My RD a/c no- [protected]. Please transfer that amount to my saving a/c no- [protected]. Both account is in KS Layout.

I am fully agree with this complaint and realy SBI previliege circle is foolishing the customer and harrasing people on mobile phone any time and forcing to accept the sbi previliege holiday kit and bogus
gift watch.I had also same type of experience with sib previliege circle agents.

FROM A PUBLIC SECTOR BANK A BETTER DEAL IS EXPECTED.
I HAVE DOUBT ABOUT THE WATCH RECEIVED(POLO)-DOES'NT APPEAR TO BE A RS 4000+ STUFF.
ONE WAY TICKET TO ALL DESTINATIONS.FOR RETURN DRAW MONEY ON SBI CREDIT CARD AND PURCHASE RETUR FARE.
ALL DESTINATIONS GOOD TIMES ARE EXCLUDED.CAN'T GO BEYOND SEPTEMBER END.

SHOULD ALLOW CANCELLATION OF INTEREST AND PARTIAL REFUND I.E - POLO WATCH WHICH IT TOOK SOME TIME TO DECIDE IS WORTH LESS.

I have also paid money and duly filled form is sent to them but so far i have not received any reply from privilage circle, I AM TRYING TO CONTACT THEM THEM OVER TELMOBILE BUT NO REPLY FROM THEM LET ME KNOW WHAT ACTION I SHOULD TAKE-ANANT SAHASRABUDHDE

I agree 100% with your complain. My experience with SBI Cr.cd. application is as follows:
After phone verification, I received a SMS on 02.04.09 stating that my application No.[protected] is under process and to please give them 15 days to process my application. I am yet to receive any communication from them till today i.e. 22.06.09 after 82 days.
My crediability includes a Govt. job, a pay pack of 3 lakhs p.a., a live H.D.F.C. credit card of Rs.2, 25, 000/- with no negative credit record till date. Still SBI ...

I have PPF Account And Maturity of our a/c is completed in march 2009. Our account name person is minor at the time of opening A/c So they can say first convert this account to major. I have given all documents that required in Sbi Ichalkaranji Branch where our account. I have given all document 25 days before but he can not convert to major and also say that it requires 6 month. please help.

I have PPF account with SBI in Ratlam. Now i am residing in Gurgaon. There is no such facility to transfer amont in my PPF account through SBI core banking branch.

sIts too cumbersome to deposit amount in PPF account. I know its advisable to transfer the PPF account to current residence's city. But I have been trasferred frequently. So i do not want to transfer the account. SBI tech team shoudl think about such problem of its consumer.

I would like to draw attention to concerned authority of SBI regarding this problem.

I have a PPF a/c in SBI NCERT Branch New Delhi. it was open in 2004 with amount Rs-500/-. But from 2005 to 2008 I did not deposit any amount in this a/c. Now I Continued this a/c from July, 2009 with amount Rs-500/-. to continue this a/c SBI NCERT Branch New Delhi has charged from me as a penalty amount Rs-500/-. So I want to know that for four years gap penalty amount Rs-500/- is ok or not. please inform me through email. SBI Camp Pune — Transfer of PPF Account

I had placed request for transfer of PPF account from SBI, Pune to SBI Dhanbad. SBI, Pune says they have dispatched the check and closed the account and SBI, Dhanbad says they haven't received it. They are not giving me an answer since last Nov. 2008.

You can transfer money to your PPF account online using SBI internet banking facility. Add your PPF account as third party transfer and start transferring...

If you open the PFF at SBI, now you can make payment through Internet banking using third party transfer irrespective of branch it belongs. Also you can verify the balance available in PFF account online, may be you should request for linking your PPF account to Savings account.

I have sbi savings account at my native place .

Hi,

As of now PPF can be deposit in any SBI branch, just ensure your PPF account is opened in SBI

SBI online banking is useless. Too cumber some to do anything. Can't they think of any easy way. If I have to register a online payment there is 2 option, one send a signed printout of the request within 10 days or get a authorised code using SMS. Why can't they send the code by e-mail.

PPF is another story... why can't I get access to PPF online and do the required transaction.

Govt is making fool o[censored]s and spending our money in a useless manner.

