be his/her decision if there is no good service provided or if the service is not acceptable. You cannot just bill the accounts of customer who have stayed back from making payments due to inconvenience from your service. And it is seriously wrong - legally or any human way - to allocate a lawyer without having contacted the customer, though you have contact numbers, email ids, house address. Instead of spending on lawyers, try improve the service you provide by hiring better customer support.

        I haven't received any phone call as such.

        Please reconfirm with whom was this telephonic conducted and when was that and to whose satisfaction.

        Do not state false acclamation.

        I am completely pissed off with this issue.

        This is going over my head.

        Firstly, as you mentioned in your earlier response, I have not received any such telephonic from your customer service associate. This is just a false acclamation by you people.

        Secondly, and more seriously, I have received another call today from some person (saying himself as a police personnel) who warned me if I do not pay 2000 today I will have to face non-bailable warrant and pay 20, 000 INR. And over that, he was using abusive language. He mentioned the same data-card number which I have mentioned earlier in this forum.

        If I get another such call, I will put a mental harassment case on Reliance communications. And this is not a warning, I guarantee I will raise court on this matter.

        Firstly you do not give good service and then you harass your customer. You should not do business if this is the way you do your business.

        As of now, I have decided to raise a complaint on phone number [protected] with police for getting harassment call on behalf of some lawyers linked to Reliance.

        This is going more and more insane now

        I still get calls from some one saying he is a lawyer from Delhi going ahead with summon into Delhi court.

        I don't care who it is - I don't care what ever you would do.

        I am planning to put a police complaint on Reliance and the particular Legal agency which is handling the case.

            GSM — deducting my balance

            sir I got a simcard by postal with out any request similar my landphone bsnl number. last 35 years I was out of india so I do not know gsm rule&regulation.As per imformation I paid all amount.then I filled very few amount as experieane other mobile companies activity
            bussy driving time getting some call for tones or malayalam music. usuall we open our mobile
            after few minites we can attend that call-results always dedecting my balance.I need telephone call&recive, message send&reccive that enough. Can you help me sir

                respected Sir,

                i suffer lots of problem. Please help me out of this.
                on the day of[protected]
                my balance deduct of Rs.94.36
                customer care representative says that the deduction is due to GPRS.
                but i have my Gprs pack activate on my number from[protected] to[protected]Rs data pack )
                and also the net balance of 62 Mb is available on that time.
                .
                the first complain i register on 23rd :- complain no :[protected]
                .
                but til the date the complain not solved.
                then i called to reliance and customer care representative register another complain
                the complain no :[protected].
                .

                this is not the first time about the wrong deduction of main balance due to Gprs.
                the same problem occur fourth time in my number.
                1st time on 17th feb ( complain no :[protected]
                2nd time on 20th feb ( complain no :[protected]
                3ed time on 21st feb ( complain no : [protected]
                every time they deduct my main balance. though the pack of Gprs is active and the data balance also available.
                is there no way to stop this, as a reliance customers i suffered a lot due to this problem.
                please i have lots of trouble due to this .
                please solve it as soon as possible. i hope this time the problem will be solved and i will not suffer again.

                Reliance Communication — BALANCE PROBLEM

                Dear sir
                I have done internet recharge of 99 Rs. which was said to be for internet access through GPRS for 1month. But i don't know how they did it for something called home plan recharge in which i would get 500min. talktime which i don't wanted at all. Then also i am not able to use that balance, i have complained 3 to 4 times to customer care.But i didn't get any response.
                Kindly help to launch this directly to relience communication to take prompt action.

                  Requested to please refer below mail as well .

                  After discussion with Ms. Narendra Kaur on 18th Feb'2013 ( 1:15PM )
                  regarding my service termination and adjustment of bill with Zero usage
                  since 10th Sep'12.
                  I have visited Reliance Web World(New Market-Bhopal) on 18th Feb'13 & met
                  Mr Mayank but according to him he will not do anything and he had not
                  responded properly. Also he made me embarrassed in front of many peoples
                  by making fun of mine.

                  I am actually helpless and this is my final mail to your department or
                  else i have step to consumer court for harassment and again and again fake
                  bill generation once i had made my final payment and requested for service
                  termination.

