[Resolved]  Samsung India Limited — Poor Service Quality for New Customers

I, Sushil Sathye has purchased as samsung lcd tv which was delivered to me on Friday Night at 9:33pm also was told to me that it will be installed on saturday on 07.05.2011. Your engineer has called me also for the same and told me tht he will be coming for the same. He did not turned till yesterday night.

Hance I called up helpline today @11:37am on[protected] and spoke to Mr Prashant Kumar for the same, He has done verification and told me that it can only happen by tomorrow. When asked about yesterdays call he was not able answer to give me satisfactory, Hance I asked for escalation Matrix and email id of your MD & CEO he bluntly told me that you can do that and will give it to me if you want.

I need email id & contact no of head India Operations or MD & CEO of Samsung. I also work for service industry but never give such rubbish answers also this is a pathatic service level from a company like samsung.

Please let me know if you are unable to provide me that so I can escalate the matter to Consumer Board, Govt of India.

Hope you understand my issue also can pull out recording in 24hrs of the call which I made to your service center through which you will come to know that it was kept abruptly, which is not a good gesture for a consumer brand like samsung.

Waiting for an early revert...

I have purchased seven samsung led flat t.V. On dated 24 february 2017 out of seven one sl. No.Qa2f3znh929554v (model no.Ua32fh4003r) was sent to kushinagar to mr.Sonu yadav, village harpur mafi, post laxmi ganj, u.P. 274306 contact no.Of the person [protected]. (attachment 2 nos. Enclosed).

The above mentioned t.V. Screen is not functioning properly. I, sonu yadav had lodged complaint at customer care & the service center engineer has visited from deoveria u.P. Service center & told us that the water entered in the t.V.. I would like to inform you that the engineer visited to my place is giving completely baseless statement. Actually the t.V. Is installed by the samsung engineer at the safe room. How he can give wrong statement now.

Therefore, you are requested to instruct the deoveria service centre to get the t.V. Rectified satisfactorily.

Hope you will take an appropriate for the satisfaction of the customer.

Please note it has been advertised that, memory is expandable to 128 GB.
That clearly means, just like other Android phones, by installing an external memory card, we can move phone mobile applications and data to the SD card, which will kind of overcome the limitation of limited internal memory (8 GB) of the phone.

2. Apps cannot be moved to the external SD card memory from the phone memory
a. This is a well-known common feature available on all Android mobiles. I’ve checked this with Lenovo, Lava, Micromax, Zentab and Cool Pad Android mobiles.
b. This has also been shown to the M/s. Flipkart technical support executive who visited my residence today, where he has acknowledged the same. I possess the respective audio recording as well.
c. Since even he was not able to resolve this issue, acknowledging the problem, he has then approved the replacement of the product which is all he can do/recommend.
d. The visit of the M/s. Flipkart technical support executive has also been audio recoded as an evidence and proof.
e. I have clearly written this issue on the application form brought by the M/s. Flipkart technical support executive.

I have approached the M/s Samsung customer service who are going in circles to solve the problem. Please heck the attached Email.
Today I have approached the Samsung online technical help through chat & Email but they could not help as well. Please see the attached chat for your reference.

My self Ashish Sarkar, I brought a hand set Samsung J7 six month ago. I face some problem on camera. For that I visit Samsung care (S R Electronic) and as per technician it just a small problem dust on camera. After 1 day i get phone call from care and they ask me for replace camera and I agree for that. After 10 days I visit customer care and still my hand set not repaired also they broke my LED. This is not accepted from Samsung care. Very poor Service. Now I am very dissatisfy and i want new hand set. So please replace my hand set as soon as possible other wise I take legal action against S R Electronic, siliguri, West Bengalepol (Samsung Care).

This is in regards to the poor services of Samsung regarding service of VRF system installed at above mentioned address, some of the points are mentioned below regarding services issues at Site :

1. We have start contract of CMC since Oct-2017 but there is single service have been done till month of March, also the ongoing service in month of March have happened at our Escalation to Service & AMC Team.

2. We have 19 in numbers complains open in our record only in the month of March-2018.

3 . During the service time your workers having no sense how they suppose to work at a corporate building, they are doing the floor badly muddy with oil & black dust of ACs at the complete premises.

4. Also even a single complain did not attend without escalation, it means customer care services are working with so poor process, as I have mentioned in point No-3 we have opened 19 in numbers cases open, but no body is there to see or asking to lower team.

