[Resolved]  Samsung India Limited — Poor Service Quality for New Customers

I, Sushil Sathye has purchased as samsung lcd tv which was delivered to me on Friday Night at 9:33pm also was told to me that it will be installed on saturday on 07.05.2011. Your engineer has called me also for the same and told me tht he will be coming for the same. He did not turned till yesterday night.

Hance I called up helpline today @11:37am on[protected] and spoke to Mr Prashant Kumar for the same, He has done verification and told me that it can only happen by tomorrow. When asked about yesterdays call he was not able answer to give me satisfactory, Hance I asked for escalation Matrix and email id of your MD & CEO he bluntly told me that you can do that and will give it to me if you want.

I need email id & contact no of head India Operations or MD & CEO of Samsung. I also work for service industry but never give such rubbish answers also this is a pathatic service level from a company like samsung.

Please let me know if you are unable to provide me that so I can escalate the matter to Consumer Board, Govt of India.

Hope you understand my issue also can pull out recording in 24hrs of the call which I made to your service center through which you will come to know that it was kept abruptly, which is not a good gesture for a consumer brand like samsung.

Waiting for an early revert...

Pathetic Customer Service ever.
Samsung India has hired illiterate, unprofessional and highly rude customer service employees. And they may be hired on a very low pay-scale, because only those people would not know what is their job description. They are not aware that their attitude is working against Samsung by increasing complaints for such a nice brand, instead of retaining customers by doing their jobs rightly. Samsung has to improve hiring process, and not let their workforce to be a group o[censored]nprofessional, fake certificate holders from certain cities of India. I am sure everyone can guess where these people are from. Particularly, people who work at Samsung customer support centre are a bunch of arrogant, rude and pathetic language experts, who respect their ego more than helping the customer find a right solution. Mr B D Park should make an effort now to see how their customer service Reps are ruining their consumer's perception about Samsung.
dont waste ur time call any body else .

How do i get these email id's. Struggle with service centre is real and they very pathetic to even talk to
Voice of customer. (Poor Despatch, Response & Service).

We have purchased Samsung 46" 6 series LED with 3D TV 2 months back from Sathya agencies, Medavakkam, Chennai. There were 2 problems we faced,

1. First of all they took 5 days to place/deliver the TV.
2. Then have taken more than 5 days to installed the TV

we have continuously facing false commitment.

Last Monday we reported through your customer care that There is no video & audio signal from the TV. Still now the issue has not been resolved and also your customer service person has not picking the mobile for past 2 days (Sat. & Mon).

Is the way you people serve to the customer ? We can manage to some extent. But this is really ridiculous. Friday he responded that he will do it on Saturday.

If things are not resolved by today then we'll returned the TV back to Show room.

Hope you should take necessary action.

This is highly unprofessional working of your service center. Last night some Mr. Sumit called up and informed that the complaint would be attended by today morning. Also recall our telecom today morning wherein you had also assured that the matter would be resolved on priority. However till the time of writing this mail no body has visited to repair my refrigerator.

I am surprised at such unprofessional working at Samsung. If you people cannot provide timely after sales service then stop claiming to be a reputed company in consumer electronics.

I am disgusted with all this and promise never to buy any Samsung product.

I have purchase the refrigerator on dated of 03-08-09 from local dealer,
I have raised SR for repairing of my refrigerator on dated of 15th June,
complain no-[protected],
your technician was visited on 18th June and informed that the compressor
has to be replaced, i have payed for his visit also, since that time i have
requested more then 20 times on costumer care, but still there is no
response from your side. in the mean time i have remind for this at your
service station at [protected] (Moradabad) 10 times, to area in-charge
Dehardoon at ([protected]) more then 5 times, at costumer care

we have refrigerator of other make (Kalvinator, LG) also in case of any, and they are

This is in regards to, I had purchase one of your product .ie. Samsung Galaxy A7 ( handphone ). In the month of August 2015. After the purchase of the product the handphone was working fine until I came to know their censor was not working. Since the use of censor was less I didn’t take an action for the same.
But on January 08, 2016 the handset touch pad ( touch screen ) got hang and it stop working. For me this was embarrassment that within 4 months the product failed it commitment. On the next day .ie. 09 January 2016 I took half day from my office & took it to the service centre for repair over their customer service was good no doubt about that, they formatted ( wherein all my data lost ) the phone return to the same day EOD. I was happy with the fastest service but was in doubt about the repair and service done.
After the service done with in 4 day the again I was facing problem about the phone being heated like frying pan and again touch problem arise but not hanging it was running like horse, some how the same stop, after to 2 days the phone was working fine but the heating problem persist. And suddenly yesterday 20-January 2016 the phone touch screen stop working completely. I got so furious that 6 days ago the phone got repair & service done again the same problem arise with addition to heating problem, again I had to took half day from office .i.e, today 21-January-2016 and again I visited to your Samsung service centre for repair.
With in 4 months of span & 10 days of time I had to visit the Samsung service centre twice for repair Samsung being one of the pioneer company in the market world of mobile phone had failed it commitment to serve customer purpose “ making life easier” . It is not possible for me to visit Samsung service centre for repair after every 10 days with the same problems. I would request you to take necessary action to resolve the issue at first time.
I know Samsung just turned 20 years in India and celebrate its wining and of course your motto states that doing the right thing first. I request you to let me keep the faith in Samsung products. Let us understand that after hard work of 5 months and saving I had purchase the product and the same is not up to the mark.
I urge you to repair it in one go or replace the handset with the new one. The product is under full warranty. Hoping to receive favorable response from Samsung.