                  Details of request:-
                  On 28th Aug'12 i had made a request to reliance costumer department for
                  disconnection of my services . (Request ID[protected].. And i have been
                  told that once my final bill generated then you have to pay the final due
                  . My services are terminated on 12th Sep'12 and my bill is generated
                  (please see attachment) . I have made my final payment on 21st
                  Sep'12(Please see attachment).




                  Nxt month (Oct'12) no bill generated but very suprisngly in month of
                  Nov'12 bill was generated and charge Rs299 for period of 24th oct'12-3th
                  Nov'12(1 Week)

                  I called customer care and requested the same why it had been charge once
                  i had made my final payment and services are terminated and no usage is
                  made as well. As per reliance customer care it was technical issue and it
                  will be waiver and in future no issue will repeated also services will be
                  disconneted permenantly.

                  Again i have recived bill on 15th Dec'12 and charge Rs[protected] to
                  [protected]. And then also i have call & mail to customer care regarding
                  issue please see below mail .

                  Now on jan'13 i have received again a bill of 163 & Feb 2013 also i had
                  receive a bill of 371.84 & total amount due is 584(163+371+100late
                  payment)

                  I am not able to understand what is going on and again and again i have to
                  mail and repeat the same process

                  I cant understand why and how they are charging once i had made final
                  payment and requested to disconnet permenantly .

                  I am very mentally depressed and stress because of again
                  and again followup with reliance customer care.

                  I request you to please take action & Solve the issue with 100%
                  satisfaction.

                  I hope you will appreciate my concern & respond as soon as possible.

                    HI, I am using Reliance Broadband last around 12 months but unfortunately last 2 months i am suffering interrupted connectivity problem.
                    I had made so many calls to customer care even talk to Mumbai head office but no positive response found from reliance end.
                    They are only follow-up for payments only but nobody interested to resolve the problem.
                    Now almost 2 month has been gone with fallow up and I am very frustrated.

                    HI, I am using Reliance Broadband last around 4 months but unfortunately last 7 days i am suffering interrupted connectivity problem.

                    I can connect to reliance broadband site, that's it and i am not able to access any other site.

                    I had made so many calls to customer care, but no positive response found from reliance end. The are simply telling lies that after 11.00 PM it will work, and 12.AM it will work. They are keep on postponing the issue. But not solving the issue.

                    They are only follow-up for payments only but nobody interested to resolve the problem.

                    Now almost 7 days has been gone with fallow up and I am very frustrated. Request you to please do the needful to resolve the issue.

                    This is the exact same problem that i had been facing as well. Your services at the customer and local technical side are very disappointing. As a paying customer, We require some sort of respect and decorum when we place a complaint. Twice i had placed a complaint regarding my internet being interrupted and it took a total of 11 days for both complaints totally to get resolved. And i as well as you at reliance if you are reading this are aware that you had assured me a period of 24hrs for a complaint to get resolved. Please take care in taking care of your customers. Now today being the 5th of march 2013 had lodged a complaint about the slowness of my broadband internet yesterday . its passed 24hrs and your customer service executive a Mr.Rahul had also acknowledged that to me. Now why isn't my connection fixed?? also i am subscribed to a 4mbps plan worth 1099 + taxes every month. I am paying for 4 mbps speed but i not getting it and you ask me to pay that amount?? i will pay as it is my duty but i don't understand the logic being asked to pay for a service that i am not being able to use without interruption. If it was any fault from my side i would understand. When it is the fault from the service providers side then it just gets ridiculous. So please get your affairs in order. You are a multi million rupee company and at least show the services of such a company. Myself being a businessman, the internet is invaluable to me, and when i cant use it becausue of no fault of my own then it tends to get out of hand if you can understand my feelings.

                          I bought reliance data card no:[protected] before 1 year ago, I have a plan of Rs 550 with 5Gb day and night, But I have received bill of Rs. 1200 which is not acceptable so I stooped to use data card and ask them so many time for give me reason of this extra charges, but they did not have proper reason for the same, They replayed me I have been used data card out of my limit so any how i have to pay.

