I have raised one request on 22nd Feb 2013 for the migration from Postpaid to Prepaid,Its almost a month the process is still going on.
There isnt any fault from my side,Outstanding amount has been paid,Document has been submitted in Velachery R Web-World.and believe me i called not less that 14 times for the status and got the same reply each time that "THIS TIME SURELY WITHIN 24 HRS YOUR CARD WILL BE ACTIVATED".I am not...

Had given a request for termination of services in Nov 12 but not done still and bills are still being generated....

from the past 6-7 year i am using mobile number. and i don not wish to lose the same number. my past mobile network IDEA call rate was very high. they are offered me up-to 6 month local call rate is 0.30 paise. but after 3 month call rate changed to 60 paise. so i plan to change network. recently i was walking on footpath near warrior bakery in rajajinagar. one person was sitting with reliance sim card. he said if you port your mobile number...

my 100 rupees have been deducted from my reliance number in some VAS service (which i dont know what it stands for) and after zero balance sometimes message comes insufficient balance for vas facility....

My reliance 3G data used in NetConnect dongle had been getting a good speed. But after I recharged it with Rs.1500 data pack, the net speed has gone done abruptly. With due respect and humble submission I Ravindra Rathod would like to draw your attention towards the Poor Sevice & Illegal balance deduction i had to face in the hands of this big telecommunication giant Reliance india limited.
Since march i have started using the new services of RCOM whatsapp& facebook plan @ 16 RS as my gprs usuage is confined to these two applications i started facing this issue of deducting my main balance...

I had 41 Rs balance. But due to incorrect deduction it became 0.01.

Although Whatsapp plan is activated , when I use Whatsapp , Balance is deducting from my account.

My name is Samir. Yesterday morning when I used to call somewhere I was shocked to see my balance. At previous night balance was rs 30 and in morning it was rs 0. Nothing was there. I call customer care several times. But no response from them. When I said to submit my complaint. They said there is a technical problem. I listen this same excuse several times in a day. Fed up now.

I sent the msg on 13th March, 2013 for my MNP port to reliance team with the msg 'PORT [protected]' on 1900 as suggested by Customer Service Team 198. When I called again on the team, they said we have not received any msg. When I called for the 3rd time they said call after 24 hrs as it would be processed and sent.
On 14th March, 2013 again after not receiving message I called customer Service on...

i have an internet plan of 3gb day and 10 gb night usage .The last bill showed i have to pay 3500 , instead of 650rs,because of the extra usage i did, which is absolutely wrong.im very sure that my usage did not exceed the limit because i checked on the last billing date.i checked into customer care and internet helpcare and they gave me an falsely shown data of my usage during the month,which sums to rs 3400rs.please look into the matter...
