Dear Sir.
I am PARVEEZ .A.my card number is [protected]. i already paid the same amount. But now the statement still coming. i confused the same problem. So please sir you send me a full statement when i star to use the SBI Credit card and when i stop the payment. Becouse i lost my job. Now i am free. I will pay the payment after i recived the statment what i ask. And also reduce the all intrest. So Kindly send the statement at earliest.

    I have applied for net banking password kit at SBI / Bazar Brach / Sambalpur / Orissa. Since last three weeks from dt. 09.03.2009, the bank officials not responding properly and my purpose (issue of a net banking kit) not served. For this purpose I wandered around the bank at least 10 times. Every time the bank advised to attend at another date narrating a new problem every time. Once they say "the concerned person on leave", other time "the signature is not scanned into their system", another time "the peon who opens the store room is not present", another time "net banking kits are in stock". For every trip to visit the bank, I have to burn 1lt. of petrol. This is one type of wastage of nation's wealth and embarrassment of its customers mentally and financially. Lastly I'm vexed and decided to lodge a complaint in District Consumer Forum. Does the banks comes into the purview of Consumer courts?

    Regarding Cheque issue.

    I am from Chennai and I had applied for a cheque book on 01 Dec 08 at Chennai, Tambaram Branch, as I was in need to produce cheques for my home loan to HDFC. and also got confirmed from the staff of SBI that the cheque book would reach in three days of time. I waited for 10 days when I did not get anything, and went to Bank on 11 Dec 08, asking for my cheque book. The accountant said after checking my account, that my book has been redirected to Delhi Branch as I was not there at home. When I asked for the date of getting book in this branch, he said he did not know. I went to bank on 20 Dec 08 and 01 Jan 09 and asked for, he said he did not come yet from Delhi. Immediately, I had requested another cheque book even by paying extra money for each leaf, he said that is not possible till that cheque book comes back. I had applied abruptly on 10 Jan 09 to ICICI bank for a book on line and I received the same on 13 Jan 09 at my home. I had received a call from SBI on 19 Mar 09, saying that my book had come from Delhi and I could come and collect it.I had received the cheque book after almost 4 months. This is only the comparison of service. SBI officials can take suitable steps to improve the service by having heard different complaints from the valuable customers. I am with SBI for the last 10 years.
    Regarding netbanking issue

      SBI put my name in defaulters list, as I have not due any amout to SBI .
      SBI has credit balance of Rs 415.99 .(SBI due to me ).

      Fist SBI issued one credit card no : [protected]
      Again SBI issued another credit card in place of Old one no : [protected]
      Again SBI issued another credit card in place on last one no : [protected](Which is being used by me)

      SBI Credit Cards — branded as defaulter

      I had availed the facility of SBI Credit Cards.since i came to know that i am loosing a lot of money by repayment i had applied for a settlement to the bank.they gave me a settlement and also had added me as a DEFAULTER nationwide.Hence i will not be able to avail any kind of loans in future.

        SBI Credit Card — Not receiving bills / Generating wrong Bill statments

        I have SBI Credit Card, In the month of July 2007 I settle all the outstanding. After July I am thinking that there is no outstanding against me because as per July 2007 Bill statment I have put the Cheque and I didnt use the SBI Card after July 2007.

        But, on 19/02/2008 I got one SMS and in that It is written like your amount balance is "3163.86" INR. How it can be possible I dont know ?

        As I payed all the remaining amount on 5/07/2007 as per the Bill Statment and I have the proof for this.

        That means this is some thing wrong done by SBI Credit Card Department.

        Right now I dont want to use SBI Card . And I am planing to go to Consumer forum against SBI Credit Card.

            State Bank of India — Non delivery of ATM debit card and cheque book

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            This is to kindly inform that I haven't recieved any cheque book and ATM debit card for my account [protected] (Savings Account) ever since I have opened the account with your bank.

            I opened this account on 4th of Feb. 2010 in the name of Mr. Ganga Ram.

            So, far I don't know thte status pf the delivery of teh above mentioned items and even if they were dispatrched I did not recieve any calls from the courier companty and nor from the bank.

            I would be highly oblliged if you could kindly look into the matter and get my cheque book and ATM card delivered at your earliest.

