[Resolved]  Reliance Customer Care — Barring the incoming n outgoing calls without notice of customer

reliance handset — handset is barred

sir/madam,
i m a old user of reliance dhiru bhai pioneer offer since then i m using reliance services.My cell number is [protected].since 16th of october 2009;my mobile is barred for no reason.complaint was made thrice in custumer care but useless.then i went to reliance web world jail road new delhi....no importance was given.......i wasted ten trips but no result.....submitted my id proof twice.no result till now my mobile is barred.please look into the matter.

My no.[protected]. The outgoing and incoming have been stopped with out any notice and it gives the message that contact the custom care but that service is also barred.
Pl resume the services or convey reason.

Sir, Mera Mobile no.[protected] hai. Mere account se Rs 60/- debit hua hai.Lekin maine koi bhi service activate nahin karwai hai. Customer care mein call kiya to ve bata rahe hai ki aapne isme service activate ki hai. Meri baat mr. Dilip, Mr. Vikas aur Mr. jaffar se bhi hue lekin wo sunne ko tyar hi nahin hote. Wo bolte hai ki complaint forwarded ki hai. Jab paisa kata to us time koi bhi complaint na backward ki na forward. aapko vishwas bhi nahin hoga Sir, ki mere pass miscall karne ko bhi paisa nahin bacha hai. Kyonki is tarah se hota raha to hame daily ka 100/- rupees ka recharge advance karvana padega. Please sir, service ko thik kijiye...

sir i have purchased a sim card of reliance postpaid from wani motors pulwama before 15 days but not activate till yet no respond from u r mobile stores please activate my sim card [protected].

Each time i recharge my RIL Mobile Rs.20 gets deducted without my notice. I have registered a complain each time I recharge but I have got just on answer (SERVE DOWN) Not able to access you account, Please call us back after 5 min.

Please let me know if this can be solved or do I have to switch over to a different service provider.

Reliance GSM Prepaid — Barred outgoing without notice

I am using the service for last one and half month. Now suddenly the service provider barred my outgoing without any notice even though there is sufficient balance in my a/c. when I asked the customer care I got a reply that I need to re-submit my id proof again. I have already submitted
the id proof while applying for sim and the same is activated. Is it my duty to re-submit the id proof
again. what about the previous one. If the verification is required the provider should have verified
my proof as per the submitted documents. Is n't a balck mail by stopping service after re-charging the
account for their own reasons without prior notice. Kindly reply

Dear Sir,

I have applied for reliance new life time prepaid connection (Rs. 1 per 3 minutes plan) with a recharge of Rs 100 on 26th Nov 2009. The total sum I paid to the seller was Rs.50 for sim with life time connection + Rs. 100 for recharge = Rs. 150.
Seller assured me that on recharge of Rs. 100 I shall get a talktime of Rs. 114.

The problem is

1. It shows a talk value of Rs. 90.66 after a recharge of Rs. 100
2. It charges Rs. 1 per mintue for any call.

I also complaint to the customer care twice but every time I got the same answer that due to some technical difficulty I am unable to tell you any thing please call at later some time.

I shall request you to please do the needful in this regards else I shall have no option but to move to the Consumer Forum.

this is to bring to your notice tht the voice is not heard for a couple of seconds and the signal is continued for sometime...I dont know whts the problem with reliance ...v make use of the reliance sim to communicate but the voice is not made to be heard for sometime...whts is this.

I want to submit that my number [protected] has been suspended on 23/12/09 morning and when I inquired from Reliance outlet they told me that I have an outstanding of bill of Rs.110/- as my credit limit is Rs.300/-. As asked by Reliance outlet manager Baramulla Kashmir JK that I have to pay Rs.500/- for the restoration of my number and on[protected] I have paid Rs.500/- against proper Receipt No-09-10JMU-178555 and the concerned manager assured me that my number will be restored within 24 hours but till date after a lapse of 5 days no action has been taken in this behalf as I am badly suffering. However self visited Releiance outlet Baramulla Kashmir several times and again and again they assured that the phone will be restored within shortest possible time. Now I request please look into the matter personally and get my number restored as soon as possible so that I may not suffer more.

I m using Reliance Connection with SIM No.[protected]. Every now and then Reliance deduct prepaid Balance and the latest being On 19/02/2010, of Rs. 30 at around 14:00 Hrs. When i tried enquiring on Customer care number they are not even bother to pick the Call and I have not subscribed any scheme on that day or any other day.

Help me out in taking this with Reliance.

Reliance Communications — Barred Outgoing Calls

I purchased a new reliance cdma connection on Jan 6 2010 after submitting all my documents. On Jan 17 they barrred my ougoing calls saying i havent submitted my documents. on visiting reliance world office i came to know that my documents indeed reached backhand. however the connection which i took on my name has been registered in the name of my mother Ms Uma Pawar by mistake even though while submitting document and filling up form it was under my name. I again filled up the forms and re submitted the documents but in no vain reliance communication is willing to change anything.
outgoing calls and sms's are barred for past 3 days now even though i have made full recharges of Rs 500 and other cost incurred to while purchasing this connection.
this mistake of registering my connection on my mother's name instead of mine and then barring my connection by reliance has caused harrasment and loss.
i am requesting you to take action against this whole incidence.