Dear Sir,
We running a digital printing press, using samsung inverter ac 1 ton, from may 2015. Our cabined office with printer, must want AC atmosphere, especially world face topper heat..
On 5th april, we register a complaint for general service for low cooling (complaint order no:[protected]). After service, feel hot air and, engineers says, outdoor unit''s, board is compliant and need 6 days to replace.
After 6 days, when replace, they says replaced board was complaint and again need 6 (complaint order no:[protected]).
After 6 days 23/4/16 they call me and says, one more part is need and that will come on 28th April.
What a replay.. is it customer service? this is torturing..
We are shame about samsung and customer service, will never recommend.
Before leading to more crucial, kindly request you to to take immediate action to replace the out door unit or service it to run our office properly from 25/4/16.

I recently bough SAMSUNG S7 edge phone... and in less then a months time the display of the phone was not working. When we contacted the company service centre they told us that there is some hardware issue with the display part of the phone. Since it was less then a month we told them for manufacturing fault they should replace the phone. We have raised the complaint to highest authority CEO's office. Firstly the team was completely irresponsible. We did not receive any reply from the team. After repeatedly following up and contacting them we got a stereo type reply that it is a company policy we donot replace the phone... but we sell faulty phone to customers and claim to be most trusted brand in India... what a shame... can company make the policies which only cover their interests... who will look for customers interests. We buy high end phone thinking that we will quality product and what is that we get ... a big Joke on us...

mobile camera failed

i purchased Samsung Core 2 (G355H). My mobile camera is not working since i purchased it on 8/11/2014. I reported it many times to company and visited to service center also. I want to replace it or i want my money back.
Samsung products are duplicate and they are selling defect pieces to customers. They are blaming customers even though took money from customers. I wouldnot let my friends to buy samsung products. Management is worst. They dont bother about customers. They want money that's it.

Mr fransis phone no: [protected] has been assigned to me. he came to my place to for repair it but & says that the work is very difficult & i will come with my senior on 13th june by 12:00 noon. From that day, he dident came again. I called many time to toll free number / call center but they are also not responding. Neither right person come to repair nor call center responding well.

This is the kind of servise Samsung offers.

I have using Samsung products i.e (refrigerator, tv & mobile phones).There is problem in my Samsung mobile (model SM-B110) and submitted to D-1, Sec-3 Noida service centre on[protected].Today I have received the handset and it is very surprise that phone is returned back without phone back cover.I have raised the issue with service centre but according to them as per Samsung policy cover will be retuned during phone submission at service centre.

I have repeated asked that back cover in not returned to me but no use and very rude behaviour of team lead Sh Harish ([protected]).I have also escalate the issue to Samsung customer care.

I would like to inform you that earlier in the month of March'17 I have sent you a mail along with the Invoice copy of Samsung Refrigerator. I have purchased a Samsung Double Door refrigerator almost four years back, last 3-4 months I am facing problem, inside the refrigerator the lower portion what ever I kept ( vegetables, fruits etc) become iced, after so many complain in your local service centre, none of the technicians able to resolved the issues. Finally after sending you the mail further the local service centre called us and take the refrigerator from my house on 26th March and they returned back the refrigerator to us on 3rd April'17. but again the problem started from 17th April, now inside the refrigerator lower portion not chilling not happening. I had a talk with Mr. Tapas Hazra ([protected]) the in charge of local service centre on 19th April over phone and he send his technician Mr Kaushik Das ([protected]), after checking the refrigerator he has given feedback that I am helpless not able to find out the issue, before leaving he assured me after talking with Mr. Tapas Hazra he will call back me. He called in the evening and told probably the Sensor is not working properly, have to replace it and advised us to log a complain in Customer help line no. further I called service centre had a talk with Mr. Subhojit ( Manager of the Service Centre ) and asked him how long I will suffer, have I done any blunder to purchase the Samsung Refrigerator ? Earlier I was using Kelvinator refrigerator for long period but never faced any issue. Mr Subhojit advised me it is already four years old refrigerator better you sell out and buy new one !! I was really surprised to hard it, I have spent of Rs. 25000 for the refrigerator just four years back and your service centre personal advised me sell out the refrigerator !! Further I called Mr.Tapas Hazra and told him the feedback which has given his technician Mr. Kaushik Das. He assured me, tomorrow he will talk with the technician and further he will send some senior technician to resolve the issue. Now my question is what they have done in nine days after close observation also problem not resolved ? When they felt to find out the issue what they will do further ?
Therefore request you please let me know what I have to do now and whether I have done any mistake to purchase the Samsung Refrigerator ?

Worst Service Ever by Samsung Customer Care

I would like to put it in writing and shout aloud about the PATHETIC service from Samsung customer service in dealing with a small job like TV installation. I requested a TV installation service on 16th Morning and I was promised that the service engineer will give me a call on 16th and visit my premise for doing the TV installation. Later on 16th May evening, I was conveyed that, it will not be fixed on 16th and given another promise that on 17th May it will be resolved. On 17th May again I called up the Samsung customer care and they assured me that the service will be delivered on 17th May itself. However, on 17th evening the story was same. They tried to buy out another day and asked me to wait till 18th May for getting the TV installed. When I asked about their escalation matrix and any senior manager I can speak with, all I get is there is no escalation matrix in place. Total of 9 follow ups were done and spoke with 7 customer care personnels at Samsung and each one of them were doing a false commitments. The personnels with whom I interacted are as follows: Ajay, Rahul, Nitish, Devika, Priyanka, Dawood and Aditi. I must say Samsung has downgraded their service and I would not recommend anyone to purchase Samsung products. Their Service engineers looks to be even worse as it looks like they hardly have time to serve their customers or they are under staffed. All in all a very dissapointing and poor service from Samsung. Please stay away from purchasing Samsung products by all means.