              Sir,
              I am R.Muni Yugandar, from Bangalore. I tried to withdraw Rs. 20000 twice from SBI ATM which is located at RBI layOut, J.P.Nagar 7th phase, Bangalore-78 on 16 february 2009 at 9.30 pm . After entering pin number I got a message "Requested timed Out". Once again I tried to withdraw, But I got the same message, But Rs. 40, 000 has been debited from my account.
              Regarding this I gave a written request to the Branch Manager and he told me to wait for 10 days. But still now I didn't get any replay. Please do something to get back my money back.

              while using my SBI ATM card to withdraw an amount of Rs.10, 000/ from the ICICI ATM machine at Patel Petrol Bunk, Pondicherry, the transaction failed and I got the message " Sorry, Unable to Process" and no money was delivered.                 I purchased a garment from M/s TNG Allahabad worth Rs 400/- . I tried to make payment with sbi debit card but the shopkeeper's machine did not accept the debit card.So i made cash payment of Rs. 400.

                However, 400 rs were deducted from my sbi bank account twice..means a total of 800 rs.
                THe passbook is showing two debit card transactionsof rs 400 on that very date on which i made purchase from M/s TNG.


                The shopkeeper showed me his ATM machine sheet...it shows no credit in his account on that date.


                I lodged a complaint with SBI .They say the transaction was successful and are not ready to refund 800 rs to me.The shopkeeper's bank AXIS Bank says they have not received the money either.


                Where has my money gone??? and why should i suffer.Is this how SBI debit card functions.IT should be banned in the market and SBI should be taken to task for such poor services.

                      i want to open the new Saving account in your barnch and i visited in your branch 15 days before.says to me your account open in noida but yesterday & Toadys visit to Noida Branch says to me Your Residencial location situated in ghaziabad so your a/c shuold be open to ghaziabad branch. i ask to you why my saving a/c does not open in your branch. i have already different types of id & address Proof is ghaziabad location. like as Rasan Card, Voter id, PAN Card.ETC.
                      So kindly i request to you please gave me a specified reason other wise i will go to banking lokpal & other complain agencies.

                      I am Ajit Tiwary having my Base Branch at your Niti Khand, Indrapuram branch. My account no. is [protected]. I have withdrawn 2000 Rs on 8th Aug. 2011 at around 1 am from HDFC ATM-4830 (Shipra Sun Side In). But the account was debited with 2000Rs twice on the same date, which not actually i have transacted for twice . I believe this has happened because of the failure of ATM Machin of HDFC which took more than usual time as the machine was hanged for few minutes. Even online i did have complained but no repies came from your side. Kindly look into the matter and pls revert back as RBI guidelines says the amount of such are settled in 7 working days.

                        Hello sir,

                        I activated my online banking account 1 month back. Since then I am having problems. Earlier it was related to my mobile number that was to be approved by branch. For that purpose, I submitted the application but still my mobile number is not set. 15 days back, I went to my branch again for mobile number approval, it was done, but when I logged on my account it was showing a warning - "You don't have any accounts mapped to this username. Contact to your branch."

                        I am staying in Delhi and my account is in Bikaner branch. I can't go again and again for these small problems. Plz do the needful.

                        my account number is [protected] & bank on raigarh. my debit amount and accusal amount are different.SBI online, I was complain 2 time but not be any action. So i request two you please help me in this matter.
                        Dear Sir, You should be proud of me to get such an exceptional customer having two PIN on a single Debit Card. The fact was shown personally to Service Manager of Railbhavan branch of SBI on 24.03.09 at 11.25 hours but no action was taken. Previously i have made a written complaint whose action taken report yet to come. I think bank will take the preventive measure only after my account is swipped away by some other. In fact the problem emerged only after the annual maintenance of the card is done by the branch and for which Rs 50/- is taken as maintenance charge !!! A good joke by the bank truely. Anyway i may claim now that my name to be emerged in the Guiness book of world record for being a person having two PIN on a single debit card of STATE BANK OF INDIA.

                        Sub: No mapping to my user name from four months.

                        I am a savings bank account holder in SBI Lalaguda Branch I have taken my internet banking four months ago till now I have not viewed my account or my balance because it says no mapping to your user name contact your branch.

                        When I went to enquire about my user name mapping problem to SBI lalaguda branch, I asked, what is mapping to the banker, he SIMPLY SAID EVEN I DON’T KNOW its ridicules to listen that, Then Banker suggested me to go for another internet kit, its took for me to get fifteen days even then I had same problem again I went with to the bank with same problem again banker suggested to go for another internet kit like that I have taken four internet kits every month each but till today I did not see my account number nor balance in my account.

                        Yesterday the banker said to me give again a letter for new user name and pass word or give written request to keep it in service desk.

