[Resolved]  Samsung India Limited — Poor Service Quality for New Customers

I, Sushil Sathye has purchased as samsung lcd tv which was delivered to me on Friday Night at 9:33pm also was told to me that it will be installed on saturday on 07.05.2011. Your engineer has called me also for the same and told me tht he will be coming for the same. He did not turned till yesterday night.

Hance I called up helpline today @11:37am on[protected] and spoke to Mr Prashant Kumar for the same, He has done verification and told me that it can only happen by tomorrow. When asked about yesterdays call he was not able answer to give me satisfactory, Hance I asked for escalation Matrix and email id of your MD & CEO he bluntly told me that you can do that and will give it to me if you want.

I need email id & contact no of head India Operations or MD & CEO of Samsung. I also work for service industry but never give such rubbish answers also this is a pathatic service level from a company like samsung.

Please let me know if you are unable to provide me that so I can escalate the matter to Consumer Board, Govt of India.

Hope you understand my issue also can pull out recording in 24hrs of the call which I made to your service center through which you will come to know that it was kept abruptly, which is not a good gesture for a consumer brand like samsung.

Waiting for an early revert...

Samsung / LCD 22" — worst quality product and bad service

i am prem chandra dwivedi, i purchased a LCD 22" TV, 20.06.2009, I have a problem in TV in bottom of the sceen some sceen is black in graph rasio and its increasing day by day, i have complain in your custome care dtd 11.01.2010 BP no [protected]. but now a days its not solve out, i call custome care 13 , 14, 15 jan 10 daily 2-3 times always your execustive says I arrange call with you, but i have not received any call or Technical executive visit in my house,

Mobile Phone-Samsung — Poor and Discourteous approach of Patna Service Centre

My newly purchased Mobile set did not work properly right from the beginning.When it was completely knocked out ,I went to Samsung Mobile Centre " M & M Services" ie authorised samsung service Centre of Patna.They after giving me the detailed estimate called me to come next day to collect the repaired Cell Phone.But when I reached the service Centre next day they told me to wait.After a good half hour wait I was told to come back again next day.When I protested that I was coming from the other end of the city in this scorching heat,and calling me next day after th wait was not justified.They told me that the man assigned the job had not turned up.If it was really so why the wait for half an hour.Besides they could have informed the same on my telephone about non repair and saved me of the harassment.I simply told them that the mobile was not costly and making me run for this small repair in such scorching heat was callous.I also told them that this attitude speaks a lot and reflects the functioning of the company and centre.I am Chief Medical Officer in selection grade in Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,Govrnment of India,posted in Patna.You can appreciate my tight busy schedule and the casual and callous attitude of the service Centre of Patna.My work order No is IOCP 2609 dated 26.3.2010.
First the service is not good
(model number is 3500)my mobile speaker camera, slide is not working and after that display.

I have given complaint so many time but thay are keep on saying that no stock is not available in our servise center(abids branch) .

SAMSUNG INDIA LTD. — no service provided

I bought one Samsung A.C machine from Das Electronics, Kharagpur on Aprirl'2010. After 15 days of purchase, its digital display became cut-down by segment and as days passed, it went worse. Inspite of repeated complaint at Samsung Service Centre at Keranitola, Medinipur ( Ph. No.[protected], the defective digital display has not been replaced. They say that the said kit has got no supply from the company concerned.

I personally go to the agency named LAXMI ENTERPRISES and take the cylinder on 27 november 2010
and they charged me 10 rs.extra and they behave very rudely to me on that time.
please take stringent action against the LAXMI ENTERPRISES .
Poor Service by Samsung
I am having Samsung front laod automatic washing machine and we have been using it for the past 4 years.
we had complained to service centre in bangalore that washing machine belt was falling . They took almost 1 month to visit my house. They came and repaired the belt and said its alright. The same day belt fell again and again. so we again complained to service centre. Again they took 15 days to come and tell that they wanted to take machine to service centre.
After 8 days they came on 6/12/2010 at 9.45am and took the machine to service centre. They said they'll deliver within 4 days. They are even telling they wont get any spare parts in samsung. We are calling them every day and the only answer they give is "WE WILL COME TOMMOROW DEFINITELY" . This is worst service I have ever seen and still my machine is not back home.

Service — poor quality service for making money

i have a zen 2003 lxi model UP15 R 5650 in which i was facing problem with car getting heat up,mechanic in the service cenre told me ur gaskat has been bursted out u need to replace that, i agreed to him,finally i got the car next day afer paying a bill of Rs 10000 but next day only i was facing problem in the car again it was not running properly they said u take it for a long drive it wiould be OK.BUT AFTER A WEEK WHEN I REACHED THE CENTRE TODAY ON 24TH APRIL 2011 THEY SAID UR ENGINE WORK HAS TO BE DONE WHICH WILL COST U AROUND 20000 RS BUT IF THEY HAVE TOLD ME AT THAT TIME ONLY I COULD HAVE AGREED TO THEM AT THE SAME TIME FOR ENGINE WORK THEN IN THAT CASE I DONT HAVE TO GIVE 10000RS WHICH I PAID THEM.
THIS IS A CASE OF POOR SERVICE AND MISGUIDANCE FOR MAKING MONEY ONLY.
I WOULD REQUEST THE CONCERN DEPARTMENT TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE IT BY CHARGING ME ONLY PARTS COST FOR ENGINE WORK AND ADJUST MY LABOUR CHARGES OF 4500 WHICH I ALREADY PAID.
REQUEST THE GM MR PAWAN SHARMA TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

its the same . these guys have no idea about what customer service means .i believe they have outsourced their service to some third party with very very poor training . what a horrible company ! i have a fridge with similar problem like yours, and yet to be sorted out . This is the last time I will buy a samsung product .