5. As I have already mentioned that we are having comprehensive contract with Samsung but there is no single part replaced without taking time of 15 to 20 days, however but I don't even know that for arranging a simple & low cost part Samsung is taking a long time within NCR location, than how Samsung will work in any backward or rural areas.

Also some of the points are there in my mind but it could not be explain regarding poor services of this system of Samsung, which I have sorry our Management have not expected from Samsung as a Multinational Company .

I am requesting to CEO office or which ever will see this email kindly have look on your process of complain centers & local dealers and need to implement the system to take feedback from each and every client which ever are giving complains to customer care. Also I am requesting to share a Escalation matrix for VRF/VRV system by which we could resolve this unsatisfactory services issue .

I am really disappointed with the Samsung service I bought a new Samsung phone from patel nagar shop, when I bought phone was not working then I went to customer service center for the service, they checked my phone and returned me and said phone is working fine, I came at home and after same time I used my phone again I got same issue and next day I went again with the same issue, executive checked again, after sometime he returned my phone to me with the same statement that your phone is working fine, again I faced same issue in the same day, next day I went again then I said stukly what happened every day u checked and retured my phone with the statement that your phone is working fine, please check and give me right statement otherwise make dio, and he took my phone for 2 days, after 2 days I came and took my phone, customer care manager said to me your phone working fine, I checked my phone I got my phone screen is damaged I asked he replied, it is not an issue I checked carefully I got screen got destroy and said I will not get this phone because u destroy my phone screen, customer care manger used abusing word and said will not change your phone and you may go to any where
I spend good money for buying a Samsung phone I think I wasted my all money, please return my money I don’t want to make a relationship with the Samsung again in future.

I have bought a Samsung Refrigerator on 16/08/2008 from Surya Electronics, Wakad, Pune, India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Refrigerator and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a three week.

I am really Frustrated with the Customer Care. If I have to wait for 18 days for a new installation I am really afraid how many days I have wait for a installation !!!.

I bought your twin cooking plus refrigerator on 30/6/2017 from sargam electronics. Now it has stopped working and its been 22 days that your service centre is unable to repair it and they are just changing parts. They have changed the pcb for almost 4 times but still my fridge is not working. Earlier also on 8/10/2018 they changed a part and filled gas but it didn't work. Now they are demanding money for the pcb also. Why should I pay for a part if it is not useful? Also they are mentally harassing me and my 60 year old mother in law by regularly calling us and misbehaving with us. They have changed almost every part. Please help me as you know refrigerator is a basic need of a household. I have complained at your cdc desk for almost 50 times but nobody is supporting us. Please need your help.

i buyed the samsung refrigerator in 2011 and between the duration i was posted in punjab so hardly i have used the refrigerator for 3-4 years till now .
Suddenly after diwali it stopped working and i registered a complain in samsung customer care but after 5 days an engineer came from the company and informed us that the condenser needs to be replaced and took 5000rs from us and then later returned it and said that the company can't help you out in this as there is an internal leakage in the refrigerator thus now it's upto you how you can deal with it . Hence today after showing patience towards the whole procedurals i'm registering my complain to you . If company can't tkae the guarantee and repair it and who else would ? this is very sad and very disappointing that samsung india is withdrawing from repairing the system whatsoever the problem in the refrigerator is . I've attached few pictures of your product tooit will show you the way we are planning to use it and show it to other friends and relatives too on social media and other networks and consumer forum too in case our complain is not taken seriously and our system is not repaired .

Its very difficult to accept, after spending 42k I have to compromise with a defective refrigerator. Since installation I am facing water leakage issue, which didn't resolve yet. 5 times your technical team have visited and took several photograph and videos which proof that the refrigerator is not working properly. Last time your support team has confirmed they ll change a part after that it will work normal. But the issue still persist.

Still they are trying to convince me to continue with this defective refrigerator and they ll do another part replacement. I am not going to continue with a guinea pig kind of product where experiment ll continue.

I want to draw your attention regarding replacement with this defective refrigerator. Last time your technical support team has requested to change a parts and I agreed with that. But this time I am not ready to accept any kind of alternative solution other than replacement. I am using other products of Samsung like TV and refrigerator (different) where didn't facing any difficulties.

Request you to please take the necessary steps regarding replacement so that my faith continue with brand "SAMSUNG".
