Reliance Money Ltd. — opening of DEMat a/c
Respected sir, I had submitted application for D-MAT a/c at reliance money ambala on 11/01/08.fees for this was Rs. 750/-.they assure me that D-MAT a/c will be opened within 48 hrs. But till now neither they opened my a/c nor refunded my application fees.
My application no. was [protected].When i tried to contact their manager Mr. Gaurav gupta at ambala city branch, he always make some excuse. So kindly take necessary action and help me.
Apollo sindhoori is the worst investment broker dealer I have ever seeen ,they are looting the client money.Dont beleive them and invest in Appolo sindhoori investment PVt LTd.
With out client decision they buy and sell stock .the head gets lot of bribes.

Share Money — Apply Reliance Money But not Return Balance amount
Respected Sir,I like to inform you that i am apply the IPO Relience Power Rs 430per share in 30 picecs, company give me 15 share, but till date not return my balance amount(6450),my Transaction Id is -4611860, Application No. 11010433,my Demat Account number : IN[protected],my E-Broking account : [protected],and broker ICICI Securities Ltd.
I am apply through online ICICI Securities, when to till date not received my balance amount at first loadge a complain to ICICI Securities than they give me Registrar Contract Details:

I have received a mail from a yahoo id. with providing some money offers . I have sent some details of my Address & fathers name & Date of birth, my ICICI bank A/c No. etc. Now I am afraid ...please suggest me what to do now ?

I was promised of a limit card of Rs.500 that will be valid for 12 months as part of a special offer.But they started to debit Rs 500 every 2 months.
Also their customer care is lousy. They put you on hold forever. They reply to emails after weeks.
I would not recommend reliance money to anybody.

My sincere advise to all of them out there who think they can make it make it big in share market is not to go for Reliance Money. Its awful. I applied for the demat account on teh 3 rd of Feb. I was promised to get the account within 20 days. But those 20 days turned out to be nearly 40 days.
When i called up the customer care they said i'll have to wait for a month for all teh process to get completed. what kind of promise is that?
And yesterday i got my reliance money demat package. It looked good and that's the only good part of it.
When I tried to login into my account (at arnd 4 45, after the trading hours) the login page opened up and it asked for some details.. UID, PWD and the code. I only had the UID and the code....I seriously donno what shud i enter for the password, bcos there was not at all a hint abt that in my package.
I tried calling up the branch offices bcos the customer care was a mumbai number....one branch did not even pick up the phone...the other one picked it up during my second try and the most funniest thing happened when i asked him what shud i do for the pwd...he asked me to click the forgot password option and create my own.....i have never heard such in my entire life time....i thought i cud try that when the login page wud not open at all....the F5 button was a worthless try....
All these even b4 i have started my trading....imagine what wud b my future....my only regret is that i did not happen to see all the reliance demat reviews b4 i opened the account....had i seen that b4 i wud have stayed away from it...way to go reliance demat and its MONEY.....

i applied for opening a d-mat a/c at your Agra Sanjay Place Office, which was not opened even after 2.5 months . Lame excuses were given. I decided to close my a/c and submitted an application to this effect to your office on 26/1/08 and asked them to refund my 500/- rupees which has not been done till now i.e.6/4/08
I had applied for opening a d-mat a/c through your Sanjay Place Agra office. Although 500/- rupees were debited to my a/c in Nov itself, my a/c could not be opened because of reasons best known to them. Finally I decided to withdraw and submitted an application to this effect to them on 26/1/08 asking them to refund my Rs500/-. For every enquiry thereafter there was only one reply-it is in process.Pl arrange to get my money refunded which is now long overdue.My application no. is- 1134321

R Money charges the fees as they like. For using the linit they have charged Rs. 500/- without informing me.
Lot of hidden charges, which is very very high and be careful while dealing with them.
They dont even send the statements hardcopy even after request.
I have not seen/expected such a hopeless service with Reliance.

I am having severe difficulties to deal with reliance money customer service. I have sent several e mails but I never got any reply.
I bought DLF 100 stocks at rate of Rs.620 on May 12th and these are not transferred into my Dmat account.
I did get transfer of DLF 100 stock I bought at Rs660 on May 6th. All the statements are attached.
Please tell me what happened to 100 stocks on May 5th ?

The following mail was written to customer support after a lot of toil but then also there is no response to it.I was given assurance by Miss Reena(Seniour Executive) on dated 02/06/08 on phone.
I am really surprised, shocked and ashamed to experience that such a big venture like reliance ADAG group has such a third range services.Well daily we listen news on CNBC Awaz that ADAG group merges with some other big groups to help India grow and become better such as ADAG group is taking spice jet but its a literal request to all the employees and owner of ADAG
Not to undergo with such deals...please do not misguide us, do not take new ventures rather maintain what u have in your hand.
Now if this mail will not be taken seriously then I will give this mail to India's Leading newspapers so that no other person becomes victim of Reliance money.

I have been complaining to customer services from the day of receipts of problems but I am only getting assurances that someone will come and solve the problem but its not happening.Sir /Madam come in my shoes and think that with the investment of huge money, how can one afford to have such petty issues, also think of the reputation of Reliance money, in fact wherever any one even suggests the name of reliance money online, instantly I stop that person from having it.
I Did open 2 accounts but I have made one operational where I am facing huge problem thus I am afraid to open 2nd one .
My client id is L00035024 with name of Lalit Phool Chand Sharda.
My last complaint number : 1056021/1057011 on 2nd May

Worst! to say the least....i have been trying the customer care for past three days to know the status of my application and there is almost no reply from their side though the cheque has been deducted. These people are all a bunch of cheaters.
For all the new applicants my kind advice dont go for an account with them!!!
U will definitely feel cheated. Please, please, please never open an account with them