[protected].Today on 02/10/09 i went o the SBI ATM at Mani Nagar opposite railway station to withdraw Rs 5000/- from the ATM the transation was done but i did not recevied the money from the ATM machine . I got the ATM slip which shows Rs 5000/- deduted from my account . I tried to put the complain in the complain book but there was no security guard neither the complain book . I also tried calling the Toll Free no. but due to national holiday for Gandhi Jayanti i didnt got any responce.

Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and help me out as soon as possible. Its is very difficult for the middle class family like us .

SBI Credit Card — Settlement Letter+Harrasment

Hi,

This is sheer nonsense..I regret the day I got this SBI Credit Card. I got this closed and settled sometime back and have the settlement letter with me as well.

The Bank and their stupid employees just do not seeem to understand that and I've their representative standing infront of my door on a Saturday morning asking for 38, 000!

This is ridiculous and a harrasment for me. Can anone please suggest what is the procedure of getting these things right. I wish I could penalise them.

PIN for ATM not received for the joint account

I have opened an joint account on 18/03/2009 at State Bank Of India(branch- civil line jalandhar, punjab). I have approached the authorities of the bank several times but they said the PIN code is not sent from Mumbai and they can't do annything. So I wrote a complain and mailed to the SBI customer care as well as in the complain section. But till now no response came from their behalf. I have opened an account in SBI pendurthi branch,Visakhapatnam on August 13th 2007 and still i didn't get tha ATM card.When opening an account i have mentioned for an ATM card also.And after a month i had gone to bank and asked about my ATM they told that you will be getting the card in 45 working days and yet i didn't get the card.

Stream) in "north zonal office lucknow of Central pollution Control Board". sir, A state Govt Employee served as gazetted officer since 1979 in irrigation dept. (currently he is executive engg started from assistant engg)wants to buy a flat(old one) in An Appartment using bank loan from SB, he was trying since last two months taking all required documents from Builder, The Current Owner and his own documents, but the SBI is asking about different papers one by one, now he is currently bothering to Owner, Builders and bank.sir, for a govt employee having all documents but for bribe the duty manager /loan passing officer of bank is being playing a Game, as he represented the conditions(builders documents, owners agreement and other necessary documents) but when he goes the officer asks about new condition/papers.Is it correct ? I think it comes under RTI, as I told about the person he is unnecessary bothering towards all the three parties, after knowing all conditions the bank could ask all required documents at 1st time only, when he goes when bank asks to come they asked for new condition/documents.sir, I am anxious about the future if he has to work for loan having all correct documents then what will be aspect for people like me just started to settle.Your kind attention on this matter will be highly appreciable and I remain thank full to you.

State Bank of India, Hoam Loan — Heigher rate of interest than agreement

* i have borrowed a hoam loan from sbi, garden reach branch, kolkata in nov ' 04 on fixed rate of interest of 8% (according to arrangement letter).
* i have started repaying my EMI of Rs. 4175 from april ' 05,
* in march' 06, when i saw the statement for the loan repayment i found that sbi is taking the floating rate of interest,
* i immidiately informed the matter to the manager of personal banking department, he did not bothered to listen to me, then i went to branch manager, he also did not entertained me.
* story was same whan i repeatedly contacted the different managers ( personal banking) & branch managers (as the managers of these two post are transfered repeatedly).
* in the mean time i have failed to repay the EMI for the month of july ' 07 & dec ' 07 as the bank is used to deduct the EMI from my salary A/C & both the time, the payment of my part wages was not in time. AND i did not feel to repay the said EMI as there was irregularities in terms of interest rate.
* in sep ' 08 & nov ' 08 the sbi, real assete central processing unit, jeevan deep, kolkata send me two seperate letters, informing me, the non payment of said EMI, stating deferent amounts. i replied twice stating the irregularities in terms of my rate of interest, but there was no response from their side.
* in july' 09, i met the then branch manager who directed me to approach the matter to real assete central processing unit, jeevan deep, kolkata, there they assured me for the rectificaion. but after their rectification i found that they have changed the rate of interest to 8% from oct ' 09 only and no rectification for the past calculation.
* sbi did not bothered to clarify the matter to me.
