I invested Rs-2000/- in 'sbi umbrella IT mf' in year 1999.My folio No is-0504857, I have not any information about my investment till now.I am in tranferable job and my new address is -Sub-Ram Dixit, FCE, MCTE, Mhow-453441 (MP).
So I request you kindly change my address and arrange to send statments regularly

i have apllied for a pan card, though the number has been alloted a long ago (AWQPK2360p) the pan card is still awaited till date.
