[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile Handset — poor service

I had purchased samsung mobile phone GT-C5212WBIINS from POORVIKA mobiles on 07/10/2011 vide invoice no 6258.On 13/7/2012 the mobile did not boot in the morning.I took it to the Samsung service centre MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES on Arcot Road ,Vadapalani,Chennai.They gave me a Bill [protected] dated 13/7/12 where the warranty status was FULL WARRANTY.They asked me to contact them on 14/7/12 evening to get the status of the phone.When called they said the phone was rectified and could be collected.When I collected the mobile and inserted the sim cards and the battery it was not booting.When asked the technician said that the warranty period was over and some board had to be changed which would cost 2600/- and the repair had not been carried out.When I showed him the purchase bill and told him the phone had been bought only in October 2011 and was in warranty he asked me to come again after 2-3 days to collect the same.
If this is the type of people to whom Samsung is outsourcing its service I for one will never purchase a samsung product again nor recommend it to anyone.

Samsung Mobile — bad response

Dear Sir
i have purchased Samsung mobile, No-J7001 IMEI No.[protected] on 02/08/2009 from Mobile Store-Amritar, Punjab. Past four months im not getting net work properly. on 09/08/2010 i visited your authorised service station at Belgaum, Karnataka, Apex Refrigeration, having phone No.[protected]. i got very rude response from the service station. they say that they need to change the software for that it will cost Rs. 150/- i accepted for the same. but they say that they cant give the guratee while repair. mobile may go blank and which cant be repaired. customer have to take risk. to bring back to use again it will cost around Rs. 5000/-.
pertaining to above i have called Samsung customer care many times on [protected] and [protected]. they forwarded the call to mobile division. mobile division gave customer complaint n. [protected] and alos they gave contact numbers of bangalore head office. not a single number is working. numbers are[protected] to[protected]. around 100 numbers. not a single one is working.

please help me. i travel alot on official duty. without mobile i cant do better in my job.

Samsung — BAD RESPONSE

I have purchased a LCD Television on 20th Oct. 2009. My TV started shrinking in the month of July-2010. I made a complaint in the call centre of Samsung Company on 31 July 2010. My complaint was registered vide BP No. [protected]. At present my TV had stopped the functioning. Regarding this I am making several calls to the call centre. Executives are making assurance only that we are visiting sonly, today etc. My problem as a tis. No one is available to look after in my complaint. I have faced a very bad response from company. The product of the company is very bad.

Please look into my complaint seriously.
he is right samsung is a very bad service provider..they dont response to anyhing specially service centres...oof patel nagar..headed by sweta...

I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a Samsung mobile (Wave GTS5253) and have found your customer service to be unbelievably bad! Actually, I can't get a prompt response from your people despite repeated calls. If I get response this is also false commitment from (Durgapur Service Center)

I have purchased mobile phone of that co. The IMEI No is [protected]. After taking the said mobile there were regular problem in the set and ultimately it stopped working in Nov 11 and that time the belt was replaced and now again belt has out of order and has to be replaced and it will cost Rs. 800/-. In Ist year itself after purchasing the set the belt was replaced and in 2nd year also the belt is required to be changed.Means for this set I have to spend every year Rs. 800/-
Further the Samsung team are diverting the matter otherwise. Therefore, the Agencies responsible for that has to take action against Samsung for its defective product.
