[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Samsung — no packet data service

hi,
I have bought a samsung GT-S3353 last week. I am trying to use internet. But not able to receive any Mobile Office settings from GSM service. I am not able to choose packet data as my connection type. It shows only GPRS and WIFI. Does this mobile support packet data.

Please respnd ASAP.

Samsung — Keeping in the dark for not able to repair the handset

I buyed Samsung handset in march 2010 it was damaged in first three months o[censored]se and i was not able to use it again. I first sent the handset for repair in July which was given me back in September then again it developed same snag after 25 days the again i sent it for repair I was given it back after 45 days after usage for some thing like 10-12 days the same problem then i was given repeatedly delayed and the phone was given to me after the warranty period after 2 days o[censored]sage it developed same thing back and then i was said it can't be repaired.
I repeatedly contact them but they denied so i am filing the complaint.
I was just buying there new handset but after this i think i will never like to go back with them.
And i am going to tell that there service center are just frauds.

we recently had a problem with our samsung tv -plano..we contacted the samsung service centre in the name 'sri meenakshi electronics', Thiruvallur.
They took the back board of our tv and they never turned back..its almost about a month now..
we are really frustrated with this irresponsible response..sir, we kindly request to take action..
Whenever we call them, they say, 'today will be your delivery'.but it was many today's.They never respond properly.They never try to finish the work.They are irresponsible.Whenever we ask for our tv in a harsh language, they just cut the call.

I am ashish and using a phone (GT s 5830 ) and facing a problem with the phone my phone getting switch off 2-3 times in a day.before few days it get resart and now it getting switch off(This handset make problems first day from first day its battery getting heat up than it was changed in 4-5 days) My last experience with the service was very bad so that time i didn't go to service center because your staff behaviour is very bad.

so please do needful as you can otherwise tell me what should i do ...

Samsung — very bad behaviour

Bhanu kumar the supervisor at the customer service desk at samsung laptops, instead of helping us with our queries spoke to us in a very bad and rude manner. he has no manners to speak to a customer . I had submitted my hard disk at you service center named V CARE IT SERVICE ANDHERI EAST MUMBAI 40069 CONTACT NOS:[protected]/28206166 on 01 JULY 2011 WORK ORDER NO[protected]S).At the time of submission they told call on 15July and we are unable to say anything regarding when will u get hard disk back.They also sd they had hard disk pendings from May.
As I called on 15 they sd they dont have status call back after some days.As I call today on 28 JULY they are saying they are unable to sd when we will give back you hard disk as co.had no stock and also JUNE month complaints are still pending.
As I am earning my all income from computer work I am unable to do work and earn.Is this my mistake that I buy hard disk of Your co????.Did you pay me?????
Please let me know how You will resolve my problem????????

This is the high limit.
As u said my complain is under follow ups with Branch Service Manager..so what happen with Branch Manager,he didn't called up a single time
Problem persist as it was on the very first day,as i said earlier kick those so called Branch service manager who r least bothered about customers spoilting samsung name as well as their business.

Hi,
I recently bought Samsung B7722 mobile. I am not able to use the front camera in that mobile. I checked the manual as well. The manual says only about camera settings in normal mode. However I am not able to find any keys or option to activate front camera. Let me know how to activate front camera in Samung B7722 model.

Samsung — Defect in product, Poor Service

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had purchased a Samsung Mobile Set, Model No: Wave II (8530) , (IMEI/ESN NO – [protected]) on 24th July 2011 from Vaishno Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in Karol Bagh, Delhi. Within one week I realized that the set was faulty. The display of the phone is pixilated and is showing the all the screens distorted. camera image is not focusing properly and showing distorted image, Display is an integral part of the mobile handset and such fault in a very short period of time can happen only due to inferior quality of material and/or poor workmanship while manufacturing the mobile set or may be the poor design. I do not expect this from a reputed company like Samsung. This is certainly a manufacturing defect.

