WRONG INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE

As per ur information on the website i had gone to the nearest sbi branch to colect my duplicate admit card @ 5 p.m but the person over there said the bank closes @ 4 p.m. The information given says dat d time when v can collect d admit card is b/w 10:00 am to 20:00 hrs.You are requested to plz provie the correct information as its completely a harrasment.Hope some action wud be taken.

Dear Sir,
I have received a letter from you dated 19.06.08 with reference code NXD for my SBI credit card number is [protected]. The letter indicates outstanding dues of Rs. 911.80. I have neighter purchase any goods from this credit card not taken any loan. I understood that this amount is the yearly charge for the credit card which I am holding. I do not want to pay any yearly charge. So kindly weaive this amount from my account...

high service charge

I APPLIED FOR RS.200/- DD ON IDBI BAMK BOMBAY ON 12.6.08 FRO M ANANDNAGR BRANCH OF SBI, THEY CHARGED RS.30/- AS COMMISSION.
I HAD TO CANCEL THAT AS DATE FOR ONLINE REQUIRED DD O[censored]PTO 10.6.08.
I PRESENTED TO THE SBI, ANANDNAGAR -THEY CHARGED RS. 100/- AS CANCELLATION CHARGE.
SIR -JUST UNBELIEVABLE HIGH CHARGE FOR SUCH A SERVICE JUST TO CANCEL AND CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT.
MERCILESS CHARGES FOR DD OF JUST RS.200/-...
