[Resolved]  Reliance Customer Care — Barring the incoming n outgoing calls without notice of customer

3) Free rel to rel communication from 2300 hrs to 0600 hrs is also not providing by your company which is admissible as per your plan.
4 ) plz correct it and inform me as soon as possible. neither i will go to consumer courtagainst your company

Reliance — my out going has been deactivated from last 15 jan 2009

My out going has been deactivated from last 15 jan 2009 and they are not confirming what is the probleme with my number. I have made atleast 5 calls to the customer care.When ever i am calling from my number to customer i have a ivr call to resume service pls contact customer care even when i am calling on customer care then same responce again. Yeasterday they had told me that you to submit your document again and I have submited the document again but after 24 hours my problem remain on the same stage and I have tariff boucher on my number which is wasting day by day. pls help and guide me for the same.

i recharge my no.[protected]. on very auspicious day 26th jan, 2009 by flexi(easy recharge) to 50 rs in evening.But still my blance is not add.so, what can i do. If shopkeper is trying to fraud me then i launch complain in consmer forum.

LG - RD 6600 — unable to access incoming mails sent from gmail

Dear Sir,
I am using reliance mail in my LG - RD 6600 to check my mails. I am able to check all incomming mails comming from different servises viz yahoo, rediffmail etc but I am unable to access the mails send from gmail. Please note I also use gmail as my account. I have used default setting to access.
Incomming Server-
Server - pop.gmail.com
Port - 995
Enable SSL - yes

Outgoing Server-
Server - smtpmobile.reliancemail.net
Port - 25
Enable SSL - NoRequires SMTP Auth - Yes
SMTP ID - smtpmobile
SMTP Password - *****
Sir, Please note all are default setting in mobile. Once again I would like to emphasise that I am only unable to access incomming mail send from gmail whereas i can access all other mails.
Please help me so that I can access incomming gmails mail also.

Yesterday, one Mr Saurav Jain, E-24, II floor, GK-2, New Delhi (Mobile:[protected])- working with you in Delhi based Reliance Marketing, came to me, used ill tempered / abusing words and made illegal demand and snatched cash with one unused mobile set. He threatened me to stop my aforementioned mobile number ([protected]) within 15 minutes and he did that at 8.19 yesterday by his dirty influence with your web world by giving false intimation that the mobile set is lost. However, The mobile set is very much with me. The reliance has stopped the facilities of making calls. Mind it, financial loss started from the moment, you discontinued my number without any reason or under the influence of your working staff.

Before I take legal action against your employee and your organisation, may I ask you;
1. How can a mobile number be stopped without intimation of the user or users?
2. How the web world has not made corrective measure at the information of real user.
3. Who will be responsible for financial loss, that has started occuring from the moment it stopped intentionally to put me in a great loss.
4. Can it be corrected today. Ring back on [protected], if you want to apologize for you unfair practice and avoid huge amount as compensation or legal action may be before CONSUMER COURT or any other competent court of law. You are also suggested to put your guilty staf[censored]nder suspension, if you are really serious to save your organisational reputation.

I am using Reliance mail service on my mobile LG RD 6600 handset from last three months. Reliance mail is a excellent feature in this handset which I have downloaded on my handset from R Mobile World > R-Menu > Catalog > Messanging > Reliance Mail ( finally downloaded).
I am using this feature on go to check my incomming mail. Sir, I can access all mails send from yahoo, rediff, hotmail etc, but I am unable to access incomming mails send from gmail. I recieve the gmail on my inbox, but as I click to read the mail the screen appears blank ie its not supporting gmail what I can understand.
Sir, my officials are using gmail for official use which I cannot access on my handset. Sir, can you please help me to overcome this problem.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Jayshri cell no. [protected] in Mumbai and took a Reliance prepaid connection with in month of March. I enjoy unlimited reliance to reliance calls in local area (e.g. Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat) with this connection. I get Rs. 175 talk time in this plan for reliance to other mobile or land line.
The complaint is when I used top of card so without making call my balance getting deducted. Even I used always Rim Sms card too.
So pls mind my request and solve my problem.

I am holding the phone no [protected]. My outgoing as well as incoming calls have been deactivated. When asked, they asked for scan of proof identity. I have submitted all with application form .. what the hell they are doing in customer care... when I try to contact customer care, it is not going...I contacted the reliance centers from where i got the connection n all but they were also of no help...
Its more than 10 days that i am running after these people. I need the activation immediately

I have a Prepaid Mobile connetion for Reliance when ever I recharge the balance get reduced and when I contacted their customer support they say that 3 pakages are activated on my mobile . I am shoked to know this they have activated all the pakage4s without my knowledge and deducting my money .

Their Customer service officer tlks to customer's in very rude language and refuses to lodge second complaint.

This is a height of greedy ness and amount's cheating to customer .

Anybody let me know where to compaint online with government authorities.

He came to my office and filled the application, documents and collected Rs.580/- on 10.03.2009 11.30 am till now i didnt get any feedback from ur reliance company. i called back ur Reliance Coimbatore office ( saibaba colony ) regarding my sim card, they said bloody waste msg that he was resigned " what can i do " said ur sales manager Mr Kenned.i am fed up with your service
