Sify Broadband — Fraud & apathy towards customers
I am appalled with the service offered by Sify Broadband. My net
has not been working since 27th of June, 2009 and every day I have been religiously complaining to their call center. I have been repeatedly told that a technician will fix the issue, but till date no one has shown up.
I visited their office in Vashi, and they directed me very impolitely to their office in Vile Parle. I spoke to Mr. Amey Kirtane in Vile Parle. He was too busy attending his personal calls and finally told me he will have his team leader from Airoli call me back--which as not happened so far. When I asked for his team leader's number I was not provided with the same.
Finally after much argument, I was provided with the team leader's number who now says that the complaint has been forwarded to Sify customer care, but I have been asked to wait for another 2-3 weeks before the account is closed and my money is refunded. I don't trust these guys one bit. They are not even telling me the balance in my account.
All I now want is a refund of whatever money I have in my Sify account as of 27/6/2009, so that I can obtain the services of some other subscriber, but the company is making me run pillar to post.
