Hi Frienz...I am also in ur list...I ordered for an 18CRT gold pendant...got d delivery on oct 31st...i used it for 3 weeks...can u ever expect a golden pendant turning white in color...i am really shocked...how we can do something against this setup...we all are made fools ..we are simply wasting our money...

I shopped at RediffShopping on 19 of Nov'2009 . After few days they have informed your product will be dispatched in between 23 Nov to 27 Nov'2009. They have given BlueDart consignment number also but its NOT-VALID one. I paid Rs.1700 for the same. Please HELP me how to register complaint against RediffShopping.com
I have tried all the way but no Response.Please Help me out.

Rediff shopping is RIDICULOUS..I ordered cake and flowers to be sent for my sisters anniversary. It did not reach even the next day. On calling customer care, they say, u mark a mail to compaint deptt..but doesn't tell us the email id...how foolish????????????????

On the packing cover it was written that a repair kit was also included but i did' nt got it please take necessary action ...

I have ordered electric sewing machine through rediffshopping and my order no is 5705356 and it was despatched through Blue Dart Courier Service, CBD, Belapur and I received the parcel on 17/12/2009 at 7:30 PM. But it was fake parcel and there was no Electric sewing machine inside and some unwanted papers rolled and bundled with a toy. But the courier people are telling they are not responsible and you may contact customer care rediff shopping.

It was supplied by DAL computers (India), 326, Aravali Apartment, Behind ASravali Market, Alaknanda Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110019 and they have pasted the parcel out side it contais Electric sewing machine : Original model of electric big sewing machine with free pedel with warantty with free surprise gift.

I requested rediffshopping to kindly get my actual ordered item back or money back

on 23rd December i ordered for a HP all in one printer through Shopping.Rediif.com and payed Rs 4199 through icici bank net banking ( icici bank transaction no: BIL/[protected]/rediff/5725320) the shopping process was success and rediff.com shows the status as waiting for dispatch. till this time they have not send the printer to my address. i contacted the rediff shopping authorities with my payment details they are telling they have not received my payment so far. and they canceled my order too.. i verified my bank account and it shows rs 4199 was deducted from my account on 23rd dec 2009 and no money is refunded to my account till this date..
So friends please advice whom should i blame rediff or icici bank, what can I do if rediff.com denies my payment after i transferred the money to their account. please advice

I too ordered a mobile phone and when the same was received, it was a damaged piece. I returned the same back in first week of Dec. 09 but till 30th Dec. I have not received back the correct product even though I have paid the full amount. This vendor is a cheat and I would not recommend people to buy products from him. Rediff customer care is also not responding.

Rediff Shopping Branded Web Camera — No Delivery the Consignment

18th December 2009 from rediff shopping. i have fund transfer to online against the product. My order number is 5719419 for a Branded Web camera has appoved on 23rd December 2009. But the product is not deliver till now.

when ichecked to track my order it showed it is despached to Blue Dart couriers when contacted to Bluedart Courier persons they said the consignment not booking rediff shopping i have maile to rediff shopping for the same issue but till now there is no replay so this is totally cheating from rediff, fraud, my money is taken but ihave not recievd any couriers i request u all to close this chating business of rediff shoppin immeidieately...

I had purchased alarm clock from 'AMS Exporters' seller on 5th Jan 2010. I got dispatch and delivery confirmation mails from rediff shopping but didn't received any delivery on mentioned address actually. The TNT consignment no. mentioned on order details page is incorrect and referring to some other product purchased by someone else in Aug 2009!
This is third day since I have contacted rediff support and seller on their respective emails without any response from both of them.
I searched for rediff telephone helpline on theer site but was surprised to find its not mentioned any where. Seller is also not responding to phone calls on specified numbers.
This site is absolutely unreliable and I have already lost trust with them with no hope of getting money back or item delivered.

Absolutely third class service.

If this was out of Stock, why at the first place they put it online. Plus, they dont have any customer care number also to talk to. What I can understand from their approach is, they dont want to improve upon their service.

My order # 5787121...Horrible service by rediff shopping. Self had ordered for a product to gift for Valentine's day. On the product it was clearly stated that the order placed till 11th would be delivered on 13th or 14th Feb. though there was no time commitment. All fake informations. After the order has been placed there was a confirmation of the order through mail on which its been mentioned that the product would be delivered only between 18th to 22nd February. What is the point in placing the order when the purpose is not solved? When I tried calling their customer service, response 0 as office has been closed for Shivrathri. Revert for the complaint mail was " Customer service would revert back in 2 working days". I just can't believe this how such a reputed company is running their business with such a pathetic service. I advice no customers should trust or shop on this rediff shopping anytime.

I ordered a Juicer Mixer Grinder via order no. 5781818 which i received on 13-Feb-10. However, the product contained broken and used part. I immediately logged a complaint with rediff.com customer care and received acknowledgement the same day. However, since then i have raised this issued 3 times but there has been no attempt from rediff to either refund or replace my product. The most frustating thing is that there is no customer care contact number and they are not reponding to the query other than jsut acknowledging. Could somebody help here to sort out the matter.
