[Resolved]  Sify Mail — login failure

Sir,

I have an id of sify ([protected]@sify.com). But since yesterday i am facing problem to login my sify site.

Please rectify it soon and oblige.

I am using sify i.d. from last 7 years, but sorry to say I am facing problem to open my mail i.d. (tarun.[protected]@sify.com) from last 10 days, This is an request to rectify the technical error, give the time limit when it will be resolved.

There is an issue with my password on account [protected]@sify.com. I have changed my password last night...BUT my Outlook is receiving/sending emails with the OLD password when i reached office this morning, hoping it will ask for the updated password...
but It is not giving any error like password invalid or something. neither asking for new password. Though i have changed my password.

This is the same issue on my iphone4. It is also configured with the same account [protected]@sify.com and again it is not asking for the new password and working with OLD password.

"mail.sify.com" log in page is only place working with the NEW PASSWORD only. Others apps (outlook on win7...iphone mail) working on OLD password.
Though sify server is managed by google but with restrictions from sify.
Sify is also not providing 2 stepo verification. Not able to activate after long long try.

This all looks weird and i think the sify admin has been COMPROMISED. Guys out there, please check this at your end also. I will change this my business email from sify to...most probably to Gmail.

I request to Sify Admin to resolve this as soon as possible.
