I bought a Wrist watch from Rediff shopping but after 10 days order status is showing delivered but i havnt recieved any product yet.

Even airway bill no. provided by company is not trackable in Courier company website.

I have experiences with most of the shopping sites and more complaints about indiatimes...I prefer you for online shopping- http://shop.sunsim.in .because from most of others i got poor customer service/defective product /no response...But from sunsim i shopped 5 times and they have a good customer care and also will deliver in proper time and good product...tradus.in is also somewhat ok, but they have no many products in site...try this www.sunsim.in and that make you feel happy...i am sure...forgot about old shopping experience and don't refer anyone there...Happy shopping!!!Have a nice time...

SAI PACKAGING — courier not delivered

I have sent a courier through TRACKON COURIERS PVT. LTD,NEW DELHI,but it has been not delivered.My docket no. is[protected] dated 25/2/2010.There has been no response or any kind of help from the company in tracing that courier,due to which i suffered a loss of ORDER.KINDLY HELP ME.

After receiving the consignment vide Aramex courier Airway number [protected] on 17/02/2010, it was found that it wasnt in working condition. I had ordered for corded-hand phone, my credit card is charged for that. However I received toy-helicopter and its sold by Ojjas Enterprise. I received material which is 10% of the charge i have been paid.
Someone has to take strict action on these online frauds, this is becoming like a chor bazar.
These people are cheating the public so openly very disgusting.

TELESCOPE — NO DELIVERY

I have paid for a tasco telescope from Indiaplaza.in website. They have delayed the shipment 3 times and now they are telling that they will ship on 24.04.2010

Hello guys, the seller named OJJAS ENTERPRISES AMAZON ON REDIFF.COM is a complete fake one and i was amazed to see the lack of interest from rediff.com to solve this problem. The product that was shipped to me was incomplete and a completely fake one. This seller is a big big big conman and he has already looted thousands of customer. And what is astonishing to see that Rediff.com doesn't have any HELPLINE NO. listed on their website for shopping. But i somehow i managed to get the phone number which is[protected] and tell them to connect to the shopping department. GUYS DON'T LEAVE REDIFF.COM JUST LIKE THAT. BLAST THEM BY CALLING ON THIS NUMBER AND AFTER CALLING NUMBER OF TIMES I HAVE GOT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE SAID DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SO YOU CAN ALSO GET YOURS BACK AND REMEMBER NOT TO SHOP ON REDIFF.COM FOREVER. WE NEED TO TEACH THEM A LESSON FOR THEIR LIFE.

Rediff Shopping — Non delivery of product by Rediff Shopping

I purchased a blackberry handset through Rediff Shopping on 21st April from AGM Corp. The lead time given was 4-5 days. However till date I have not recieved any delivery. The status has been showing as "awaiting dispatch" since the past 2 weeks. I have no mechanism except email to contact either the vendor or Rediff. And till date I have not got a single reply to any of my emails. The phone number goven for AGM corp is bogus as no one picks up. Kindly help.

Please don't buy any products from Rediff.com. It is my sincere request.
I have placed an order for "Giordano Silver Stainless Steel strap watch" from Rediff and the amount has been deducted from my credit card.

But still i have not received my order and they sent a mail, saying order has been delivered from Blue Dart service.

When i track Airway no from Blue Dart site, its saying it is an invaild number.

Dont know what to do.

Shopping.rediff.com — They provided Incorrect Product

I had ordered one Universal Remote Control for my TV from Rediff Shopping and these guys send me a Sony Remote Control
I immediately lodge a complaint and they replied too
But to my shock they replied me
That we have contacted with the dealer and they have provided you an Universal Remote Controller which will work on all Mobiles
I was shoked firstly they provided me a wrong Remote and secondly they are so illiterate that they said it will work on Mobiles this is so crap
I have replied to them but its has been days they havent replied
Dint expect something from rediff for such a small amount of money
They are ruining thier reputation for cheap 300 Rs
