[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid Connection — Charging of Mobile bill and not disconnecting the connection after several request

I was having reliance postpaid connection bearing No-[protected] and add on to the same No-[protected] I have sifted from secunderabad but in my present location there is not reliance tower is there so I have clear my bill and requested for cancellation of the connection but till date they have not cancel that connections and they are charging the every month rental and disturbing me by giving tele calls to pay the bill. please do the needful action

Post Paid — Bill not get on time

Dear,

I have 3 (Three) PostPaid connection and I have problem about getting monthly bill Every time I don't get bill on right time, get the bill after the due date our Bill of 6 January 2010 get on 6 February 2010 and about that I can't do payment on right time because of that our connection is disconnected by you.

Plz, look into this matter.

I hope next time we get bill on right time.

Reliance Postpaid Connection — excess bill by reliance

im using a reliance post paid connection no is [protected].
i recieved my last bill almost triple o[censored]sual although i have not use that much. i give a written complaint to the reliance office at gumanpur 14 days ago but no responce after a regular followup recieved from there side than i complined for the same at their pritampur office in delhi four day ago.
after a regular follow up i did not get any my bill details on the other hand they cutoff my out going services without which i m hang.

Reliance Postpaid Connection — MOBILE SERVICES

I HAVE THE RELIANCE MOBILE ( [protected]).

I had submitted the my all identification papers with address proff paper to required the mobile connection 2-3 times. but from last 15 days i am wating for reactivate my mobile. reliance representative always promise me to start my connection with in next 2-3 days . but i am still wating to activate the mobile. please help. i amalways on the tour. mobile is very necessary for me.

Reliance Postpaid mobile — Not closing account

I had submitted the request in June 2010 at BHARAT ENTERPRISES at PATPARGANJ , DELHI 110092 to close the account of the number [protected] and the relationship number[protected] .

But , after submission of request and contrinous follow up the account is not closed and bills are coming continously .

I would like to ask that once I had requested to close the account then ,

Why bills are coming ,despite the fact that follow up call had come from reliance to confirm the request ?

Why should I pay the bill when I am not using the number because of dicrepeancy from youir end ?

Why my account is not closed till today ?

It is the complete negligance from telecom company and later they harrass honest citizen to pay the dues which we had even not used

Post Paid — Ideea customer care people are rude and incompitent

I have taken a corporate connection from Idea ([protected]). I have been informed that for my plan conference call activation would be free of cost and as it is a part of plan this facility would be activated on the very first day. However, all those claims were wrong. I havn't got the call conference activated yet. I had been calling customer care people many times and it seems that they don't have a proper information. They all are rude and incompitent. I would not suggest anyone to buy idea.

They should stop giving those adds in which they always try to impose a great image. That is all wrong. If my request is not been rectified by tomorrow I am going to disconnect my service and would never take or suggest anyone to take idea connection.

Reliance Postpaid Connection — Worst service ever found

I hav visited more than 3 times for the change of my tariff but. each and every time i got the same reason that our system is down.. let it be it may happen due to system problem but even i asked them for browser they say that they dont have. and after paying the bill they says that it will take more than 24hours to restrat the line.. no other opretor has this kind of criteria..... the employees dont give any kind of responce we have have to ask them each and every thing 4 to 5 times so this is the experience of reliance store o[censored]lhasnagar-3

Reliance GSM Mobile — Charging Extra Bill

Hi,

I am your Reliance GSM post paid user and my cell no is[protected] and rental plan is 199.00 per month ,

i want to migrate my number from Post paid to Pre paid, so i contact your Reliance web World at krishna Complex Raipur on dated 27/08/2011 and on 27/08/2011 my generated bill was Rs.288.00 .
i gave all the required document with an application to Ms. Ruby at Reliance Web World Raipur to Migrate my number from Post paid to prepaid,

Ms Ruby told me that migration process will complete within 7 days after payment of the complete bill, she also told me that she will call me next day for bill amount.on
but she did not call me and after a long wait when i again visit the web world 17/09/2011, she accepted that she irresponsibly misplaced my application and ID Proof document then again i give the copy of my application along with the ID Proof with photo.

On 17/09/2011 Ms Ruby told me that she will call me tomorrow for the billing amount detail but she did not call me next day, she call me on 19/09/2011 for bill amount which was rs 475.00 (26 days) .
due to i was out of station i visit the web world on 21/09/2011 and she told me the billing amount rs 780.00 which is too much.. also she did not giving any satisfactory answer for the instantly increase the billing amount from 475.00 to Rs. 780.00

Why should i paid the extra bill for Ms ruby's irresponsibility and misplaced the document ..i have given application with full document on 27/08/11 , and after five working day billing date should be 02/09/2011.

So Please provide me the proper bill for the payment.

Reliance — to start the connection of mobile

I have taken a new relince mobile connection postpaid mobile no is ([protected]) on 15th August 2012. It was told that the connection will start in 48 hours but the connection has not started yet. so i request you to start the mobile connection as soon as possible.
