When switched on the unit, the front door started generating sound and the glass pannel cracked. Complaint given immediately. The service engineer visited 6 times during 1 month without solution. Then on 23 Feb 2012, the ovan was taken to the workshop. Since then, over call only assurance are given. They are not replacing the door, nor returning the ovan or money.
Also wrote a mail to the CEO of samsung as below.
Dear Mr. B D Park
I am deeply hurted with the kind of service being provided by Samsung.Neither there is a service or call back. I have been using Samsung TV, Mobile, Fridge, Washing machine, never had a problem. If samsung is not good in kitchenware, please focus on wherever you are good at. The customer care and service centers knows only how to give assurance, there is no solution, they have never kept a commitment so far in this case.
Being polite alone does not solve the problem, there should be action. I am deeply hurted and writing you the final mail. Also, I have registered a complaint in national consumer helpline. Let me see, if this channel is just like any other assurance channel of samsung or is an effective one.

Samsung has become an expert in cheating their customers.

I am one of the privilege customer of samsung and I bought samsung galaxy S2 @ rs. 27, 200/- On 1st June 2012. I was quite happy with the features and the quality of this mobile phone.

I have purchased Samsung 1.5 ton split AC in the month of April 2012. Till then i have experiencing problems with the AC.
My AC would have hardly worked for 10 days.I have raised a complaint with the customer care for the second time in last 3 months. I had raised the second complaint before one month and till now my complaint was not looked into.
My complaint number is [protected].Iam having hard time purchasing such a non working AC. Even after raising complaints and doing so many follow ups the problem is not resolved. This is the kind of service what customers face.
When i search for the status of the complaint online, it shows as repair completed but it still has not been completed.
I want my non working AC to be replaced with a new one. I have already adviced my friends and relatives not to purchase any Samsung products telling they sell junk and non working products.
If my AC is not replaced and my problem is not solved this time, I will raise a consumer complaint and have a legal action on the store which sold me this non working AC and the company.

I had purchased a Samsung Mobile Phone model No S6802, having serial No: 3S[protected], on 3rd Sep' 2012 . From day one the Handset was not working properly as the incoming calls were getting drop and I was not getting network even on the main road. As it was the first Android phone which I have use so I thought there must be some network problem . So I waited for few days then I submitted the same twice at the service centre in Howrah Maidan in November and in Kolkata December at "Samsung Service Centre", 1st floor Maruti building, Minto Park Area, Kolkata-700017. At Howrah Maidan service centre the engineer upgraded the software and told that he problem is solved but it was still there. I got stuck in some personal work than in December I again gave it to the service centre and they said there was problem of software, camera and audio receiver, so we have changed the camera and audio receiver and upgraded the software but the problem is still not solved. All incoming calls get drop and at times i am unable to make phone call even on main road, voice cracks during call. Then after changing the parts even the problem continued then they ask me to submit handset once again they need to check it . After checking they called me up and said that they need to replace the motherboard..I was furious to know this that I have purchased a branded phone of Samsung worth Rs 11200 and for them it is a joke they need to replace all the parts ..Had I purchased a local phone I would have accepted this..I refused tho submit again and I asked them to replace the set ..They sent me a letter to collect the set from service center otherwise they are not responsible for my handset..I collected it with the changed motherboard but the problem still continues...Now they want me to submit the handset once again...I am extremely sorry to say this but when I visited the service center there were number of samsung tabs, note II, Galaxy S3 models lying for servicing...They are using low quality parts and are not sure about their product itself...I am not going to accept this . ..The customer support team continuously harassed me for submitting the set when I have straight away said no...They earlier told me that if even after the motherboard is replaced and the problem persist we will replace the set which they denied later on..I dont want to be associated with such a company which does not have any business [policy..Please help me to get my money back..I was better with Nokia where I never need to go to service center..