                          After couple of months I got bill amount with Rs 2300.00 with harassing me by call no.[protected] , They force me to pay of amount Rs2300.00 within one hour other wise they will take action against me and I have to see court at Delhi, Now I am really fade up with this abusing, I ask them to give me some time to full fill all amount from my end but still they doing me presser to pay this much amount within one hour,which is not possible for me....

                          Please guide me to come out from this headache, I am really fade up with this pressure and suffering lot from this all, please guide me from your side what to do?

                          Reliance Data Card — Forcing me to pay extra amount

                          Dear Sir,
                          I purchased Reliance Data Card for Rs 1500 in April 2011 with the promised service that it will work all over India.

                          My monthly rental for that is Rs 750. I used internet till End of June and then I informed customer care to deactivate as this data card is not working in Andhra Pradesh.

                          Now, they are telling me to pay for both June and July, even though I told them in advance to deactivate for July. When I got call recently from Reliance, I told them, I will pay for June which I used that too if it works in A.P, and these people agreed for that and told me that they will send one representative to check the exact problem is.

                          But, yesterday, all of a sudden I got a message stating that, they filed a case against me in Pune court and telling me to present on 18th of this month.

                          Now, I am relocated to Hyderabad and its difficult for me to go to Pune and more over its their failure and unnecessarily making me trouble.

                          Kindly, suggest me what to do?

                            Reliance had always cut my balance by activating services I have never heard of.. But the main matter is they never inform when service get over.. They start cutting balance without informing dat service(net plan validity) is over.. they have deducted around 700 to 900 rupees of mine lyk this.. Still dats not the worst.. I use their net plan of 47 rupees which has 3gb net free for 1 month.. But when last time I recharged with 47 rupees again dey sent no msg.. N d scheme was changed, of what I was unaware, scheme changed to 10 day validity.. N they deducted mine 124 rupees of balance saing that scheme has changed.. They never inform anythng and threatens me everytime.. Everytime I let go.. Bt it is big amount of money for me now... Please do somethng against them.. I can't even port out cause of rule o[censored]sing same operator for 3 months.. I don't won't to change my number.. Hoping for positive response..

                            Reliance has deducted Rs 30 from my balance 6 times.Previous 5 times i called the customer care and they refunded my money,this time i am not being refunded.All the 6 times when they have deducted my money they say that I have activated some service,when i tell them that i hav'nt activated any service they give back my money.This time they are not paying back and repetedly saying that I have activated some service.Reliance activates services at its end and then tells the customers that they have activated it.Kindly help.

Vikas Sharma, sold a expensive handset to me and my wife informing that Reliance does not exchange handsets. Also, refused to take my old handset, telling me that it is my property and I don't need to return the same.
                                    Forced with no option, I had to pay and get a new handset. Next month, I got a PENALTY from Reliance in my bill saying that I have lost the old handset. When I registered a complaint to 1) Reliance Customer Care and 2) Apellate, I got to know that...
                                    Reliance DOES NOT CHARGE but REPLACES the handset after the engineer checks it!!
                                    The Reliance shop has cheated me. Vikas misled me into buying an expensive set which I would never have purchased myself.
                                    Today, when I went to the shop again to confront him with this information with my son, he insulted us to the extent of almost getting physically violent. He refused to talk to us and got abusive even when we did not instigate him.

                                    I do not know what would have happened if I would have gone alone.
                                    This is fraud, cheating and hooliganism.

                                      I am a user of Reliance GSM Prepaid. My complaint is regarding the unnecessary and unknown deduction of mobile balance oftentimes.

                                      Please have a look on the below latest case.

                                      I recharged yesterday date 22nd Feb, 2013 for my [protected] mobile no. with 340/- balance at 12 pm around. I had earlier balance of 8-9 rupees so total balance available was around Rs.349/- Then after I had hardly call of 1-2 Rupees. When I checked my balance in evening, it was just left with Rs.310/-. I checked myself first that I had not other auto renewal due available. So I lost about Rs.40/-.
                                      When I called Customer Care at 2 am, I got the only answer as usual the data is not retrieval and we are not able to view any data. This answer I am getting many times and they get a easy escape out of it.
                                      Again I call at 12 today at 23rd Feb, 2013, I received the same answer. Now this will go for next 2 days and then after they will have answer " we can't get the data for more than last two days".

