[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile Phone — defective mobile

I had bought a Samsung Mobile Phone - Model SGH-X210 (Sl.RW3PA21688H, IMEI No.[protected] on 26.11.07 from Sai Electronics located at Dilshad Garden DDA Market., vide their invoice number.1955.

I used the phone for one day and the next day it stopped functioning completely - giving indication of NO SERVICE. I then took it to the Shop I purchased and asked for a replacement and he refused and asked me to go to the Service Centre of Sansung located at 513, FIE Patparganj Indl. Area, Ground Floor, New Delhi - 110 092 (Phone No.[protected]. The Service Centre told me that it would take 10 days for repairs or finding the fault.

I am wondering why cannot Sansung replace the handset ... it is only 1 day old ...what is the guarantee and warranty ?

Please help me as to how I can get a replacement as it is a new mobile.

Samsung Mobile Phone — Not working from the date of purchase

Dear Sir
Purchased a Mobil Phone model W259 on 5/3/11. From the date of purchase the phone was not working properly and fail to get signal inside the room. Approched the webstore and infromed me to go to the service station for a brand new phone without using. Approched the service station and informed that the board inside has to be changed and will take 20 days. Why not quality check in the company How it can happen for a brand new phone? Even after paying 7000/ unable to use the phone.

Sir,

I bought u r samsug mobile (Model- B5722, [protected]) on 10th June, 2010 from Parogon Departmental Stores, Thane(W),[protected]/25381547. Tax Invoice No. 12717.
After purchasing u r moblie within 20 days I am facing problem of Bluetooth Device as well as automatically my mobile getting switched off. I went to M/S Micro Services authorised service center of Samsung Mobiles, Thane (W). They updated my software. My mobile became properly working state. Then within 3 months again I was facing same problem. Again above mentioned service center resolve my problem by updating software in my Mobile. Above problem I m facing again 4 times till date. Everytime these people said that software were currepted due to virus.
This is unexpected tragedy that u r reputed companie's (SAMSUNG) mobile getting affected 6/8 times within 1 year. Stll today I m facing same mentioned problem.
I m very disappointed by the quality of your product. Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. If, I got negative response. I have last solution to solve my problem, to go consumer court for file my problem.

Hi I have brought Samsung mobile model-gt s7722 3g, sl. no. rdmzb42595v, imei no-[protected]. Can't access Email Showing Internal server Error if the network is available in full range its shows network unavailable / problem in opera-mini access / u c browser is also not access. i fed up with samsung.
& secondly also not downloading songs, previously i used nokia 6300 & same aircel network, it is ok.. when i change with samsung hand set, creates network problem.samsung hand set

I have contacted with service centre, zain telecom, marol, behind s.m. centre, andheri-east, mumbai-india.tel no[protected]. but no result, they kept my hand set for around 10-12 days.then i discussed with mumbai main branch (mr.prakash--on[protected]toll free no.), they hear all matter & replied me that i will see ur problem. but when??? then till date no reply???
can u suggest me where should i go

Samsung Mobile Phone — Even after mentioning to not reset Data , thats what they did FIRST !!! My all Data Value is = to a value Sorry/helpless

Today 6th of September i had given my cell for service in Samsung 's TELENET services , No 10 ,1st main 7th blk kormangla, bangalore.

The problem with cell phone : sometimes when there is any hard imapct on cell it powers off. need to switch it on again if it happens.

What Service receptions people said: Its a Mother board problem.[even before inspecting it]

what i said: okie do check and let me know, if there is any loose Contacts in the board which is causing a power off, also chk battery as i found it to be weak.

they said OK.

now in the Acknowledgement that they give for SERVICING i mentioned : DO NOT REMOVE THE DATA, will back up if required based on the problem they say after inspecting. i had marked it with "MARKER "

what they DID !!! : RESET THE FULL CELL DATA and said me a Sorry.

it takes me months to collect the data which was there in it. contacts are fine i need to get it some how. but all my MEMO/Passwords/Messages/Massive Personal numbers which handles my business is GONE , it has only the value of sorry .

what am i supposed to do. Helpless like every one ! ?

Dear Sir my phone creating the problem from last 8 months, as not enough memory ,call pick up key not working some times , so i have complain on supportindia.com and they have replied me and changed my phone main card and the problem was solved but after four monts the problem is coming start aging aqutionaly once in two- three days .so i have talk to customer care directly but they don't give me positive response.

I got a message from samsung uk that i won aprize money 500000 pounds.to day i got a call from the person who said he is working in rbi and he said me to claim that amount i have to pay 24500INR.is it a authentic information or not.please clarify me sir.