                        I WANT TO ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION WHY DON’T SBI HEAD OFFICE DON’T TRAIN THE STAFF PROPERLY IN INTERNET BANKING???

                        Being largest banking sector in Asia it could not solve my mapping problem since four months when it can be rectified in branch itself.

                        This SBI Lalaguda branch is creating problem then solving please look into this matter urgently and kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                        Hi,

                        Just to inform ..before writing this, I have visited SBI branch, where my saving account is existing(bangalore, koromangala) and reported this problem . It seems they are also helpless, so, felt here i could express my feelings in more elaborative way. My problem is pertaining to "Third party ATM withdrawal charges”. As all o[censored]s know, RBI has implemented the new rule from 15 OCT -09 onwards, according to it, we can only use SBI debit card for 5 times, to withdraw the money in free from "Third party ATM'S".But i have observed in this month(Nov 09), SBI have charged 20 rs uniformly from my account for each and every withdrawal. As i am sure it is more to do with the software which bank uses to track the withdrawals from their cards. In my opinion this is the most severe issue as all over the India lot of people would be suffering due to same(Especially customer from rural area). Please take some immediate major to rectify the issue and ensure software used for tracking the withdrawals follows RBI regulations.

                        I have been using mobile banking for more than two years. I have also opened some FDs through mobile banking. In the meantime, due wrong feeding user I D or password my user ID is blocked.

                        Now I have again got the new User I D and set the new password but the details of FDs are not displaying in this new user ID.

                        Kindly update my user ID with my accounts so the all the older FDs opened through older User ID will display while the using the new user ID. My A/c No. is [protected].

                          Sir,
                          I am having a saving bank account no [protected] in ubi main branch Azamgarh Utter Pradesh.
                          I deposited a cheque no 776243 dt.[protected] of Rs.39448.00 on[protected] in my account. This cheque was drawn on SBI Phoolpur, Azamgarh. Due to negligenc of Bank Staff they sent this cheque to
                          SBI main branch Azamgarh for collection. Cheque was dishonoured by SBI main branch sending that this
                          cheque is not drawn on us.On enquiring for the cheque UBI Bank staff told me to deposit this cheque in
                          UBI Phoolpur.Azamgarh.Later I deposited the cheque in UBI Phoolpur.Azamgarh.They sent the cheque for collection to SBI Phoolpur.Azamgarh.After collection the cheque was credeted to my account.
                          In the end of month, when I got the statement of my account, I found that UBI main branch where my
                          account exists, charged Rs.80.00 for getting dishonoured the cheque.

                            Hi,
                            The dispute is over the fraud transaction of Rs 2450, in Nov Bill, received on Dec 16 2006 by me, which I have NOT made or used. I immediately made a complain to thier customer care about the same and I have the tracker number. I have sent the dispute form duly filled and signed on Dec 21 2006, which I received from SBI after my complain. They promised me to send the receipt of the said transaction and settle down the dispute. I haven`t received any receipt despite innumerable follow up from my side, of which I have all the records with them, the calls made and email and the letter written to them.
                            I also visited thier Vinmar House office in Andheri East around Sept 2007 and gave them all the details. The officer in charge was one Mr Prashant Tawde. he assured me that He would look into the matter and settle it out.
                            I followed up with him from time to time but to no results.
                            In meantime SBI recovery agents keep on calling me and ask for the settlement for Rs 2000/-.
                            I also have the records of calls from thier recovery dept.
                            I would like to know how can I use your service and get justice on this issue as I dont want pay for Fraud transaction committed by SBI card and NOT by me.
                            I have all supporting documents with me and want to clear my name againt this fraud transaction.

                            i would recommened you not to pay for this transaction, and if the recovery person is harassing you, you can very well lodge a complaint in the near by police station which is in your area and mention that recovery agency details, and furnish the details of calls what you had interacted at the call centre as well as the person details at andheri office. and dont use the credit card till it is solved that is no.1 and no.2 is stop all your payments till the issue is settled, no.3 why should you or he offer for a settlement when you hold a good record for the payment history. if in the case you can wait. they will only turn back to you and appologies for the same.

                            The same experience with me. A supplementary card for me was delivered according to them at address (not known to me neither SBI card can furnish) to whom? No information is being provided by SBI card to even Consumer Court where the matter is pending. SBI lawyer appear but till date no details was provided or affadabeit filed. The consumer court is assigning dates after date with cost to be paid by SBI card but not filed the information sought. The additional card was renewed/ issued unsilicited for my son who was in USA.