Ref: As confirmed by your service engineer compressor which was under warranty
is not working due to which my refrigerator is not in working condition.
I had purchased Samsung Single Door Refrigerator Model No RA19WBPS from M/s Priya Associates Pimpri Pune: 411018 (Maharashtra) vide Invoice No.38882 dated 28.09.2009 which was working well since 08.01.2013 morning. After some time we noticed that cooling effect of the same has been gone but lights in fridge were on.
I had made complaint to M/s. Priya Associates & I have been informed by the madam sitting in office of M/s. Priya Electronic that she will inform the complaint to their Service centre & engineer will visit my home, check up the fault & will inform
Me the charges payable by me. But I will have to pay Rs.225/- towards his visit charges.
Accordingly, engineer from M/s.Elegent, Akurdi (Authorized Service centre of Samsung)
Has visited & checked my Refrigerator & informed me over phone (since I was not at my home) that compressor of my Refrigerator has been blocked & will have to replace the same with new compressor. Since compressor was under warranty period he told me over mobile that the will replaces at free of cost but I will have to pay the charges for gas filling approx amounting to Rs.1500/-. I asked him why we will have to fill gas. He told me that when compressor is replaced without filling gas we neither can nor replace the compressor. Then I asked him when there is fault in compressor which is under warranty period why I will have to pay the charges of gas filling since gas will leak due to fault in compressor since it is connected with compressor. He left my home without any further discussion. This all happened on 11.01.2012 meantime I had also made complaint your Customer Harassment Centre since many of customer like me has been taken an experience of you customer care centre which is not customer care centre but it should be renamed as Customer Harassment Centre. From the following points you will also agree for the same.

They will ask us to talk with technical team or service centre
If we ask them let me talk with any senior person answer will be I will
Check whether the said person is available or not & will ask us to hold the call.
After long period holding call they will say the person is not available or he will call

a small thing.
Sir, for this my small complaint I am constantly taking follow up with your customer care, service centre, dealer, company & junior & senior officials. But result was zero. The some name of persons I talked is as below.
M/s.Rajeev, Sukhvinder, Puja Madam, Siddharh, Shivkumarji Mishra, Santosh, Abhishek Anurag etc of your company/customer care M/s.Shaheed, Sohail & Krishna from your Service Centre.Mr Sanjay & some madam from your dealer & so on.
My main point was as below.
I had got the warranty of my refrigerator for one year & compressor for five years.
If my compressor is under warranty period company is going to replace it but I had been asked to pay the charges of gas filling which is linked with compressor or inner part of compressor. It means company gives me the warranty for my hand, legs or any part of my body but I will have to pay the charges for bones, blood or meat etc.The same example was given to your Mr.Santosh (ASM) but he cant explain me the reason for paying gas filling charges & answered me that the said charges I will have to pay because of your company policy. The I had asked all your officials & Mr. Shaheed that if compressor is under warranty person issue me the same. I will fill the gas with my own expenses. I don’t want want to fill the gas from company since the charges are higher than markets. They denied & told me that we cannot issue the compressor without gas filling. I asked the reason & answer was same as its company policy.Sir, I would like to ask you whether this is company policy or official are lying & if this is company policy how the company like Samsung make such a foolish policy. Sir, I am the customers who always use your all consumable products & mobiles. Today I & my family members are having 28 Mobiles of Samsung, but now because of above incidence I don’t have faith on your company.
Sir, due to your compressor problem I had lost my 10 injections amounting to Rs.47500/- The said possibility of the same was already informed time to time in advance from 12.01.2013 to 17.01.2013 to your above officials. & recording of the same is with me & your customer care. In addition to this I have been mentally harassed from your customer care centres, service centre & dealer for above reason which I cannot work out the cost in monetary term but which may be Rs.50000/-
Further, I had also informed your officers the urgency of the same but the same was not attended in time. I had already paid Rs.225/- as Labor & Service amount Rs.200/- & Service Tax thereon of Rs.25/- on 12.01.20013 vide receipt no.10690/12.01.2013 & Dryer replaced-Rs.86/- & Gas charging done – Rs.1275/- on VAT on the same Rs.170/ less discount – Rs.31/- vide receipt no.10487/21.01.2013 ( Total Rs.225/- + Rs.1500/- = Rs.1725/-).As already informed from 12 to 20th Jan 2013 to your all above official, service centre & dealer the said charges are being paid by me UNDER PROTEST” to avoid my/your further losses.
Now, I request to arrange to reimburse me an amount of Rs.47500/- + Rs.50000/- + Rs.1725/- Total Rs.99225/-) towards above losses immediately within two days otherwise I will have no option but to knock the doors of consumer forum...
Please treat this as most urgent.

