[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile — worst mobile service centre in chennai

I purchased samsung mobile omniapro 3 months ago.This device is not being detected by my dell laptop.i travelled for a distance of 200 km to consult Samsung service providers in chennai.first i went to TNagar service centre.there I was told that 1.the service engineer was on leave.2.he shall come only after 3 days!!!!!!!!! I was asked to contact Annanagar service center.I rang up up and up.No response at all.As a last resort I went to the center and explained my problem.Imagine what i was told! There also the service engineer was out of station!!!!!!! I asked for the complaint book.No complaint book.he shall come only the next day!A reputed company spend so much to sell their goods.But imagine their worst service! Hope samsung customer service center learns to meet thei customers woes before its too late

my samsung mobile had been repaired 6 times in warranty period.now i requested samsung service center & their senior officer( mr rahul malhotra) to exchange it.they asked they will think to exchange if it will be dead next time.is it right for them.now i want to in consumer courts.pls tell me its way

Samsung — INCOMING,OUTGOING, SPEAKER OFF

I am a customer of your mobile phone making samsung . my phone incoming outgoing is not working . so i was going to service center at he was told to clear this item. but after five days he will not secured. this date of purchase 27/7/2008, model no.schb239 sl.no.A1000000B64384
i have purchased samsung mobile model name - pixon m-8800 on 21-june-09 of RS.22300.
This is the touch-pad phone and this phone doesnt have many funtion like:- 1. this phone doesnt have phonebook search which is very essential, 2.- another problem is that while we r taiking to someone we cant go to the menu function or in inbox, 3- third problem is that in this phone we cnt set d screensaver and background also. All above point which i have write is very essential for mobile phone and you can get all this function in every mobile whether it is cheap or costly. you can also get all this function in all other samsung phone so only this mobile (SAMAUNG PIXON M8800) doesnt have this function. WHY?
I have also went to sansung service center and call to samsung customer care but they doesnt take any action.
please i request you to either you update my mobile phone software with all this function or you just change my phone or you just cut down the price of this phone and return my difference back because this phone doesnt worth for this much.
please i request you to solved my problem as soon as possible.

I bought a samsung mobile from samsung dealer before 2days and when i start downloading in it its not working they said install pcstudio i know its not the job customer but still i do that but still it is not working now what i do your retailer don't listen me at all.
I hope you don't want to meet me in consumer court.

Samsung Mobile / Mobile — Poor service at Tnagar Branch

I have purchased a Samsung mobile model S5233 on 31- May- 09 from Mobile store branch at Madipakkam.However i have used the Mobile only for 20 days where i had a problem with Touch sensor Not working returned back to Mobile store where i got back the mobile after 20 days of struggle fom the service center.Again there was the same problem and returned back the mobile on Aug 03 2009 and i am still waiting for my mobile.

Neither the Mobile store person or the Service center person are sharing the exact problem and the service center is not attending the calls and when attended the response was so rude.

Samsung Mobiles — Taking too much time in Repairing

I purchased a handset E250 in nov-2008. It came with the warranty of 1year. It has some problem so i submitted it in Nehru Place, New Delhi service center on 7/Aug/2009. They give a contact number[protected] to call & confirm the status, they said it will me ok in 8days. As i try to call on this number many times but no one pick it. I went to Center 2-3 times but they said "2-3 din or lage ge". They give it back on 7/Sept/2009, I collect it but that time i dont have any SIM card so i m unable to check it so i didnt sign the work order recepit. next day i go back there and said that it is not ok, so please check that. But they said u have to take a new token & submit it again. Now they again said to submit it for 7 days. Tell me what should i do.Please help me.

I've bought a new Samsung Mobile S3600 at Sri Ram Mobiles in Nagercoil, Kanayakumari District, Tamilnadu on 29/10/2009.I'm not able to switch ON my mobile now. I complained about the issue in two Samsung service centers Samsung Authororised Service Center, Oppsite to K4 police station, Anna nagar Chennai and T Nagar service center.

None of them responded properly, my mobile has warranty and also they asking money for service. I don't know how to procced next.Can you please help me.

I have purchased Samsung S5233 mobile 08/03/2009 in Wavetel Avadi branch.(Invoice SRI/AV/2820) Within 4 months Touch screen was not working. So i have given Samsung service centre Annanagar branch for repairing on 19/02/2010. Still today repair was not rectified. I was told by them spare parts are not available and also they cant give time frame for repairing.I was wondering how can they say latest set spares not available.

kindly give the advice what should i do.
I have purchased a Samsung GT-S5233A, Samsung Edge vide bill no. UP2504 dtd. 24/5/09 sometime ago from a store from Shakurpur. After some time it is starting giving problems. Samsung is worst service provider. Except false committment i do not get any thing. This motivated me not to buy a samsung product in future and i request all of you who reads this review comments not to buy a same thing as well.

I HAVE GIVEN MY MOBILE PHONE TO ONE OF SAMSUMG SERVICE STATION NAMED ELECTRO SERVE CENTER, MOTI NAGAR, NEW DELHI.
WORK ORDER NO. IS D2004 DATED 20/04/2010. AFTER GIVING SERVERAL DATES, TILL DATE THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO REPAIR MY PHONE AND EVEN NOT GIVING BACK. MESSAGE IS SHOULD WE THINK BEFORE PURCHASING SAMSUNG PRODUCT AFTER HAVING THIS TYPE EXPERIENCE.