                              i have applied for credit card in sbi wide application no. s[protected] dated[protected] and kotak mahindra bank no. G[protected] but neither i have received card nor any reason for not issuing me card.my all documents are with the bank.

                              kotakmahindra credit card — non delivery without resons

                              This feroz from chennai.kotak mahindra had sent credit card. through express it courier Awb is [protected], 24th jul 2008 but the courier was returned without reason.I had received a sms from kotak the consignment was returned.again i request the kotak and resent the couriers. the courier has resent before 4 days but still now I have NOT received my documents sent thru ExpressIT And i called up customer care nobody lifts the phone in their chennai local office it ph no. [protected], 32927429. and i search the courier boy number his name is udayakumar Mob;[protected] I spoke that boy and also wait one day in my home but he has give irresponsible reply. so kindly sent my courier earliest that same address.home or office. thank u my mob. [protected].

                                I collected the Net Banking kit from kothapet, tanali branch. I dont know how to activate the Net Banking.

                                I received Kit No.[protected], Packet no.92045, Circle no.04 and Serial no.35 to activate internet banking. But when i followed the instructions given in the kit to access my SB account, i received a message on my screen that invalid pass word.

                                I approached SBI branch where i have my account to find a solution to the problem. It appears that my account has not been mapped properly and hence, my account could not be accessed through.

                                It is requested that mapping of my SB account may be done on priority.
                                I have lost my username and password of state bank 🏦 of India, branch-singjamei
                                Address-singjamei, chingamathak imphal west, district-manipu, pin code-795008, my account no. [protected] and debit card no. [protected]
                                Plz kindly resend on my mobile no.[protected]

                                Dear SBI Team,

                                I have received sms from Sbi that I have done 10000 rupees transaction. But I did not done any such transaction.

                                Kindly investigate it fast, block my card if necessary.
                                Please find below message which I got

                                "Thank you for using State Bank Internet banking. Your Transaction Ref No IF08644365 for Rs.10000 on 20-MAY-16 19:44 "

                                My 16 digit card number is : 4726********8694

                                Also I am not having Internet banking with sbi and only having credit card.

                                  i am a SBI account holder.on 1/03/09, sunday i withdraw 600 rupees from AXIS bank ATM. but unfortunately i forgot my ATM card to get it out after transaction completed. this option was displayed in the screen that "WOULD YOU LIKE TO MAKE ANY FURTHUR TRANSACTION - YES OR NOT" something like that.As i was in a hurry, I forgot to get back my ATM card. This AXIS bank ATM is too much far away from my city.My query is that, wheather any stranger would be able to make any further transaction if he continues the process.or he has to enter password before transaction ?

                                    I am old SBI customer,
                                    Took Demat a/c through SBI Jammu.
                                    Joined online trading through SBI (MOSL) WOES BEGIN.
                                    MOSL Motilal Oswal Trading a/c no ESBI159418

                                    Mr Rishikesh of MOSL in SBI Jammu promised heaven SBI was gurantee.
                                    He got the forms signed in Nov 2008 and vanished, SBI Jammu has no trace.

                                    I had joined Rs 5000 for 6 months plan for trading. put lein of Rs 20000 from my saving a/c. Total deducted Rs 30, 000, no trading possible from my term
                                    inal my 30000 blocked no one listening at end of 3 months.l

                                      Hi, There was call from SBI ( noida call center ) for they have selected for promotion. They told me me we give some gift and some ticket. It is free and have to pay approx 2500 after when / if i go for tour .i have confirmed the charges but they said no.they said you will received wel come kit.aftre 8-10 days they send mesage for debiting 6000 for credit card. when i asked and check for recording they denided.even they said you can calcelled the same hence i have not received welcome kit. same request has been sent to then i have my cancelled request no aslo. even the call center excecutive has confirmed that i can cancelled the promotion.Now other call customer care calling and saying you can not calcell. SBI is miss guide the customer. i would like to cancel the request ( already cancelled )

                                        Sir, I have 2 current a/c with SBI, Hirepeth Branch, HUBLI - 580028 (Karnataka), and have requested for net banking services to both the current a/c's and also submited the forms for the same and have obtained acknowledgement of forms being received by the bank and later when i enquired about the status of my request for net banking i was informed that net banking is not available for Current a/c's. Kindly let me know where do i enquire about the same.

                                        further today when i again contatcted the bank officials told me to download form no: c1, c3, c4, c5 from www.onlinesbi.com and submit but there are no such forms available over the mentioned website hence i kindly request you to help me in this regard and oblige.