From the date of purchase, the TV set mentioned above is not working properly. It had problems of video output, grains, audio output, power disruption (in the set). I complained to the service center. They the replaced video output board and panel board. After the service, and in the presence of your technical staff, the set functioned well for an hour. but developed problem and went blank after an hour.
I again contacted the your service technician. He said the EB switch block point in my house has to inspected. In my house equipment like washing machine, fridge and grinder are all functioning normally. Though I have provided a separate power cable and power point for the TV, the set is problematic. My Office Engineer
suggested installation of a stabilizer. I also fixed a V-Guard Stabilizer, but the problem in the TV Set continues.
Mr. Naveen of Samsung Customer Care phoned up. You convinced me and changed the spare parts only. But the set did not work well. I purchased the set for Rs.34, 500/-, but I am not satisfied. I have handed over the set to the service center, Please refund its cost as paid by me immediately.

After several mail & reminder regarding SAMSUNG LED TV complain as per trail mail, 20 days passed away but nobody has given resolution till date. Peoples only taking & writing mails to me but not a single engg. has visited at home location to check RCA & to provide solution.

We have chased several time to Samsung customer care team regarding my complain resolution as per trail mail but we have not got satisfactory solution to replace my 46 inch LED TV without chargeable basis up to till date.
Surprising to see that not a single engg. from Samsung authorize service centre has visited on my home location to check actual route cause of fault although Samsung peoples are talking on phone only after complete 96 hrs of complained registration to Samsung customer care. Your managers are negotiating to us to pay 50 percent cost of panel replacement rather than penalize Samsung service centre (refer attached mail FYI).
Its is totally carelessness of Samsung Service Centre team that resolution had not given to us during warranty period against complain given to Samsung service centre & myself is suffering till date .
Kindly intervene to replace my 46 inch LED TV without pay any charges so that we can continue our trust with Samsung products in future also.