                                      Reliance GSM is cheating the customer when they have more balance and if customer is not tracking it they earn good amount of it.
                                      This has been happened with me many times.

                                      It is my humble request to you to have a strict action on it otherwise there are many consumers are getting cheated everyday.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      Without taking any additional facility on my Mobile an amount of Rs.198/- & Rs.99/- had been deducted for which my complain number/Service Request No. was 56836453 & 58288719 Respectively.After logging the complain an sms was received by me stating that the same has been charged correctly.I had even been running tio their Reliance Web World at Jamshedpur as i am a resident of Jamshedpur (JHARHAND) but no positive steps were taken by them.
                                      Reliance India Mobile only takes the compalain but does not take correct action as they understand that it is beyond the customers reach to knock their door and get the correct decision but today as i saw the web site i got a hope that they can be stopped from doing wrong and do the correct things.

Last 8month I observed that my recharge amount deduct unusal.After so many complaints there is no result.This is unessary harassment & huge loss for me.I fade up with RIM service & people of customer care are cheating the customer directly.I done recharge Rs201 topup, after one day suddenly 35Rs. got deduct. When I call to customer care, he told due to khel pack activation amount is got deducted. I do not no why RIM people making fool to customer. I never activate any pack.                                       Reliance has been regularly deducting money from my prepaid account without my knowledge. Every time i call them saying this thing they tell me that I have subscribed to some of their services even though I have not subscribed them and tell me that they will refund me money back. But I have not yet got my full refund back. Also I had told them to stop sending me messages and calls from reliance regarding this services one month back but one month has passed and the messages and calls are still coming. I do not know what to do I have lost much of my balalnce due to this and they have not refunded me the money back saying that more than 3 days have passed since the service has been subscribed. I am fed up of reliance mobile and I will advise you to not to take any of the reliance services. As they are just fooling customers.

                                      I purchased 2 new numbers of reliance GSM ([protected]-95).When I inserted these sim cards in my mobile it was showing Internet facility activated by default. I tried to close it but I was not successful. I got 20 balance in my sim card. After This I recharged it with 100 rs. Total 120 rs have been deducted without any usage. First thing I would like to ask How can they activate any internet service in new sim card without information. Why did they deduct 120 rs. Every time I switch on my mobile 10-20 rs get deducted. Similarly for second number 70 Rs deducted.

                                      I had sent many mails regarding my problem to nodal officer. I want waiver for two numbers [protected] (120 Rs) and [protected] (70 Rs) for invalid GPRS deduction. For the proof of my problem and for any doubt you can contact Jayshree ([protected]) at Reliance Web World , Paud Road , Pune.I was unable to insert my sim card in mobile. Whenever I tried to insert and use those sim cards balance got deducted and it became nil after few minutes.

                                      Now they are saying that few days have been past they can't check the old details. I have been complaining for last 3 weeks. I visited Reliance web world, i sent mails, i called nodal officer but still i haven't got my waiver.

                                      I am a relaince gsm mobile user no. [protected]. I had complained of illegal deduction of charges from my existing balance.

                                      I stopped using this no. when they last deducted from my balance.

                                      I had to go outstation to himachal then I recharged for Rs.100/- then my bal was Rs.79/-
                                      after 1-2 calls( My existing plan is of 1Rs./3 Mins) it showed the balance of Rs.46/- after sometime again it deducted some amount & it shows Rs.17 is my balance when I didn't used the phone. After that I switched off my phone.

                                      so please look into my issue and guide me to take the necessary steps .

                                      Reliance GSM Prepaid Mobile — Undue balance deduction from mobile account

                                      I am a reliance GSM customer (mobile no. - [protected]). Yesterday dated[protected] at about 12:30 pm i found my balance to suddenly reduce from Rs.22 to Rs.11. I enquired at the reliance customer care several times but each time i was said "we cant check your information right now, please call again later".

