[Resolved]  Samsung LED TV — INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

I have purchased a Samsung LED TV from Indra Sound at Indra Square Market in Bangkok on 2nd Novemeber 2011.
Since January2012, it is not working and the service centre is refusing to repair it under international warranty.
I have corresponded via email with Samsung, but nothing positive is being done.
I was given to understand that as soon as one registers the product online, the international warranty is valid.

Samsung — product is under guarantee period. not getting service

i had purchased samsung semi autometic washing machine on 04.08.2010 from one the ulhasnagar vendor, since 04.08.10, this is third time i had lodged compliant with the company for the same problem, all the time the representative of the company attend the complaint after strong follow-up with the gap of 10-15 days and problem get solved. and after lapse of one month the same problem in the machine gets started.
present i had loged complaint on 28.12.2010. till today no body had contacted us nor had attended the complaint. every day call at their toll free number new representative come on the line and promise to resolve the complaint withing a day. but i dont known when there day come to the picture. the machine supplied to me seems to be faulty thats why the same problem recurrs again and again. compnay should change the product at the earliest.

problem of the machine - machine makes noice while running for washing of clothes.

samsung is the worst company filled with sub standard products and thoroughly useless service. If anyone is looking at buying their products like washing machine, LED TVs, please don't fall into the trap. The technicians don't even understand the difference between electrical and electronic parts.

I am sitting with a dead LED TV for a month and there is no response from anyone even after about a month of lodging the complaint.

I have brought a SAMSUNG color TV on Mar 2010. After 8 months i find the video output is not working so i am not able to connect any DVD players or Dish TV. I have already registered a complain(no. Every time I was told by Customer care that i surely called by service center or their engineer on same date but till now i have not received any call neither by any service center nor by any technician.

I bought a latest digital camera( SAMSUNG PL100) from Vijay Sales, Godbunder Road, Thane in Aug 2010. We recently realised that camera dispay have a small black spot that is increasing slowly. Contact Vijay Sales who guided to visit the service centre. On visiting the Samsung, I was told it will be chargeable as this is not a manufacturing fault. I was told it might have happened due to falling or whatever. But there was no visible sign of any outside damage, they confirmed. They insited I have to pay for the repairing charges amoung around Rs. 1200/-. This was not acceptable and I came back. Lodged a complaint on phone with Samsung Call Centre but of no avail till now. Complaint No is BP [protected]. Issue is yet not resolved. I hope thru this medium, I can get the issue resolved. Anil
wost service center in samsung.i dont like the costumer care rules.i m very much satisfy in product but service wise not satisfied in tamil nadu.one week before service is down for my washing machine (i payed 300+tax=330).now i had small problem to fit pipe, i complaint to customer care they asking (330 rupee)full payment for small work.i ready to pay but not that much.i called to costumer care they disconnect my call.what want to do now?i had a samsung washing machine &refrigerator and we plan to buy LCD t.v but now we changed our plan because of very bad service.i want a solution for my washing machine immediately.

Samsung — Smart 46 inch LED not Working after 2 months

The most mental torture & harassment i had faced in my 30yrs life.. I recently bought their recently launched Smart TV D7000 series 46 inch.

I was so confident about Samsung Brand i blindly purchased it..

Very very poor service from Samsung.. Same repeated emails format ,, same repeated message from call centres ,, same repeated sms in my mobile... And about Internet no use.. Has to operate through Untouch Remote control which is big headache.. No support through mouse & keyboard operation .

No demo person explained to operate smart TV..It is almost 28days that piece is neither replaced nor the company refunded my money back... They really dont care anyone single rupee..Just mental harassment and time waste ...

Finally waiting for just one week.. than filing Consumer Court , Ad in paper , CNBC awaaz pehredaar... will kill the company Brand image if my problem is not solved.... I have spend blindly Rs .1,47,500/-.

Also came to know parts also very costly if any parts gets damaged as parts has to be replaced and can't be repaired..

Anywant proof of emails & sms and calls can show u..

I had made a purchase of Samsung LED TV dated 22/02/2012 during my visit in IT City, Pantip Plaza 604/3. Phetchaburi Road. Petchburi Road. Rights., Bangkok 10400.

Unfortunately my product has found a defect and there is no picture and sound ok problem to this Samsung LED TV. I do not have my international warranty card with me.

Can you please provide me the international warranty card details with same?
I do not have any contact with the dealer directly, and I am currently residing in INDIA.

Your help is much appreciated as I am having trouble dealing with samsung service center INDIA without warranty card.

I bought Samsung 46 Inch LED TV from Indira Sound at Indira Market in Bangkok on 6/11/2011. It has just been 2 Months that we have started using it and it has devloped PERMANENT BLACK LINES on the Screen and also the screen keeps on flickering. I have raised it with the Samsung service team (vide complaint no. [protected])in India but they refused to repair it under warranty.

I had bought the telivision after confirming about international warranty from the dealer.

I am also facing same problem, I brought samsung 46 inch LED TV from bangkok in december 2011, dealer said it covers international warranty of one year but when i contacted samsung in mumbai for repairing same after 10 months of purchase they said it doesnt cover international warranty. I have used for 10 days only and then packed it in same box and stored it as my house was under renovation. Now samsung service person is telling me to replace LED panel on chargeble basis.
So please help in this regard.

Hi All,

I have purchased samsung LED TV 46" tv from Bangkok in march 2012 and now i am getting a vertical colored line on the display. During VAT refund i forgot to take copy of the bill.

When i call samsung team they told me that it does not cover international warranty and also they asked for bill. It is still under warranty and they are asking to replace the panel which will cost almost the price of TV .

Samsung team - Either you should provide international warranty and track your products or should catch the people who are fooling around the tourists.

If you can replace my TV panel without any extra charges then it will really help. or it will be the last deal which i had with Samsung. Will never go for samsung products.