TV has worked properally initial six months but later on in the month of July-12 addressed that at top portion horizental line is reflecting which makes uncomfort to us to watch TV.We have locked complain to samsung customercare regarding top portion horizental line issue but service centre engg. has not given finaleright solution regarding top portion horizental line coming in LED TV, Engg. visit on home location and advice us to wait for increase top portion horizental line size fault & moved back.
As per suggestionadvice of samsung service engg., we have wait for increase top portion horizental line size of LED TV.In the month of Jan -13 horizental line size at top portion has increase up to 6 inch then we have locked complain again to samsung customer care for resloution of problem of top portion horizental line as per suggestion given by samsung service engg earlier . After getting information from samsung service centre engg. that LED TV warranty has expired, we shocked & Samsung service centre engg. has told to us that top portion horizental line issue will be reslove after replacement of TV pannel only & replacement of TV Pannel will be done only on chargable basis cast lumsum to pay 40000-INR to service centre.
Pls advice me why purchasercustomer will suffer to pay for replacement of the pannel for resloution of addressed issue top portion horizental line during warrenty period due to carelessnees of Samsung service centre engg. and why immediate action not taken by Samsung earlier during warrenty period against fault addressed and complain locked to samsung customer care during warrenty period of LED TV. We have purchased LED TV to have blind trust on brand name of Samsung for long tenure quality outcome against huge payment expendature done 79K.
Second important quiry is come that how can samsung service engg. has confirmed without checkingsee LED TV that pannel need to be replace.
Is it right mechanism to close call by customercare without taking confirmation to us that problem has resloved or not at current tough compatative market syneraio. I thought, I was in a pathetic situation with the Samsung customer service folks!!! Here's what I am going through... two mails detailing my ordeal that I sent to Samsung customer service team
Hi,
The complaint is against the service centre at Natakwala Lane, Borivali, Mumbai. The staff there has been very discourteous and not been keeping on its delivery timeline causing a lot of agony and cell switch off complaints from my friends and colleagues to me. I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by the service centre and vouch not to visit it again and not to refer anyone there, since anyway repair for out of warranty phone gets done outside as well.
I had given my Corby pro phone at Borivali service centre for change of touch pad on 06th June 2013 (Thursday) with a delivery date of 10th June 2013 (Monday). On Monday when I visited the centre in the evening to collect the phone, I was first asked if someone called me up to pick the phone. Later I was told that the phone was not ready yet and I should come back tomorrow, Tuesday, to pick it up. First of all, if the phone was not ready then the centre should have had the courtesy to call me up and inform. Secondly, if they don''''t call me up to inform me of the delay, they ask me to come back again the next day as if this is the only things I have with me to do. When I protested this, I was promised to have the phone delivered at my home on Tuesday. Please note that my home is just 10 min walk from the service centre. On Tuesday I did not receive any call or delivery till the afternoon. When I called the service centre, I was told that I would get a call back, which again didn''''t happen. I called the service centre back in the evening to know when the phone was getting delivered. I was given a timeline of 0.5 - 1.0 hours for the delivery. Later in the evening I get a call from the service centre informing me that the problem with the phone has not been fixed as yet and it could only be delivered the next day, Wednesday (12th June 2013). I was totally annoyed with the approach taken by the service centre but had little to do. I informed them clearly that the absence of handset has led to the cell number being out o[censored]se for so many days and in case they are not able to deliver the handset by Wednesday morning, they should arrange to get an alternate handset to me for temporary use. They agreed to it. However, the same story got repeated on Wednesday as well. There was no handset delivery, no call back on the status and no alternate handset. I called them only to be told that the delivery boy has started the delivery from Andheri and they cannot tell when he will reach Borivali. They didn''''t even arrange to send any alternate handset for the mean time. Ultimately the delivery boy reached my place at 4:30 in the evening, the whole day had passed. The handset was not fixed properly. The slider wasn''''t working as it should have. The handset was again sent back to service centre and I received it only by 5:15 PM.
Please see what you would want to do with the level of service that is being offered. I have made up my mind not to get any other Samsung product in the future.

To begin with, let me tell you that although its a week now no one from the executive team has called me up nor has reverted back on the action taken on my complaint. Please see the trail mail.
In continuation to the complaint mentioned below I would like to inform you that the issue with the touch pad of my corby pro phone hasn't been fixed as yet, though the service centre people have taken the money from me for the same.
The sequence of events post receiving the phone on 13th June 2013 are as follows:
17th June 2013:
While typing the text using the touchpad I realized that the touch pad for row with numbers 1, 2 and 3 was not working properly. I took it to the service centre to have it fixed. I was told that they will have another touch pad ordered and that I can collect my phone the next day by 6:00 PM.
18th June 2013 :
I reach the service centre at 6:00 PM only to be told that the phone was not ready and I should come in the next day. When I spoke to the centre head he told me that the touch pad had just arrived and they would need another half an hour to replace it. The behaviour and manner in which they spoke to me was quite rude. None the less after about an hour they told me that the new touch pad also had the same problem and they didn't have another touch pad. So they could not give me the phone only on 18th. Since my phone was practically lying with the service centre from 6th June 2013 (please refer the mail trail) I asked them for a stand by hand set that I could use while they tried to fix my phone. Again they showed their helplessness in giving me a stand by hand set as they didn't have one available then. They promised me to have the stand by phone delivered to by at my residence (just 10 min walk from the service centre) the next day afternoon.
19th June 2013 :
Again as usual neither did I receive any stand by hand set nor any call back nor my phone. Since I was busy on 19th, I could not call the service centre.
20th June 2013 :
I call up the service centre at noon to ask for the stand by handset that was to be delivered to me the previous day. I was told that since the delivery boy was not in the centre they could deliver the phone to me only by 2:00 - 2:30 PM once he comes in. In case that doesn't happen, the person attending to my complaint, Mr. Prakash, would himself have the phone delivered to me AT THE EARLIEST. As usual that didn't happen. I called up the centre at 5:30 PM and spoke to the centre incharge, Mr. Suraj, asking him to have the stand by handset delivered to my by 5:45 PM. As mentioned above the centre is close to my house and the phone was needed urgently. Please note that the corby pro phone is used by my family member and I was calling and coordinating with the service centre to get the phone delivered to them. As usual, I do not get the handset and I do not get any call back. At 8:45 the centre delivery boy is sent to deliver a stand by handset to me saying here's the standby handset as promised!!! as if a big deal and obliging me with the hand set!!! No one from the centre had any courtesy to either call back or to come to deliver the handset and apologize for the delay...
This level of service has completely pissed me off with Samsung. Today what I have is a very basic handset to be used as stand by while I await my phone to get fixed, something that I don't know when it would be fixed.
I am writing this mail expecting some action to be taken by people responsible for customer service and support & a revert back with ETA for fixing up of my corby pro phone.