i want to see the honchos who run this company in India .they should be ashamed about themselves . I plan to sue samsung in the consumer court . why cant these guys outsource sales and have their own people service the products . in the long run samsung will sell more, I am sure if they do this ! what a shame ! you must boo these people

Samsung India — Poor Customer Service

On 13th June-2011, I bought Samsung Split AC. Just after couple of days, I found that there is water leak issue from the main unit. I logges a compliant on 1st July ([protected]). Nobody responsded till data ahginst this issue. This is a clear case of miss-selling the product and cheating by samsung India as they sold "Low quality" product at "high price".

SInce, Samsung India is not capable to provide any service and cheating poor Indian Customer like me, therefore, I request the samsung Management to return my Money (Rs 22000/-) and take back this product ASAP.

Samsung — Poor Service quality

I had given my Samsung i5801 handset for repair at Ansh Communications Old Delhi Road Gurgaon for repair on[protected] vide no. 95001.
The handset is within warranty period and the staff promised to repair and return same within next 3-4 days.,

Today being 9th August already 25 days have passed and the handset has not been repaired. Every time I call the service centre they inform that it will be repaired within next 2-3 days and it has not been done though 25 days have already passed. It is extremely poor service by Samsung Service Centre.

Samsung India — Non providing the accessories

I had purchased the lcd from the samsung company thru the dealer SRS electronics , Ghziabad, ph. no.[protected] on dated 15th august , 2010 .
after that i called the service engineer to installed he was not come.
when i was know that the wall mounting grill is also part of the accessraies to be given by the company to every customer who purcahsed the lcd
i lodge the complaint at the samsung customer care on dated 16th august 2011 (after one year) to insttaled the lcd on wall and providing the accessries which is given by the company.
after that customer care said it will not providing to you free of cost as your warrenty has been expaired.
i want to know that there is any limit to ask the necessary accesries to provide the customer which to be provided customer free of cost .
it get shocked me when service engineer was asking Rs. 1500/- of parts and 250 installation charges to us
please provide us the wall mountaing angle free of cost and not to harrased the customer

Dear Sirs,

Relaince Mobile Services are Charging Inetrnational Drop Call Charges Rs.9 /- per 1Second.
Its Srervice Fault as its Drop Call & that way cheating Mobile Subscriber I have complain against
Relaince Mobile as started cheating Customer to send late bill & give Call so you without seeing
Verifing the Bill & they do since last 2 Bill which I have noticed now I have told him to send me
upto date bill upto 25th August, no reply no complain no its now serious problem
I have this Relaiance Service Mobile from Rs24000/- & paid lacs of Rs & they want to cheat now
My international business are suffering for their staff misbehaviour & misleading & harrashing me
to pay the bill before due date without sending the bill.

Samsung — bad customer care support

i have purchased samsung (bt-5310) slider phone (i stil regret for that day). for the past three months it was nt working . As i m in job , its very difficult for me to resolve the issue in weekdays. Still i managed to visit a service centre (only one in guraon...unlike nokia care ) to get it fixed. I remained in que for 3-4 hours for my term in tiny small room. I got it back after 4 days with problem resolved, but nw its camera was nt working. I couldnt check it that time as i was in hurry. Nw tell me what i should do, i dont wan to be in que again in my working hour.
Plz help me to get rid of curse of samsung.
i have purchased AC in may-2011 (3/5/2011) . it is not working till the date..it's 7 month left...i have call 500 times to [protected] and service center (Bhavnagar) during 7month.. and personally meet to Pareshbhai (Manager, Samsung service station, bhavnagar) in first 6 month Every time engineer came to my home and told me different problem..one told me there is problem in cooling coil..other told me there is problem in compressor..and so on..but no solution.. From last 30days they are telling me that you will get replacement within two day..but i don't know how much this two days are long...7month and more...i think it may be take 80year...my son will enjoy AC..not me .. Fair Enough...

Samsung — Very Poor / No Service to New Customers

This is Paul. I bought a Samsung Washing machine on 2nd Mar 2012 in Trichy. I was told by the dealer that Samsung technician will come for installation and demo within two days of time. But no one turned up for the same till now (today is 7th Mar 2012). When I called the dealer (Venus Electronics, located at No: 15, Nirmala Complex, Near Maris Cinema hall, Fort Station Road, Trichy 2) on Monday (5th Mar 2012), I was informed by them that they had already placed the request at the Samsung center in Trichy and that the samsung representative will contact me that day itself.

But so far, even after 5 days of the purchase of the washing machine, no Samsung representative has come to my home for installation/demo, which is frustrating and disappointing. So far I have called them couple of times, but still no fruitful result. Everytime I call, I was told that a representative will visit today, but no one even called me yet.

As a customer to Samsung buying their product, I would expect a prompt service atleast when we buy the product, but such irresponsible customer support even at the time of buying the product makes me to question how the service of the product going to be.

It would be great if I get the escalation information of the Samsung customer care where I can file complaint on the same. I'm getting a very bad impression about the Samsung now.
