as per schaduled, the exam of clerk exam on[protected], i have not received the exam card. kindly issue me the e admit card. thanking you.

Dear Sir,

i am suffering from sbi credit card. they are very bad people.

my all details as follows.



On 3rd June 2007, SBI Card had raised invoice as Rs. 4416.70/- as a Credit Balance. After receiving invoice I had called their office and spoken with their Two staff. And they told me that credit amount will get refund by DD of SBI. After 15 day again I recalled them and spoke with other three people they informed me that it will be adjust in my bill and asked me to swipe the card for same amount. So as per their instruction I swiped my card, but very next month I got a bill for Debit balance with tax and including late payment charges. Details is attached for your ready reference. Also I had attached the name of the staff with whome I had spoken and confirm with them including date and request no. Mean while they had confirmed me in writing that it was their system mistake and forced me to pay DR balance amount.



Just because of their improper information, they forcibly asked me to swipe the card for amount Rs. 4416.70/- else I wouldn’t use the card, I am middle class family person and work for small private company and for low salary. Now I am not understanding how I can repay the same. Presently they send me the Invoice for Rs. 7728.87/- including late payment, Interest, other charges etc. During this period I was completely upset and also they harassed me continually by calling for the payment.





I had solution also for this big problem, as I swiped the card and used Rs. 4416/- so I am ready to pay the same if SBI agree to charge me only Rs, 4416, instead of Rs. 7728.87/-.





Also sir, please let me know that is there any way of possibility to put a claim or sue them for harassing me and giving mental pressure for more then 8 months. I strongly feel If we took some strong action against SBI Card then may be other will ger relief and they will stop harassing poor people like me.

I have closed my SBI card by doing a settlement about an year back yet I am receiving threatening and abusive Calls from SBI tele callers asking me to pay for the amount i never used.I dont understand if SBI really has any info on which customer had made the payments, when the payments are made.

I have been given the Settlement letter : Tracer No: Bangalore[protected]

I never had such a bad service from any other banks.

Please help...

i have been associated with your organisation for not less than 7-8 years with no history of default. every time when annual fees is charged to me, i have to contact your help line and get it reversed. last year i have requested to convey to competent authority to stop this business.

i being a psu insurance executive have faith in psu banks and cancelled all my foreign bank cards viz. ameriacan express, hsbc and manhattan.

few minutes back i spoke to ms.shalini at 9.50 am and mr.lakshya at 11.10 who have confidently refused to revert this amount.

i have been receiving calls from your end announcing me to be lucky card holders etc. also i had been provided sbi gold card which was life time free card. since i was enjoying facility under captioned card i did not avail the faacility of new card.

besides, many other financial inst. approach us for freed life time card facility to whom i do not entertain hoping u to provide me satisfactory services.

kindly resolve this issue or else i have to think over whether to use ur card or not.

I have applied for the S.B.I clerical examination in Trivandrum region.I got the exam call letter.But my category is printed as "S.T." Actually I am coming under 'O.B.C' category. ( My roll no.is [protected] & the reference no.is 6230635) . My examination centre is Govt.Polytechnic college, Calicut on 13.07.2008. KIndly rectify the error made by you in my category & admit me to the examination on that day.

Respected Sir,

I seek your help regarding getting back my money from SBI.I had entered into one transaction of withdrawal on 25/05/08 of Rs.8500/-

However, I received only Rs.5500/- from the machine and the transaction receipt was of Rs.8500/- and the same amount was debited from my Account.Then on the very next day I registered a written complain at my branch along with a copy of transaction receipt, that I've received short cash by Rs.3000/- from SBI ATM at Jogeshwari, Mumbai.

My AC is at Rajkot, Gujarat so I submitted application at Rajkot Branch, but despite several phone calls and personal visits they people are not soliciting my application and gives a very rude replies.Last time when I approached to bank, the manager was asking me to give a written affidevit in Rs.100 stamp paper that I have entered into one transaction with so and so date and all other details.

In fact the manager was saying that he will credit my AC out of his own AC till he receive conformation from the mumbai branch or local head office regarding sucg short fall.If as per statement no shortage found then I'm bound to pay back that Rs 3000- which is credited by manager out of his AC.

I told him straight away that I'm not supposed to give you such written agreemnet for getting back my own money from you.If you people want to eat away my money then eat away but I'll not give any such affidavit.Then he got irritated on me and got me out of the bank.Is this an maner to deal with the customer who is coming to the bank for asking it to give back his own money?

Hence, at the end I took the shelter of consumer forum, I kindly request you to look into the matter and help me out
