Sify broadband wireless — Delay in refund of deposit amount
Sir, I have disconnected my sify wireless connection one month ago. They told me that it will take 10-30 days for transaction of refundable deposit amount. But havent done yet. Whenever asked for they have different reasons. Official whom i contacted me told me different excuses for delay of transaction; some where personal and some where saying that it will take a long time for their financial deparment to sanction the same. Even now they asking me to wait for another 2 days. Is there anything that i can do for refund of the money at the earliest? Sir, I have disconnected my sify wireless connection one month ago. I just want to say that for last two times whenever i renew our account Rs 310 which shows used full for using only 2 hour and after that when we renew our account account with Rs 489 it again shows full used by using only 1 hour in day time., , , (i.e my account shows account expired within 2-3 days without using).
We are never expect this from your service i felt very sorry for your such a bad service.We face a lots of problems as i am as stundent preparing for MBA I used internet for my teest in night time so please take a quick action in this regard.

Sify Wireless Broadband Internet — NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
I have surrended the Sify connection on 19th April 2010. Th officials confirmed me that they will refund the deposit within 7 days. BUT NO REFUND YET. Whenever I call them, they have standard answer "within 7 days".Please help.

Sify — Non refund of money one month after order cancellation
I had placed an order at Sify Shopping on 11th dec. for Rs. 199 . The following are its details.Order Details :

The order was cancelled from Sify side citing incorrect address as the problem, ( Though there was complete address available).
However, its close to one month now. Depite several tries with customer care person, e-mails and phone calls, there has been no response from the Sify's side.Wheneveri try complainig to the Customer Care persons through online chat, they transfer the session to somebody else and the seeion gets closed in between.
I am ill at ease to understand why a company like Sify doesn't reply to my innumerable requests.Its not just a question of money but also the faith that a consumer entrusts in a company while doing online shopping.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