                                      And this has not occured just this time. These things have occured several times and now i am really pissed with all this.

                                      Kindly take steps against this.

                                      After several minutes of arguing they tried to sway me off by just giving excuses that it was my fault and i was charged for using GPRS services...even though i had not used gprs that day...

                                      Reliance GSM — Unknown Balance Deduction

                                      I Biplab Ghosh very upset for your bad service which I get from last four days . On 19th of Feb.2012. I recharged my mobile account by Rs 50/- , and get Rs 41.33/-. This recharged was done at 9:45 pm . On 20th of Feb. 2012 I was charged Rs 19/- for my value added service (s.m.s pack) .

                                      My calculation says Rs 22/- should be the remaining balance . From 20th Feb. to 23rd Feb.2012 I never make a call to anyone and also I am not in roaming , I just receive calls . At present my balance shows Rs 0.65/- .

                                      May I know why am charged of Rs22/- ? I make a call to helpline nobody pick up calls ! May be that was server issue , I never mind because the persons who attend calls they don't have system . From last three years several time I call for specifically balance deduction issue and get 6hrs , 48hrs , & 72hrs turn around time . Before that I loose Rs 2/- or 3/- several time but I never mind . This time I clearly know that after recharge I never make a call . How does it possible ?

                                      I received the call and ensured me to resolve the issue, but the action has not been taken in last 5 days. They had assured to resolve the issue in 48 hrs.
                                      Another thing is that they again deducted 47/- for GPRS which they are telling that it because of the new plan application which is for 10 days. I had the old plan of 47/- which is since it inducted and was of auto renewal. If the old plan is active then how can they charge as per the new one?

                                      I am really fed up with the reliance service. If this is not getting resolve and post that also even the single issue happens...will change my service provider.

                                      I am a customer of Reliance GSM Prepaid service, recently I recharged my Phone (+91-[protected]) with Rs 100/-. on 13 Feb 2013 I was having Rs. 110/- as balance, My phone also having 6 Month Internet Scheme (RC74). I was using Internet on 13 Feb 2013 Night, when I checked next morning my balance was zero, I really shocked, I tried to call 198 several time to register the complaint but could not get connectivity due to heavy traffic, then tried to dial *333 it is also saying ye route vyast hai kripya thodi der bad kosish karen (since morning till night). After a long time I went inside it is very complicated system to talk to customer care representative (could not get success to register my complaint to a customer support representative).

                                      It is my humble request to check and return my balance.

                                      my number is [protected], even i am facing the same problem which other reliance customers are facing. i am using the plan of 47 gprs and they started deducting my balance without informing me that they have changed it for 10 days, even on website they dont show, inspite of they dont show, inspite of that i deactivated the scheme and started my whatsapp scheme still they deduct my money and when i call at customer care they dont answer and be rude, first of all they just dont know what are the schemes available with them, upon that they give wrong information to grasp money, why do u give free calls when from the other end you want to take full balance, its better stop fooling customers, else days are not far that all jus throw reliance outside your company.

                                        The above mobile number is subscribed to 1p sms pack since Nov'2009 and the said scheme is auto-renewed every month (30 days). However, on 4th Feb 2013, there was balance deduction at normal rates (i.e. Re. 1 for local & Rs. 1.5 for national sms) for several sms sent on the said date.

                                        A complaint regarding this was registered on 05 Feb 2013 after various efforts by calling on the toll free number 198 and I was assured that the complaint will be resolved within 2 working days (Complaint Serial No.[protected] and the excess amount deducted will be refunded.

                                        However no refunds have been made till date. Every attempt to enquire about the complaint remains futile as every time I am told that either the system upgradation is going on (so no information can be provided) or the processing is still on.

                                        Further, on 20th Feb 2013, again deductions of more than Rs. 90 were made at normal rates for sending several sms and the worst part was that the customer care representative refused to register the complaint on the pretext that one complaint is already pending for the said mobile number [Call log- (i) 22:37 on 20/02/2013 & (ii) 23:09 on 20/02/2013]. I have wasted several hours on calling and getting connected to the customer care but to no use.

                                        I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that there be no need to escalate the matter further.