Within a week time I went to the dealer from where I bought the mobile, they said go to the Samsung service center they will reset your display settings and I went to the lakshya which is authorized service partner of Samsung handsets and they replied that the LCD will be change. address-230,2 nd floor,shuk lal market,near madhuban chowk ,pitampura,new delhi-110034
What is this ??? It is just 10 – 12 days and I am being told that my new phone is having defect. This is unacceptable and they recommended to talk to dealer to get the phone replaced or call at Samsung call center and I kept on switching between the dealer and the Samsung authorized service center and customer care and nobody is able to help me. I spent 13900 Rs for this mobile and no one to hear. I am really disappointed with Samsung service, how they treat to customer.

This has become headache for me and I am feeling cheated.

I am not satisfied with Samsung service & dealer. I don’t want Samsung product, Kindly help me getting my money back.

I Purchased Samsung Microwave oven from Next (Retail chain) - Hazaratganj 10 Months back,

But Till date no buddy has come for installation & explaining the function, we lodged the complaints to Next many time through phone as well last month too through personal visit after that we got a sms on 02/08/2011 stating that service engineer will visit on 30/07/2011.

what does it mean - about these dates which is contradicting.

However nobuddy has come till today. & if it is not resolved with in 2 days. I will go to consumer court for returining my money along with other losses.

I have mobile handset of samsung, which is purchase on 23/5/2011. Few days ago which is suddenly off automatcally and anather some problem. so I was goto Samsung service centre( 12 Loudon street Kolkata-700017) on 8th Aug'11, after checking the all criteria executive says handset would be send for repearing for few days.
Now I was tried to call on the service centre number which is mentioned in recipt, but all time the mention number was busy or not rechable. So on 16th aug I was go phycially at service centre, now they are saying after 8 days anther 12 days reqd for the same. how can it possible now a day I can't stay without ph, but they are saying anather 12 days. please check the attached service request from.

Samsung — Faulty Mobile Phone

I had purchased a Samsung S 5200 mobile phone on[protected]. It has Selial No : 355176.03.395934.6 and another number mentioned in my bill is RPF2153841A. I have attached a scanned copy of the bill..

I am frequently facing the problem of display. Since it is a sliding model, as soon as i slide it upwards the display will be lost. I got to know that its because of failure of a devise called "STRIP" which connects the two portions of the mobile set.

I purchased the mobile in Feb -2010. I faced the problem 1st time in August 2010. I got it repaired in Samsung Service Center in Dharwad. I faced the same problem again in Jan 2011. I got it repaired in R.K.R Infocom, Indiaranagar, Bangalore, which is an authorized Samsung Service Center. I am facing the similar problem now. Its "THIRD TIME" I am facing a similar Problem. Now I have to pay to get it repaired since my warranty is over.

It is not according to the professional ethics which are proposed by a company or the status of SAMSUNG, that, they bring a product into market which spoils once in 6months and doesn't get repaired after servicing it 3 times. I don't want to spend my money every 6months in repairing this and I need a permanent Solution..

Samsung — defective unit sent

Dear Sir,

I had purchased microwave from Vijay Sales on 19th July, 2011 which was sent to my home but unfortunately nobody turned up for the demo which was confirmed while purchasing. After painful follow ups the demo person came on 20th August, 2011 and confirmed that the unit is DEAD. Post the confirmation from him i spoke with customer care in vijay sales on which they confirmed that as the carton of microwave is not available with us the same cannot be replaced.

It is really pathetic that a well-known organisation like vijay sales and samsung are providing such disappointing services to common people and harrasing.

I hope that my complaint will be taken care soon.

Samsung — Refrigerator parts not available

Dear sir,

I bought a 200 LTRS refrigenrator of Samsung SR20NFO model. The fridge has plastic internal parts like shelf, chiller etc.The company is saying these parts are not available now. I am having to throw away the fridge whose compressor and body is good condition.
