[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile — Mobile replacement

There is a Samsung Max handset which is not working. Its being shown at Service Centre and declared DOA but replacement has not been made till now. Kindly do the needful to get it replaced.

Samsung — Replacement of mobile

I bought Samsung Galaxy Pro mobile on 17-7-11 from Mobile store , RT Nagar Branch
From day one i came to notice that the battery back up is very very less.
The very next day i went and informed the mobile store people.. They told me to chek with Samsung service center and while doing so ,The service center people told me that it has some problem with mother board will replace the same . I have hardly used the mobile 6 days and i was asked to change the mother board which is the main part of the mobile . I dont think it would be good to change the mother board and keep going with my mobile . Instead of that i wanted to replace my mobile with a new mobile . When i approached the mobile store people for replacement , they informed me that they are ready to replace the mobile if i could submit A DOA certificate from the Samsung. and then again i approached samsung service center at RT nagar ( Shree Guru Tele Comminication) and they said, they cant provide DOA certificate. More over the person concerned was questing about whats is the procedure for DOA . We are buying the product not to give it back to the company. I could have appreciated if he could have explained me about DOA that instead of questing about the rules ..

Please let me know what should i do to replace my mobile

Samsung Mobiles — replacement of my mobile.

respected sir,
i want to make complaint against the poor service i recieved from your centre.i have brought a cell six months ago and it loses signal.i gave it for repairing but my problem is there only.no action has taken yet by you.
so i request you to take any effective measure to solve my problem unless i have to go to file a complaint against you in consumer court.please i want a sudden and effective action by your company.

i bought a S3 on 15 of novemeber on 21st i got it serviced for battery issue but the problem was notsolved and even the service centre people admitted that there is some problem but not able to resolve it, when i bought it from forum sangeetha and they told that 100%replacement ahould be done if any problem but the samsung manager Mr. Satheesh is refusing to replace it .Mr. Satheesh the so called manager of samsung show room is telling that if it was with in 4 days we should have replaced it, i bought the mobile on 15 friday obviously it will take two three days to figure out only but when the first day i went to the service centre and reported complainn, they asked me to keep the cell with me and check for one more week ... the customer service in jp nagar samsung show room is sick, the first guy who sits in the service centre was telling it as virus issue... please advice what needs to be done

We have purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from sangeetha mobiles Dilshuknagar on 31st march 2013 11:14 pm (Sunday ) with IMEI #355056/05/960960/5 serial # R31D20BMHDH to gift the same to my brother on 3-April . And we found that the phone is not working and its getting shut down when ever we are trying to switch on the phone .



Later i have complained about the issue to sangeetha, after inspecting the mobile by 6 sales person of sangeetha mobiles they agreed for the replacement and they have advise me to contact Samsung Serive centre to get DOA letter so they can issue a new phone . so on the same day I visited Samsung service centre but it was close due to Sunday. But however I have visited Samsung service centre on next day(Monday ) by 10 am and they said its almost completed 7 days so they cannot issue DOA letter for replacement on 8th day. Here my concern is there where two Sundays came in 7 days and these Sundays should be excluded from the 7 days time frame because Sunday is not a working day for service centre . and how come you consider Sunday in your DOA policy .



While selling the mobile sangetta mobiles did not inform us about the policy or company norms.





The owner of service centre told me to wait for 2 days to get approval from head office to issue DOA . I have completed all the formalities like, issue letter, standing in que for whole day and now after waiting for one month and with 5 follow ups and 20 calls there is no courtesy or response from Samsung service centre on issuing DOA letter .



I kindly request you to issue DOA letter for replacement by 29th April 2013 . I have already raised a case in Malakpet police station if I could note able to get the response by 29th I may register a case against sangeetha mobile and Samsung service centre as per police department advise .

I am Debojyoti Chowdhury, resident of Belghoria Kolkata ***** . I bought the new Samsung Galaxy Grand on 6th of May, 2013 from Samsung Plaza in City Centre Mall, B-8, DC Block, Sector 1, Salt lake, Kolkata and within a day of buying i am facing a big problem with my handset.I am extremely dissatisfied and disheartened as to how my case was handled by the Samsung operatives(both the dealer and the Service centre) and i am now pondering over the idea that whether i should take some legal action against them or not.

I am having a vibration problem in my handset.I have disabled all the vibrations on my phone but still when i long press any icon or drag a button to recieve or decline a call i am getting a short duration vibration which i really dislike. I have compared my handset with some other new users of Galaxy grand but it seems they are not facing such an issue. I have checked for the software patch that is installed in my handset and the details are the same as that of the other users.I do not want my new phone which i bought of 21k to have such problems in one day. I want an immediate replacement of my phone as i have not tampered or done anything that would violate the warranty policies.

I had visted the Samsung store from where i had bought my mobile yesterday and explained to them in detail the problem i was facing and that i wanted a replacement of my phone as i was certain that there was some problem in the hardware of the handset. The Store manager was quick to interrupt my plea and instruct me that they will not be in any way replace my phone and that it needs to be taken to the nearby Samsung service centre for repair. I visited the Service center ( CD -7, Sector 1, Near City Centre Kol, ph [protected], [protected]) and explained them the same and that i needed an immediate replacement of my moble as it has been reporting problems in just one day and that i did not want to give my phone away for a software patch upgrade.I was informed that the Samsung service center will not be able to replace my handset and that i have to give it to them for repair and they cannot give any deadline as to when they will give my phone back. If the phone after testing comes out to be faulty they will try to repace it.Simultaneously, i had also given a call to the Samsung Customer care toll free number[protected] and lodged a formal complaint(Complaint no:[protected]). The Samsung call cetre executive told me that there is a replacement process agreement that they have and it is present with all the service centers of Samsung.When i wanted to see that certificate form the service centre executive here in Kolkata, i was told that they do not have it and the only option for me is to leave back my phone with them for testing and they will let me know later what can be done.

I have never experienced such unprofessional and unfriendly behavior from operatives who are working for such a huge concern. I am really unhappy and i am willing to go any lengths to escalate this issue. I do not want to put by one day phone under the knife but i want an immediate replacement so that my faith in buying Samsung products remain untarnished.Apple provides an immediate replacement of their products if found faulty at an Apple Genius bar so not why Samsung.?
Samsung company has one of the worst after sales support. I bought an s7 edge gold. I had a display issue from day one. They refused to replace and they said they will repair it as the 7 day policy period has passed. Not even a month and I face such problem. Now I regret getting s7 edge. Such a poor service from the company. I should have gone with iphone. My reference number is [protected]. I have invested such a huge amount and i dont even get a replacement. Such a waste.

I am having problems with samsung tizen z2 handset.its very bad version i cant use google store.fake marketing done by samsung executive and not responding to my problem.