At 8:45 the centre delivery boy is sent to deliver a stand by handset to me saying here's the standby handset as promised!!! as if a big deal and obliging me with the hand set!!! No one from the centre had any courtesy to either call back or to come to deliver the handset and apologize for the delay...
This level of service has completely pissed me off with Samsung. Today what I have is a very basic handset to be used as stand by while I await my phone to get fixed, something that I don't know when it would be fixed.
I am writing this mail expecting some action to be taken by people responsible for customer service and support & a revert back with ETA for fixing up of my corby pro phone.
Samsung India has the most pathetic service ever as compared to any other companies providing after sales service.

We have make a complaint for repair our 32 INCH. LCD. installed at Hotel Hemkunth (Garkhal, Kasauli) on 14/06/2013. In this regard Mr. Manoj Thakur has visited us on behalf of Samsung auth. service center in the name of Swastik Sales, first floor, shubham plaza, kasauli road, sector-2, parwanoo, Distt Solan (H.P.) PH.[protected].the above said person take some parts of the LCD and told us that we will replace this within 2 or 3 days. Mr. Manoj has changed that part on 19/6/2013 and received the payment of Rs.6050/-. But after half an hour Mr. Manoj has left the Hotel the LCD is again had the same problem. after that we have called up Mr.Manoj but after trying three to four times in the past one month the problem is still same. After that we called Mr.Vikas owner of Swastik Sales (Samsung auth. service center) on [protected].but Mr. Vikas has told us that you have to contact the person to whom you have made the payment and you have no need to contact me and used very rough language. They don't have any sense how to speak with the customers.
We are writing this mail because we are facing problem due to this & also we can't sale that room worth Rs.2550 + 17.42% per day from the last one month and we have to bear the lose the business of Rs.90, 000/- approx.
Company is ready to expends million dollars for publicity & marketing of equipments for selling but after selling of products, no body is taking care seriously concerns & complain raised by consumer .
PS : Kindly note that if I have filed the case in Consumer Forum, Company or owner of Swastik Sales (Samsung auth. service center) will have to bear the expenses for the same.
Please treat this as most urgent.

