[Resolved]  Reliance Customer Care — Barring the incoming n outgoing calls without notice of customer

dear sir,
i am using one reliance mobile and i am facing some problem with this
i have complained to the dealer and he told me that software should be reinstalled
then what about my phone book it will be lost after software installed in that or any process is there to back up my contacts from it
if i buy new instrument on this number is there any process to save my contacts in that new phone plz send me a mail on regarding this

Subject : Cutting of Money and Not taking compalaint.
On sunday ie 7/3/2010 in the evening i have called at this number [protected] and talked for 20 min. and twenty Rs was reduced from my account. as i hve activated the scheme of 1p/sec. then how this happened . After this im calling customer care service to lodge a complaint from last 3 days till now but they are telling that the system is down for the two days whn i was talking with them But now for this two days till this thursday the reliance customer is not connecting the call only to do any compaint .
So give me the details of it otherwise pay me for that. subject. Specific answer is required for that

The main context of this mail is that My Mobile No. i.e [protected] in the Name of Gurvinder Pal Singh, which has been Barred by a Agent viz. Pankaj Kumar, due to some allergic feeling from me, he made a request by himself for "Handset lost" under which my Nos. Outgoing has been barred.

The Story begins, Whenever I recharge my Cell, always 10/- Rs. was deducted due to some fault from Co. End and every time I have to made a request to Call centre to Revert back my balance. All the time I was assured, it will not happen again, as I got the balance 01 time only, again 2nd time when my balance was deducted by Co. again a request was raised to revert back and the time was given me for 48 Hrs. 48 hrs. passed but no revert back of balance, than I made a call to Help line and talked to Mr. Somewhat like Pankaj kumar, he was talking me in a unprofessional manner, due to which I scold him, by saying that this not the correct manner in which he is dealing with the customer, he was arguing and left the call without any resolutions.
The allergic feeling which was arised of the call, result in Barring of my no.
Than I come to know that the no. has been blocked on MY request to barred its services - The Request which was never given by me or any body on my behalf, because only me any my are dealing with this no.
By False intention and Keeping the rules of the Call centre the agent made my request on his own.

Than I start talking to Senior viz. Mr. Deepak, Davinder, Rajveer, Mr. Karanveer, vishal etc.. some what like all other guys whom my call was transeffered everytime, they all suggest me to Go th Reliance Outlet with all the necessary proofs and Documents to submit there than only the no. wil be Debarred.

But the Question arises !! Why should I go to anywhere when I am not at any fault, all the things done by Co. Representative than why Should I suffer, why should I waste my time and go for Monetary loss..

Now I am seeking a result from the Co. end or from Call centre end so that the Agent which done all this must be immediately Terminated and my no. shuld be debarred/ unbarred immediately wihout harrasing me.

If it is possible both the things than its ok otherwise .. close the no. from Co. End or from Call centre end. not at my own wish.

For the last 2 - months, reliance net work is absorbing my money immediately after my top up. Once I call customer care they say 'sorry for inconveniences', but the same problem continues. Even their supervisors ( Mr. Imran ) are not able to solve this, and I lost many hundreds...

Reliance Communications — Unnecessary Barring of Outgoing Calls

This is to bring to your notice that I, Pawan Jaju purchased a Reliance Smart connection on 02.06.2010 from the Reliance Mobile Store, Lake Town but from 13.06.2010 the outgoing services has been barred without any problem with the documents submitted as identity and address proof. Even after several complaints no progress had been made so far until 18.06.2010. I want to lodge this complaint for unnecessarily harassment by Reliance Communications.

I have puchased a reliance GSM sim card on 26th June 2010 from a local retailer in Gangtok, Sikkim. I have submitted all the required documents bt my services has been barred after 3 days.After I contected the retailer, He was not able to provide me a answer, and then I contacted the Nodal Officer for West Bengal Circle at Siliguri. She told me that the documents were not received at siliguri. after 2 days the retailer told me that the documents had returned back and I had to submit fresh documents which I did. My services were resumed for few hours only and again it was barred with no reply from reliance customer care. I was unable to contact the customer care also.

I am very dissapointed at the service and would seek intervention from higher officials to sort out the problem . As I am a doctor at Sikkim Manipal Institute Of Medical Sciences and the Mobile number is made available to many of my patients.

Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

I am using Reliance GSM from last 4 month.
I am facing a problem with some auto subscribe services.
Last month an amount of Rs. 30 deduct from my balance, when i inquired at reliance customer care they told me that u subscribe "Movie Masala".
But i didn't subscribe such kind of service. Even i didn't subscribe any kind of services.
Now this month again they deduct Rs. 30 for same service.
And when i asked to refund my money they said cant possible.

Reliance — Threatening marketing calls

I received a call today from tel. no.[protected] at 16:05 on 12/1/11 from one Ms. Nisha Parmar trying to market their services. On asking her to hang up the phone if it is a marketing phone, she said it is not a marketing phone and then continued coversation about their product. When i told her that i will complain if she continues, she threatened by saying "i have tackled so many people like you and you complain where ever you like to" She also challenged me that she does not care and a consumer can not do anything about such calls. On asking the name of call centre, the phone was diverted to another person/supervisor where again i was challanged to file a complain against them and see if any body can take any action against them.
