Reliance now a days par below in customer service. I have 2 post paid connection with CUG activated in between.One of the handset is almost 4 years old.Due to the big size of phone book in that model ( Samsung Boss withh 2000 contacts) I kept that model unchanged for years & ofcourse due to the batter back up too. But what they are doing is simply block the Outgoing fascility of the old handset & tells that th eproblem with the handset & u shud change that. This has been happening many times. Now I discontinued that connection & gone for Tata Doccommo.

It is very regret that I am writing to you about my grievance fro my mobiles
For mobile no. [protected] –
Rs.49/- was deducted for activation of cupid combo pack without taking my permission and to activate the same. I have not also requested for the same. When I contacted to customer care on 04.08.2009. They gave me complain no. ……………………. and assured that my money will be written back within 48 hrs. Even 3 days after money was not returned. I again contacted to customer, they refused to return my money and said that I can go wherever I want.

Rs.60/- was deducted nearly one month ago for activation of caller tune without taking my permission and to activate the same. I have not also requested for the same.
For mobile no. [protected]
Nearly one year ago approx. Rs.50/- was deducted after a call come my mobile from your representative, they insisted me to active a pack (pack name is not remembered) but I refused to take the same pack. Even after they deducted my money. When I contacted to customer care they refused to returned the money.
This was happened with my mobile no. [protected] before deducting money and every time I turn down their insistence.
Moreover I have also noticed that behave of representative sitting at your web world is very pathetic.
This type of situation is not called good for any organization for long term.

Don' t try to cheat costumer .costumer is a most valuable things, we are not axpecting like this service from you.

there are a lot of problems that are not solved sofar, but main problem is balance goes down automatically . Yesterday I have charged with topup of rs.75 balance shown 65 + 6, that is right, but today morning when i check my balace it was only rs.34. i am sure nobody has used my mobile and only a single call was made by me I have already in scheme of 50 paisa per call life time with 48 STV. it is regret to say that i payed rs.34/- for a minit local call.
I had made complaints many time but there is no response.
no body - call center and webworld are able to satisfactory reply.

I m a subscriber to Reliance mobile Phone No. [protected]. Over the years I am experiencing a great problem, and I made several complaints to ur customer care, but in vain. It is routine from ur side to send messages (rather unwanted msg) that such n such service is activated on ur phone and immediately u deduct the amount unilaterally from the balance without my prior consent. Several time I personally spoke to ur Customer Care Executive, but they always give a routine and tutored reply. Only a day before or so I received a msg that Voice chat services is to b activated on ur phone etc. and in case I wanna to unsubscribe it I should send a message (Unsub 1118) to 155223. I immediately followed the instruction and sent the message to 155223 promptly. The fact can be verified from ur record. Still today I AGAIN RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT MY VOICE CHAT SUBSCRIPTION IS RENEWED FOR Rs. 30.00 FOR 30 DAYS. This is GROSS MISAPPROPRIATION. I never utilised Voice Chat service neither I m interested in it and I request you to immediately refund my Rs. 30.00 deducted from my balance immediately to avoid any further complication. Otherwise I have no option but to go to Court and also to get the fact published in some leading daily newspaper. This is not the first time and u r in the habit of making a dent in customers' pockets on one pretext or the other. Please immediately refund my amount of Rs. 30.00 which u have no authority to deduct from my balance when I never consented to it. Previously also u unilaterally deducted so many times money from my balance either in the name of ringtones or other. Please avoid such practices ...otherwise Reliance will no more b a trusted name in public.