Complaint regarding Samsung 1.5 Tonn split AC

I registered a complaint with samsung customer care about split AC not working which we purchased in April 2011. I suspected some technical snag in outdoor unit. After making repeated calls to customer care finally engineer made a visit and after inspecting the indoor unit for 5 minutes tols me that there is a leakage of gas from the unit which is why it is not working. I was told that the engineers will forward the request to workshop and i don't have to make follow ups. I didn't get response from either department for a day so i called up customer care and to my surprise i was told that customer care didn't receive any such report from service department and it is my responsibility to inform them what service department suggested. Anyways, i informed them and requestd for the escalation and call back from senior managers but to no avail. On July 19, finally engineer from workshop visited us and he did his own inspection to find the cause of leakage. He then informed me that there is a problem with the compressor and it needs to be replaced. That guy didn't do much inspection afterwards and left. Again i had to go through same ordeal of rounds of follow up calls, waiting for call backs which didn't happen, calling service engineer lead many times a day only to be fortunate enough to talk to him just 1-2 times. On July 23, finally the man of the day arrived with a new compressor. To my amusement he asked me for a gas cylinder so that he can weld the compressor to the outdoor unit (aren't these guys supposed to carry it with them..com'on they are service engineers), anyways i did provide what thye asked for. This guy again carried out his inspection and came up with a new trouble that the condensor is broken now which is why gas leaked and eventually compressor blew away. Sighhhhhh...this is it. Why did you guys not tell me this during your first visit, totally unprofessional, ridiculous and thela type service by highly unqualified engineers. Service engineer told me that its advisable to submit the outdoor unit to workshop for complete check, Today is July 24 (8th day since the complaint was lodged) and i still dont know what is the progress, what is the solution ETA. Calling up customer care is just a waste of efforts as these gusy don't give it adamn, they just place request for call back which happens much slower than snail's pace). Not sure who can help out here...

I did get a response from Samsung after writing to their CEO's office (the link is on Samsung website as "Write to CEO"). Though it was just a try that I gave with no expectation of a call back, I got a call from one Mr. Ashu from UP saying that the complaint was being handled by him. After a couple of follow ups on the mail (Write to CEO) and his subsequent followup with the service center team the touchpad of my corby pro phone was satisfactorily replaced.
While I was lucky enough to get a response from Samsung and have the issue resolved, the experience at the service center was nightmarish.

I want to bring the name in light. I got call from someone Mr. Vaibhav in from Noida and Mr. Susheel Bansal from Nirala Nagar Lucknow.
Guys, these people are only for consoling you with their big big words and just to make prank of you.
After lot of patience I am escalating this issue again., We have been told multiple times that sir, Mam please wait. Person will visit within 7 days as your are is far away.
Today it is 8th day and my complaint and no one has visited us. After escalating it to again I was took in conference call and was told that mam engineer intimated us that he is in fever.
What a bull ? If engineer is in fever, should this thing not be communicated to customer?
Now today I got call from below one customer care girl
Ms Isha- [protected], and was told that mam we will inform you we are sorry. But again I did noit get any confirmation call from any one and the issue is that after multiple calls no one visits
The person who should visit to our area is Mr. Rahul- [protected]. I do not know why this person is being paid by company.
It looks like Samsung is earning so much money by frauding their customers and spreading the money to customer care guys to make rank of people.
It is very ashamed that if you are not able to escalate the issue you will never get service from Samsung Support
I am a TATA employee, We also serves our client and we know how to serve customers. Still I went to buy Samsung product and astonished to see such a poor Samsung Company
I have another AC of TATA Voltas and trust me how =good they are in service. They know to keep their words
I have posted my poorest reviews comments on every social media site. Please do not never at all go for Samsung Product
Rate the company to zero and ban the company. I will spread it to as far as I can. We are youth and we know how to escalate it.

I purchased my SamSung s2 on 20 dec 2013 bearing IMEI No. 354505/05/833604/1, Serial Number RF1CABKKXFK,
I contacted samsung service provider in Bangalore India but the response was like as i have purchased some china made 500/-rs mobile they starit away said they can not do any thing go from here and buy battery for you mobile, when i contacted Samsung customer care and got connected with Mr. Prakash he also said nothing can be done because battery carries only a six months warranty as accessory, my frustration was so high after hearing all this i asked Mr. Prakash is this the POLICIES AND SERVICES you are providing for your samsung customer and he said YES, he had provided complaint number [protected], again i repeated twice he was keeP on saying yes, I was very disappointed with the SamSung because this was my first samsung product of my life and also i approached samsung care very first time and felt why did i buy this product, because i am an Apple user and get service always 100 times better than samsung.

samsung focus — defective product
i bought the item from ebay.when i got the item, it was defective. it will get stuck within 5-10 minutes. I complained about this to ebay and they are telling me to send it back to the seller to rectify the error as it is under seller warranty. since i have received a defective item,can i get it replaced, not repaired.
